This business was not reliable. They sent a worker who caused a long scratch on my vehicle. I sent the owner Antonio Jajou the complaint through email. His worker had a long black scraper knife he used to remove the glue, and it created a very visible deep scratch. I asked him to pay to repair it, and instead he found a pic with a sun glare that looks nothing like the scratch near it in one of the pics and said it was already there. I will likely be taking him to court, but a review may help to share my experience with others. The worst thing is being in deliberate denial knowing evidently his employee caused it. I found that completely irresponsible. I know it won’t be a lot to fix it, but regardless, this man was insensible to the damage. We were already hurting our basketball court fell and broke our window. We had carefully assessed the damage and were fortunate it was only the glass, yet he blames it on this. I told him two adults carefully assessed the damage, and we have no reason to lie. We are a Christian family above all, and we don’t play these blame games. We practice good principles in life not cheater’s practices like they did with us. Be careful. Stay outside the whole time monitoring. I wish I had. I was for a bit because I was hoping to complain to Academy for a basketball court which was leaking the water overnight much too fast and had taken pictures because of it, only to find out they would be my proof for this new damage Low Price Auto Glass caused. I even sent him videos where it clearly doesn’t show a scrape. This scrape is very loud and obvious. The sun glare marks are different. This company will not follow through in doing the right thing if they mess up.

We were swamped busy as hell at work so they installed the new back glass on my work truck in just under 2 hours. I was happy and more importantly, the boss was happy. Also a better price than I could find onlone.

Went back after install in less than a week to have windsheild resealed in the center top. Then at a month once again because I had a flat spot in center of my windshield which within another week started a crack in the center at rear view mirror, that went down through the drivers view. You could see the flat spot clear as day itself. Even brand new wipers would not touch this area, because it was curved the wrong way! The guy there, he just wanted to argue that there wasnt a flat spot that you could clearly see twenty feet away. Then as another worker guy left I was professional calm and asking him a question about the bookkeeper lady that could verify my receipt, he acted like I wasnt even there. He helped me the last time I was there trying to resolve the issue. They are all rude and very unprofessional and will never go back to this jethro sideways backyard auto glass so called establishment again. Unless they agree to replace what they messed up on their labor install. So good freakin luck to ya!

Weve been coming here for years and I must say best prices in San Antonio and awesome customer service. I brought my Impala in because I needed a new windshield and followed there instructions . I had no problems until all this rain came through my windshield and flooded my car with water. I brought it back and let him know water came in the windshield which was No problem he had me park my car in and they fixed it . Lucky I saved my receipt didnt have to pay anything.

As always quick and great experience. Ny Canry windahield was shattered about 10 years ago, these guys installed a new one, and no ussues. Had to come back for my second car. Ill keep coming back. These guys were great. the last time my windshield was replaced was during the hail storm that got everyone. it was a 400$ difference this time around and as i watched i saw they did the same work as the expensive guys.i made an appointment for a week out and they came to my house to do the work. couldnt give me a time to show up so i made it for my day off. the showed up at a reasonable time. very personable.tony and john at the shop were really great as well when i was booking and confirming. good business.

Arrived at 3pm without calling ahead and was out of there by 430pm with a new windshield at a great price. Thanks guys, I will recommend you guys to anyone.

OMG I have no idea how they get five star reviews. They probably pay people to give them five stars. I arrived and asked for a quote on a windshield and the guy behind the counter was a real a*hole. If I did business like that, Id be out of business real soon. Go somewhere else and save yourself the grief of dealing with these guys.

One star for the fair price and one for the customer service but the quality of labor was the worst. They left the inside very dirty from windshield debris installed then as soon I got on the freeway the car started to make rattling noises so I stopped and took a look and found the black cover by the windshield wipers were cracked in both sides and the bolts holding it together were very loose and the hole covers were missing.I turned around and they told me that it’s the take that is flapping while driving which I disagree so then i said why was the crack and they it was all ready like that and know that they were not cracked because not only did I wash my car by hand but I had changed the windshield wipers and there was nothing wrong with the cover but I didn’t make a big deal because that will be the last time that will take any of my cars there. So than I told them that the bolts were loose and they tightened up, and that took care of the noise. The funniest thing is that there was other places closer to my house but I took it there because it had good reviews.

The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. The son of the owner was not only incompetent but incredibly rude to my wife over the phone. My wife tried explaining to him how one of his staff member misinformed her about making a down payment on the windshield glass so it can be shipped. Rather than apologizing, he kept arguing with my wife. He sounded like a classic douchebag that shouldn’t be in business. I don’t recommend this place at all. If I could give zero stars I would.

The place is a rip off they tore my alarm out of between the windshield and the headliner and didnt put back the wires and left them hanging off my visor and then ruined my alarm and then the windshield has air leaking into the cab of my truck and when I asked them to fix my alarm they said they wouldnt and would c about the windshield also!!!- so it cost me $350 to put in new alarm and my windshield still isnt fixed plus they broke plastic molding on my door and windshield also!!!!

We had our windshield replaced then not even two weeks later it was cracking. The crack started from a small chip that was right on the edge of the windshield. Which leads me to believe it was installed with a chip in it. The chip wasnt visible to use at first bc of the rubber surround over it. We took it back in and they tried to tell us that it was a stress factor and not their fault. Even those the chip started directly on the edge. Basically they installed it flawed and would not replace. Also wait time was ridiculous. We were told the manger would be in any mimute now two hours later he finally showed up. Do not waste your money. These people are liars, disorganized, and late.
