WARNING: IF YOU DECLINE THEIR REPAIR ESTIMATE EXPECT TO GET YOUR CAR BACK IN WORST SHAPE. ONE OWNER CAR (BOUGHT IT BRAND NEW 10 YEARS AGO NEVER BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT OR EVEN IN THE SHOP FOR MAJOR REPAIRS (only taken to Ford Service Center for recalls and routine oil changes).2010 Ford Fusion SEL fully loaded.State Farm Insurance company said that this company was on their list of suggestions to get my car repaired. Service King claimed it would cost more than 5k and State Farm claimed it as a total loss. Got my car back from Service King, telling them I dont want them to fix it. It came back in WORSE shape. All 3 backup sensors, backup camera and chrome tail finish panel are broken now, plus ALL retaining clips inside the trunk broken or missing (mostly missing).NOTE: I keep an OBD2 Meter (BLUEDRIVER) hooked up to my car at all times (for 2 years now) to monitor it because its 10 years old and love the LIVE DASHBOARD option. After minor rear end accident ran several checks NO errors ever came up, after getting it back from Service King ABS, Cross traffic and Advancetrac service appeared on dash and several other sensor errors came out on the OBD2 meter report, the day I got it back. As I backed out I noticed that my rear view mirror camera wasnt working either, (thought maybe it was just left unplugged, WRONG)...I took it to ECOMEX Body Shop and got NEW trunk, bumper cover, sensors and right (passenger) tail light replaced along with a great paint job all for 1200 bucks. ECOMEX employee went over the written estimate from Service King with me and right away had other employee remove rear bumper cover in front of me (on the scheduled day I took it in). NOT ONE PIECE OF METAL BENT UNDER THE BUMPER COVER AS STATED BY SERVICE KING. PLUS SHOWED ME THE SENSORS WERE CRUSHED (WHAT LOOKED LIKE PLIER CRUNCH MARKS ON ALL 3 BACKUP SENSORS AND ESPECIALLY MY BACKUP CAMERA CONNECTOR WAS CRUSHED IN. WOW, I WAS TOTALLY DEVASTATED BY THE CONDITION I GOT MY CAR BACK FROM SERVICE KING. Should have read reviews before taking it in to them (They are all true). Hopefully this review is read completely before taking in your car for accident repairs.

Service King Collision San Pedro Ave San Antonio Texas, had my new car for minor break in repairs. It was there a week and a half. I went to get it, the car had more damages and didnt look the same, they admitted to the damages, said they were going to fix it, they had the vehicle another week and a half, so they had it a total of a month for repairs and to fix the damages that they did. YEAH A MONTH!!!IT WAS STRIPPED! The car only had 19,937 the pretty red grouped pics are before being in the shop, the ugly old are the ones after the shopCHOP SHOP!!!

Terrible experience. Do NOT have your vehicle repaired here, you WILL regret it. Kept my vehicle for a week and called that it was ready. Showed up and the bumper repair was complete substandard work. The paint was scratched and there was visible damage still present. Could not believe this was put out as a finished product. Clearly the repairs don’t go through a quality control check. The rep agreed the damage was still present and said they would repair it again. They called again days later it was ready. Went to pick it up the 2nd time and the paint had scratches, a small dent and raised sand like bubbles in the paint. They said it was from dust getting in the bumper during the repair process. Left again. I wanted to take the vehicle to another repair shop after these 2 failed attempts of Service King trying to make the repairs. The at fault parties’ insurance company refused to allow us to take the vehicle to another shop and stated that we had to let this Service King location finish the job and threatened that they would void the lifetime warranty for the repair given by both the insurance company and Service King and would not pay for the repairs. They called back again and the bumper was finally fixed after 3 repairs. 3 repairs for 1 bumper? Worst experience ever. Left with my vehicle and drove off. Soon as I pull out and start driving up the road I can feel scratches in the steering wheel as I was steering. The icing on the cake from this completely horrible and unprofessional body shop. Pretty clear to me that someone was upset that I complained about their horrible work and decided to give me some payback by scratching my steering wheel. So sick of dealing with this place at this point and already know they won’t own up to scratching the steering wheel. The car is a year old and like new and this is the service and treatment we get from a larger body shop in town. Absolute horrible experience and truly unbelievable. Look at some of the other reviews who have reported similar experiences. Wish I would have read them before using them. Avoid this shop, seriously terrible and highly unprofessional service. Look at the pics attached that they put out as completed body and paint work. A professional shop wouldn’t put out work with discoloration, scratches, dents and bubbles on a body and paint repair. It’s really ridiculous and laughable that this is their finished product. Service King? More like Service Clown. ** Update** On top of the malicious damage they did to my steering wheel they decided to damage the rental car I returned. I get a call from Enterprise saying the rental we returned to Service King is damaged. This shop is as shady as it comes. The vehicle was fine and not damaged when we returned it to Service King and Enterprise is saying it is damaged after Service King has it. This shop is nothing but crooks. Avoid them like the plague. It’s clear that if you don’t agree with their work and complain to this shop they will retaliate and attempt to cause you damage and aggravation. Horrible Horrible Horrible.

