Chris is very nice and expalin everything that was needed to be done on my car. He also suggest me to go the delearship to get the rest done that they cant fix. Which is to me very honest. (Other mechanic will charge me and swear they never fix it and still charge me)The whole crew in General are AWESOME and they did there all best to get stuff done.I went all the way to southside coz my mother inlaws told me they are good.Thank you for the great service.Thank you Chris!

Had a battery taken in that I bought about 4 years ago. Service is always good but they are no longer doing a pro-rated period after the full replacement warranty is up. All car batteries except Interstate are made by same company so if you can save some cash you can do so. The pro rated period was always a way to save a little but and continue buying the Die Hard but without that and average life span of car battery youll be paying full boat every replacement. Everything else is GTG though so make your own decision.

Raymond Vasquez is not a good manager at Sears Automotive at the Southpark mall location at San Antonio, TEXAS. He should not be working anymore in Sears in any position with the kind of cheating/lying attitude he has. He has no regard for customer loyalty. His focus is all about getting his daily/weekly/monthly commission and will not honor 1 year warranty paid for alignment. He lied 2 times mentioning the alignment was done, but I can tell for sure it was not done. I got it done at MIDAS and can clearly feel the difference while driving. If he was an honest man, he would have showed/given a copy of the alignment report both the trips. He would not. He did not. Please DO NOT GO to the Southpark mall SEARS location in San Antonio, at least until Raymond VASQUEZ (whose picture is on the wall inside the store) is moved/relocated to another store/branch. I HOPE AND PRAY SEARS Administration will read this review and take appropriate measures to ensure their Store brand integrity is not tarnished by some bad employees like RAYMOND VASQUEZ.

I went to another competitor and they told me they couldnt do it and Id have to drop car off all day. I came and they were eating lunch but stopped to help me . They were great as he humored me and and helped me . They installed immediately. Great service; Id definitely recommend and return.

I like this place. I like their mechanics,whom are honest and straight forward. The manager is cool but he tried to sell me more than I needed a couple of times like most places you go to but as always, its good to know a little bit about your vehicle. I have to say that was years ago. Other than that hes cool,I guess the manager in him kicked in lol but no hard feelings. I still go to them and trust their mechanics. Ive taken my cars here mainly for routine maintenance for about 5 to 6 years now.

Dealer said I needed brakes but Sears showed me date. That the brakes still had half life. You could have change them, but they didnt. Instead they told me the truth. I still had half life brake pads left. The dealer said I needed to change him right away. Thank you Sears.

Sears Automotive Personnel on S35 did a great Job on my truck. The Automotive Shop was full and the workers were busy as can be with all bays fill with vehicle. The works are very respectful and well help you as soon as they can.

I went in for a balance and when I drove off my truck felt awesome and drove very smooth! Chris has great customer service, knowledge and advice. There was also a woman working the front who was so sweet and had great customer service as well. I highly recommend coming to this location.

Great customer service... We’re big on customer service. I have BMW and the manager made sure the tire was in stock by having another employee go get the tire from Rolling oaks. Can you says “Wow”! The guys were concern about my BMW alignment. Raymond the manager explained everything in detail. I will take a drive to the South side anytime.

Got tires at other sears location. If it was still open def go there. Tried to rip me off on a new tire and say i paid 70 more for a tire when i was looking at the receipt as he talked. Did not fix the tpms sensor and 2 hours even though i had an appointment. Will no be going to ever again.

I tried making friendly conversation with the man once he then continued to have a stern look on his face he gave 2 words if that nothing more i learned to just get in and get out with raymond...

I took my van in for what i thought was a faulty battery n alternator. Turns out that it was more than that.I would like to recognize Rudy Raymond & Christopher. It took them one week to diagnose the problrm and fix it to where it runs better than before.When the van got there it was dead. Turns out it was:The starter, fuel pump, fuel filter, cap n rotor, ignition coil, new spark plugs and wires and the list continued.Ruben who worked on the van literally brought the van back to life.Thanks guys!

If u have time to spend half the day here, by all means I recommend this place. 1st they got the wrong part delivered, (does anyone check what they r delivering) when I finally went to go to find out what the status was low and behold, the part was sitting right on the counter. Again who checks what and when parts get delivered??? Oh update, they originally ordered the wrong part.....

