R&R was amazing!! I broke my rear windshield at noon, I called the dealership to fix it first and they told me it would be weeks before they could get to me. I called R&R around 1 and they had it fixed 3 hours later!! So amazing considering a big storm came in the next day and I didnt have to worry about it!

Affordable, efficient, and good parts used.I had my interior rear-view mirror break, and while trying to replace the old mount for it, I ended up messing up and had a fracture going across my OEM windshield. I called around, and everyone was quoting me ~$400-$500, and I ended up calling these guys, and they quoted me less than half that. Now, I’m sure the price isn’t the same anymore, and it depends on your vehicle, etc… They ended up installing an OEM spec windshield and installed my rear-view mirror for something like $248! They were quick and did an amazing job.(This all took place over a year ago*)Overall, these people were affordable, nice, quick, and used top-notch parts. (10/10 place).

I heard about this place on the Ticket 760. They did a great job replacing my windshield. I made an appointment and they told me about 1.5 hrs to complete which they did exactly in that time. Nice touch having coffee and drinks for customers. Great service by Mr. Earnest and they did exactly what they said they would do.

These guys rock! I Jack knifed my 5th wheel and took out my rear window. I tried the big S and not only unable to get an appointment, I couldnt even get a phone number. Im only in San Antonio for a short time. I called RnR because of their excellent reviews and they were working on my truck 3 hours later. They made a special run to get my glass and charged less than the big S quoted online. Being a former business owner I cant say enough good things about this company. The staff if professional, courteous, and friendly. I was referred to Matt from one of the people that answered the phone because of his knowledge about my 95 F150. Instead of trying to charge me for a leak repair (after I installed a new rear window gasket) he told me the product to buy and use for the fix. He told me he could do it for me but he knew I could do it after installing my own window. I will use them for future glass needs and will gladly recommend them to people seeking an honest shop that is not just about money.1 Sept 2020: Today I was a paying customer, getting a new windshield. Called in the morning and they scheduled me for 1pm. I was in right when they said and I decided to wait in their waiting area. The place is very clean (bathrooms too) and there is ample seating on comfortable couches/chairs. Plenty of magazines to read and there was even complimentary water, sodas, and cookies. Outstanding prices (cheaper than I was expecting). So far it looks great and I will check for leaks tomorrow night (24 hours). Again, I would highly recommend RNR to any of my friends/family looking for auto glass services.

My son-in-law was working in San Antonio and some of their local trash tried to break into his F350, destroying one of his side windows in the process. I worked with Janet at RNR Auto Glass to get it replaced at their job site because his schedule is so messed up otherwise. Janet was trying to work out same day service, but that wasnt going to work for my son-in-law. Instead, we scheduled it for the following day. RNR technicians showed up early and did a fantastic job right on the spot. Price was good, actually great when you consider the overall high quality of RNRs response and work. I absolutely loved the service I received from this place. I had to get my entire windshield replaced and i was quoted 400 and up at other places in SA. I got my windshield fixed for less than half that here and for great quality. They even pointed out issues with a previous windshield repair done by the dealership and walked me through the installation process. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Although RNR was not my first choice for windshield replacement, I sure am highly satisfied with their outstanding customer service, work and professionalism! Filed my claim via my insurance company and tried to set up with their recommended repair company; however, they were booked five weeks out. Ernie was very courteous, and appointment was right on schedule.However, the accolades stop at the installer/mechanic. Fast, but not the cleanest work work. (Grease prints, glass shards left in door, poor door trim replacement etc). Subsequent work on my part showed that the arm rest had been re-attached with only one screw, there was more broken glass in the interior of the door, and the moisture barrier had been ripped off and not replaced. Worst, though, has been the attitude of the co-owner, Janet, whose response has been to dismiss it all with the claim that I am just one of the 1% who will never be satisfied.

