I had a coworker throw a football just about through my windshield, so it was cracked pretty good. I called Jerry from Auto Glass Surgeons and he was a great communicator throughout the whole process, from when I called to get an estimate until he was done with the job. He came to my work and did it in no time at all. If youre looking for someone who is a real professional, does great work, and gives you a great deal, I would highly recommend Jerry to do the job!

From the first phone call to the completion of work, everything was totally professional. Initially, the work that needed to happen, the price, AND the scheduled time were explained. Got a phone call before the scheduled appoint to let me know they would be here at X time (and they showed up at that time). The work was done quickly and efficiently but what impressed me the most was when someone does a service for you and then tells you Thank you, I really appreciate your business that just says worlds for what kind of guys they are. Will definitely recommend to friends and should the need ever arise again, they will be who I call first!!!

Customers beware!! Paid $648 to have glass installed in my sons truck and once paid in full installer never came back to finish. Contacted company and was notified that he was fired and was already paid for the job and did not want to send another tech to finish. Was told if I wanted it done I could try and track him down and see if he will come finish it. Wait Im the customer not running the business correct?? Be very careful in what you do with this company they use contract labor on their jobs. Who are these people safe who knows. 100% customer satisfaction means nothing just filling space on the home pages.

EDIT. this is still the worse company Ive gone to but its even worse now. there is now another review on here from a limo service. track the IP and I guarantee its the owner of this company. he mentioned to me that he also owned a limo service. coincidence? I doubt it. Bad quality of work, bad communication, bad warranty service, and now fake reviews.. Ive also added a picture of whats become of my headboard due to the leaky windshieldIve had 3 windshield replacement experiences with Safelite before having this company replace one and I had no problem with them except their prices went up from previous.Jerry installed a new windshield but it wasnt sealed properly because it leaked inside every time it rained. The rubber seal might have been a universal one thats designed for most vehicles but the corners stuck out on my car and water leaked in from rain and the very first car wash after the install. My headliner rotted away and was destroyed by the rain that leaked in.We had an appointment for him to repair it on a Friday but he stood me up. I use my car for deliveries but I parked it that day for him but he didnt show up. I couldnt make deliveries because of him and that resulted in me losing money. He finally answered my call late in the day and said his transmission went out on the way to see me but next week he would repair it for me. It sounded silly like the way a teen gets out of work by saying a family member died or i suddenly remembered that my brother is getting married today so I cant work.Next week came and went and I didnt hear anything out of him. He wasnt even professional enough to call and say he didnt forget about me or that his truck was not ready. He made no attempt to keep me informed. I was put on the back burner and basically ignored. The next Monday I texted him again and he texted back that his truck still isnt ready. I offered to drive to his shop so he could repair it there. He said he took off all week because his truck was down. Is this the way a professional operates? The week after that he was supposed to call me but he didnt. In fact its been weeks now and I havent heard a word from him. It seems like Jerry doesnt want to do free warranty work. I understand that no company wants to spend time doing free work but warranties are supposed to mean something.Maybe if the rubber seal was the proper fit then maybe my headliner wouldnt be ruined from all the rain that Leaks from the windshield. Maybe I wouldnt have missed out on deliveries at work. Maybe I would be leaving a positive review instead of this one.I have an appointment next week at safelite. I have a crack that needs repair along side the windshield that leaks because of the wrong rubber seal that was installedSafelite is only a little bit more and they dont run from warranty work. They send out professionals who do the job Right the first time. They use the right tools for the job, the right rubber seal, and they operate in a professional manner and this keeps them successful. The lesson here is that Jerry is a liar and a scammer and thats a fact. Hell take your money and run like a coward when it comes to warranty work

I used Auto Glass Surgeons a few years ago and they did an okay job – Jerry actually came to my house and did the work himself. This time Jerry was out of town so he sent a sub-contractor - a.k.a. guy with greasy long hair in jeans and dirty t-shirt in an unmarked van. I should have trusted my gut and sent him packing. My son had hit a dear a few weeks earlier and the lower side of his car and lower right corner of the wind shield were damaged. Problem is during the install this guy actually left a palm size dent in the upper pillar as he exerted sever force on the old windshield trying to get it out. My son actually saw him do the damage and we have pictures from the insurance claim showing the pillar had no damage above the side mirror. I contacted Jerry and sent him the pictures but have not heard back from him yet. I wish I had called Safelite.