This placed SAVED our trip to see DADDY. My Daugther car blew a tire on 37s. We got it towed there when the driver said he doesnt change tires (AAA) sent him. The young man had the tire changed and had her on her way after reassuring her she did right. Thanks to them 2 month old Christopher got to see his DADDY.

Grand children fell asleep in the back seat and the battery tech replaced a dead battery in 10, yes TEN minutes so that the sleeping kids were not taken in the waiting room for hours! Pleasantly surprised at the great Customer service.

The manager at this tire shop is horrible. He treated my mother horrible twice telling her the first time she had to wait for four hours to fix a flat. He was rude and condescending to her. The second time she went was today 9/10/18 and she told him she was still having trouble with the tire which we bought there less than 2 months ago with warranties. He was rude to her again and tried to charge her $69 plus tax to change out a defective sensor she already paid for. He then tells her hes helping her out. What a scammer! These tires and sensors have warranty! I shouldve gone to Discount like I always have. Do not go here. The manager is rude and will try to scam you. If I could I would get a full refund for the way this guy has treated my mother.

Buy part for a lawnmower. They were so helpful with no problem. They new all the parts we were looking for and much more. Great staff.

Took my Dads truck to have the front right tire to be replaced. The upsides were the courtesy shown by the young lady at the front desk and that there was a tire there (they didnt have to special order it) and the change was quick. If there was a downside, it was a small attitude problem that the mechanic had with my Dad. Otherwise, it was a decent experience.

This place is amazing. Ive dealth with Val n Raymond n their service is the best Ive had in an auto shop. They always get done about an hour early, super informative and friendly.

Car stalled out on me had it towed to shop it sat there for 2 days before someone looked at it. Not once did I get a phone call in re cards to status of my vehichle I called every single time. I think they called me back once and that was probably on accident I bet. Anyways, car sat there for two weeks ran diagnostic, two codes came up they had no idea what they were cause they couldnt tell me. It passed compressions test, fuel pump was good, battery and alternator was good. Then at the end of it all they swapped out numerous parts ( in hope of getting lucky Im sure ) and I called them AGAIN asked for a status on vehicle and ALL of a sudden after changing harmonic balancer, timing belt chain and cover and ignition sensor it fails compression test and I need a new motor. How the hell did we get here if it passed the first time and now its now?! Sounds odd to me... pulled my car out of there and then they asked me to pay for parts for a motor that doesnt even work! Oh but wait at least they didnt charge me labor, as if they did me a favor. They never should of charged me for a damn thing in the first place. It was a bad experience for me as a first time going to that place and I wont be returning there EVER again. Sounded after all was done they tried to sell me a used motor. You couldnt even figure out what happened the first and Im suppose to trust you dropping in another motor to my car. Forget that noise. Stay away from this place if you need major work. Communication between customers and store was not happening, they are slow and hate to see it mostly have one decent mechanic data best working.

Took my mustang in for a wheel alignment Chris Lopez the tech was very professional & helpfulI had a screw in my tire as they were pulling the car onto the lift the screws decided to come out they notified me about the issue & I told them yes I knew about the screw Chris then Replied I can put ur spare on to which I replied I dnt hv it lol I told him I hv another set of wheels if u dnt mind leaving the car on the lift while I get them he then stated yes sir u can leave the car here on the lift he also added Freon into my AC unit as a courtesy Cuz he felt bad about the tire even tho it wasn’t his fault I should hv taken care of that he even went as far as to remove all my 4 tires & put my other set on for me free of charge when other shops would hv charged for that, Overall very good guy & they have a very good team I will definitely take my car over to them again & would recommend others as well👍🏻

Horrible customer service. I needed tires and this people could not get there story straight one guy said one thing then manager said other thing. Dont go here, poor customer service by manager and there staff.

This place does horrible work!!! My girlfriend took her suburban in for an oil change. To save me some work. I do roofing and I am also mechanically inclined. So you know I was out raged and wouldnt want this to happen to anyone. So they ask if she was planning any long trips.She said yes.They sold the most expensive oil then put a leaky drain plug back on. To leak all that so called expensive oil all over the steet. You can get the same oil at Wal-Mart for 20 dollars and filter for 5 or 6 bucks max life. They gave her a list of all these things she needed and what they were going sale her or poke her eyes with!!! They couldnt even change the oil right lol.Beware of crooks!! They offered to fix it,but i just dont want them to lay hand on my vehicle!! So take your chances with this place.
