Very satisfied with this place. The lady is super nice and the men that fix the glass are very honest. They dont take advantage of anyone or money. This is the second time I have gotten something fixed. The first time we had a windshield that was replaced, it was better than I expected and the second time we just needed a back window re-glued and they took care if this for us cheap no issues. So happy with them would recommend anyone to go here. Will be returning in the future if we have anymore issues needed to be fixed.

Ordered the glass one day the next day didn’t need an appointment came in before 430. They had to remove the seats in the back of the truck put the new glass in. The charge was like under $200 before taxes. Everybody else won $500. Wonderful experience.

Took my husbands truck in to repair windshield when we got it back all the wires from the top were all hanging they told us they had to remove them from the head visor to repace windshield but did not not give me a chance to tell them no they just left all wires hanging. And then tried to tell me i need to fix it. Poor service and poor work it sad to cause i have been coming jer for my last 3 cars. Will not do business with them ever i would beware of what u are paying for. Now i have to pay double what they charged me to get tje wiring it reinstalled ... And to make things worse they rummaged throw my husbands truck. Good thing i toke his stuff out of it.

I was needing to get an estimate on my windshield. Online their hours show they are open until 6 during the week. I drove there after work and got there exactly at 5:30. I walk inside and the lights were off. No one was to be seen. I walk back out and I see a gentleman locking the gate. I said excuse me, and he says we closed at 4:30. I asked him. What are your hours, online it shows 6pm. He completely, I mean completely ignored me and continued to lock the gate. I thought it was very rude and unprofessional. I got a sketchy feeling about this place before I even walked inside. I will not be doing business here and get an estimate elsewhere.

Called set up appointment between 9:00 and 10:00am on a Monday, Kent wasn’t very friendly he didn’t sounded happy we were giving him business. I set up appointment anyway, he didn’t show up, called him back and he said he forgot. Don’t do business with this man, he doesn’t care.

Fixed my window on my sons car, fast same day within 4 hours. If they have the window in stock. And they made a window for my van out of plastic in was meant to be temporary but it worked so well we left it like it was.

I really wanted to love this place. The older gentleman, Kent, I believe was name, very sweet and helpful. I got my replacement window done and left. Shortly down the road I got out at the store and walked around to see how the outside looked. Found a huge dent on the side of my car that was not there when I pulled in. I called and was told he would talk to his guys. When I called back to find out what happened, I was told they said it was already there and that his guys wouldnt lie to him. Im dishearted. One because now I have more damage to my car than before, second this poor guy is being lied to by his staff and he obviously thinks the world of them and wants to do right them, but they just took full advantage and Im the one that gets the short end of the stick.Moral, do NOT leave without doing a full walk around your vehicle. Sad no one is trustworthy anymore.I wish he would have at least checked his cameras to see if there was anyway to prove, that my vehicle was not damaged previously.That would only make him liable, so guess Im just SOL. :-(

Called to have work done, went to other side of San Antonio to have windshield delivered like I was told on the phone to do and the work could be done when I arrived. I arrived and was told windshield couldnt be done until after 6 PM or tomorrow. Lady that works in the office is extremely rude and has no people skills. I got my money back and left. I do not recommend going here unless you want to waste your time.

Went to get my dads windshield done on his pride and joy the other day. Glass windshield was put in and they took off the pillar covers didnt put them back on correctly went to have them fix it and say how the plastics warped and old man brings out a worker and the one that I know didnt do the work and he starts acting like he was the one who did the work n agreed with his boss saying its warped.. Ive been driving this car for the past year n have tooken care of this car like a baby and I know my car and to tell me something I know wasnt like before.. Just sad I guess my veteran dad has to dump more money into something they couldve simply fixed... They used glue to try and fix it what a shame.

Called to fix a chip in the windshield and was told to come over, they could fix it immediately.In the 15 min it took to drive there, the one guy who could do the work left & wouldnt be back for 2 1/2 hours. No phone call to save me the gas to drive there & back & to make things worse, the chip started to get spider cracks before I could get it fixed the next day. Thanks Discount Glass & Auto, you can be sure that I will look elsewhere for glass service in the future.

Mom and pop owned shop that deals with insurance claims and private work.Cost was still cheaper than going through dealer and same windshield was installed with the inspection + registration stickers left in tact.The service was fast; you pay up front and drive around the back to one of two bays where questionable characters work on your vehicle. You walk back up front and wait until the car is brought around.The work was done well - I now have a new windshield. But, the workers left a bunch of foot prints on the door sill and the matts (the car was just detailed). The polyurethane used to hold the glass to the body was blotted on the driver side and left a big protruding (and dried) blob. Will have to cut that out with a blade after the 2-3 day period has passed.The car seats and floor matts were not vacuumed after the work was complete. So I found pieces of glass (I assume the windshield broke during work) and lots of rubber and old adhesive on the mats.The rear view mirror was (in my opinion) put back slightly to the left rather than right in the middle as it came from the factory. Not an annoyance or a problem; just mentioning what work was done.Ok service but dont expect tidy or courteous work.

Scratched my truck and would not take responsibility.

Took about an hour to replace window and the cost was lower than anywhere else I had called. The man working the desk (owner?) was friendly as was the one who took vehicle to the back. Only thing I wasnt happy with was that they did not clean up the glass from taking out the old window in the back of my truck or the inside.

Bought a truck from here first off was posted to craigslist as a personal seller only to show up and it be a dealer after buying the truck and them saying the transmission had just been rebuilt the transmission went out right away lest than two weeks we have now put over 10,000 dollars into this truck between motor and transmission buyers beware!
