Nice, friendly, hassle free, family owned type business. Walked in and asked about replacing the windshield on a 2018 Nissan Rogue. My contact information was taken down and I was called a few hours later once all the figures had been run. Was quoted at $260 for a new windshield with install and was able to make an appointment on the phone. Showed up to my appointment and was treated nicely and respectfully. The staff is real friendly and down to earth. After about an hour and a half, my windshield was good as new! Thanks!

Wonderful place to get friendly fast window service

They were absolutely amazing. Not only was it Easter Sunday but it was a last minute emergency as they were closing. They didnt hesitate to jump in and solve our problem. I know many other places wouldnt have offered such a service with the same amount of quality and professionalism especially on a holiday.

This place was great. It was the only place i could find open on Sunday when i woke up to a shattered window. The customer rep women took great care of me in my frantic search for a window replacement. She walked me through all the cost and set up the replacement to take place in my driveway. I was also able to pay over the phone and receive my receipt via text. Very simple and convenient. Thank you. I will definitely be recommending to all family and friends.

Please do not go here. The place its so old, filthy and awful service. Spend your money else where with better service and good product. Very disorganized!!! Windshields seem old and bad quality. I repeat dont stop here. I guarantee you will be disappointed if you stop at this so called glass shop.

They totally had the best price and i got there right before closing but i still got my window and they still installed it. They were the only place that had the window on I needed in stock. Make sure you go to the quintana location though. I was a little confused with the online resources and went to their starcrest location that only takes care of scratch and crack repair first.

Great service & experience. Had my front window replaced last year and just got my back window replaced. They sent a clear glass and I was notified right away because I was expecting dark glass. It was quickly resolved and I got the dark glass installed. Would deffinately recommend them!

Do Not use this repair service provider! This business place is an absolute fraud and a RIP off. They use a third party mobile person who does not know what he is doing. These maybe the cheapest but they are the worst quality. As a result of thier shoddy labor my vehicle has a leak due to incorrectly placed glass. Also they cut the dashboard while they took out the broken windshield, they also stained the interiors as they did not clean thier hands while handling the glass. And they scrapped the paint around the windshield.

I was in San Antonio for the weekend and had my car broken in. I found Flores Auto Glass with the help of my sister. I had two windows broken and were very helpful and replaced one of my windows that same day. The other they did not have in stock but had it by Monday morning and replaced it that same day. Gracie and her staff were very helpful and very knowledgeable. They explain the whole process and let you know what to expect. So their is no surprises. Had both replaced within an hour each. Great prices and great staff. I would recommend Flores Auto Glass to anyone.

Although the place looks run down, lady boss you need to clean up the office. I still give 5 stars for this place for few reasons: cheapest windshield price quote, quick service, and the lady boss appeared to be honest about what needs to be done (not trying to ask you change anything unnecessary). Eventhough the price is cheaper than others (i asked like 10 of them), the windshield is exactly the same as my OEM windshield (cant tell the difference, except without the car original logo). Quick service as well. I got my windshield replaced within 1hr. Will definitely recommend them.

Quick, friendly service. Got the windshield replaced in my Chevy truck in a little over an hour with a scheduled appointment for a more than fair price. BONUS: There are several restaurants within a sub five minute walk you can go to for breakfast or lunch while you wait for your vehicle to be repaired.