I never write reviews, but had to this time for this experience.My husband and I love taking road trips and frequently take his car, but this time he suggested we take mine. So we did. Well, as luck would have it, a rock flew into my windshield and cracked it. I was so upset and thought I was going to have a long drawn out process to get it fixed. (My husband even said it would probably take 3-4 days to order and get it installed) I looked on line and read several reviews before selecting RNR. I called and spoke to Ernest. I was pleasantly surprised how friendly and informative he was. He gave me a quote which I thought was to high and he explained the extra cost was to get my carRecalibrated. Of course! I thought I should call another glass shop to compare the prices. I did, and they also charged for the calibration, but their quote was almost double and couldnt schedule me till next week. Needless to say, I called RNR back to schedule my appointment. I got Rick on the phone and when I asked when they could fit my car in, he said that afternoon. I told him I would need to see if my husband could pick me up, since I knew it was a longer process to have it calibrated. Rick said he could come pick it up. What? Wow! He came within the hour and dropped it off a few hours later. Now that’s customer service. These guys were awesome and my car looks great! Thanks again RNR. Had a broken house window and needed it fixed. Had one in-home estimate from a window professional and had a chat with RNR. RNR offered and delivered same day service as long as I could remove my own window sash (it slid right out) and bring it to them. Purchased a vehicle from Alamo Toyota which had a windshield with an automatic rain sensor that wasnt working. Alamo Toyota said they would resolve the issue by replacing the sensor on the windshield. After replacing the sensor, the automatic mode still wasnt working. They said they could replace the windshield for $1000.00. Other than the automatic rain sensor mode not working, the windshield was in perfect condition, so we decided to leave it alone. One day while driving, something on the road hit our windshield and cracked it. My husband looked online and called several places before remembering hearing about RNR on AM 760 The Ticket.He gave them a call and they quoted him the lowest price of all of the other competitors he had called. Way lower than the $1000 quote from the dealership. They also figured out that we had the wrong windshield on the car and thats the reason why the automatic rain sensor mode wasnt working. We dropped the car off at 10:30 am and it was ready within a couple of hours. They installed the correct windshield and now the rain sensor is working perfectly. Best service and price in town hands down. A well deserved 5 stars!

I went into RNR last week after my drivers side window cable busted. I called as soon as they opened and they offered me a free diagnostic. At that time they hadnt seen it yet and couldnt be sure what was needed. So I headed down there and by 1030 that morning my window cable was repaired! They had wonderful customer wait areas. Very pleasant experience all-around, especially being a woman and dealing with men.

First off, let me just say that if I could.. I would give this company more than just 5 stars.I had a rock hit my windshield last Sunday and I called around and was told many different prices for a new windshield. All (about 5?) companies I called had generally the same pricing. However, RnR had the best pricing for a whole new windshield. I called and the man I spoke to told me the price and I couldnt help myself but ask, Is that it? I was so shocked! Taxes are included in the pricing they give you and there are no hidden fees. The customer service there didnt stop at the front desk. Many other employees were very friendly and very knowledgeable on what they were doing. Had a ~3 ft long crack on my front windshield. Looked for quotes all over San Antonio. They ranged from 350-650 and were given to me by an automated system. Emailed RNR for a quote and Janet got back to me almost instantly with a quote for 245. She was incredibly personable and wasnt pushy. She came off like she just wanted to help me the best she could. I got an appointment that Monday with Joey and Ernest who came to my work to do the job. They were awesome guys and understood I was in the middle of a shift and they said theyd text me when they were done (about 30 minutes later). Quick and easy

I came in because my back window wouldnt go up anymore. I wasnt sure if they could repair it or not, but it turns out that they could. I came in on a Saturday morning, and they were able to tell me what was wrong, set up a temporary fix for it, get me a quote for parts and labor, and set up an appointment to get it fixed on Monday, all within 15 minutes. They told me it would take about an hour to an hour and a half, so I took a long lunch and waited in the lobby. I arrived 10 minutes early from my scheduled time, and they started working on it immediately. They were done within 40 minutes. The experience was really smooth, and an added bonus was having their sweet gray cat sleeping next to me on the couch, keeping me company. I would definitely recommend this place and use them again.