The quality of work to me was exceptional. The only issue I had was cosmetic so brownie points were taken from professionalism. But the manager added them back with the gesture of fixing the minor problem. For hail damage I definitely recommend them.
Well my car got shot up at my apartment complex. So I took her here. There was a little things wrong besides the bullet holes that they fixed. One of those things was something caliper collision said thats just how it is but they fixed it. I love love the work they have done. They called me everyday to let me know what stages they were in.
For my minor work, I got treated well, an excellent repair, same day turnaround, and a clean car to boot.
I decided to fix up several nicks, and other damages on hood, grille, and doors of my 2009 Acura. I have used this business and location before for other work, and been satisfied. I scheduled a picture and estimate gathering session and was met by Angela, who followed all COVID-19 protocols.I received my estimate to replace the front grille, fix all dents/chips and repaint the hood, and replace and paint the passenger mirror. I decided to have the work performed as I am planning on keeping the vehicle for another 3 years, and was worried some of the chips, where rust had begun to show, would worsen.Armando was my assigned service advisor, and estimated the repairs would take 1 week. He kept me updated throughout the process. I was not able to pick up the car during the normal business hours M-F 7am-6pm, and he advised they were going to open for special hours to allow owners to pickup their cars on Saturday 9am-12noon (so I lucked out).I arrived Saturday and was met by Megan who handled the check-out process and brought the vehicle to me. I have no hesitations about recommending this business to other potential customers. They are customer friendly, service oriented, and professional.

Overall happy with our experience. The repair was within the estimated time and came out great the first time. The service technician was professional and courteous during drop-off, the repair process, and follow-up.The facility is a little dated but clean and comfortable on the inside. The receptionist was courteous and greeted us right away.The only issue we had was they didn’t want to deliver the vehicle initially and we had to call back and talk to someone else to set up delivery (~15 mile trip).If asked I would recommend This Service King center.
Repairs were quick and their system notifications with updates on progress was very helpful. However, the estimate was never sent to me so I did not know what actual repairs were being done (insurance claim) until I picked it up and they went over what was done. Repair work was impeccable though.

Great experience working with Pablo who is one of the best service advisor I have had my pleasure working with. Pablo was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. He checks his voicemails and calls back on the same day — shocking right!! He is very professional and definitely goes above and beyond to satisfy his customer needs — had my car ready to go four days before the scheduled day. Thus far, I am happy with the services provided by Pablo and the service king team. I will recommend them to anyone who needs body work done on their vehicles.

I took my car in for an estimate and repair on 12-24-19 as this was an insurance approved location. The following occurred: (1) At no time did ANYONE from this Service King respond to my voice mails about my cars status or the estimate. I left several messages with the repair rep who had given me his business card. (2) The estimate provided to State Farm was twice that of what we found at a local dealer whom we have worked with before. (3) It took two weeks just to get an estimate to my insurance company and again, that estimate was twice the amount of a local repair shop whom we have used in the past. (4) The Service King website had no updated data entered in the check repair status icon on my car, only that it had been dropped off 12-24-19 and this continued up until 1-10-20 with no updated status.Poor to no communication, unanswered messages, sky high estimate on repairs. I will NEVER use this or any other Service King location, no matter what response or excuse I get from their manager. Too bad there is not a negative star rating.
I was sent here after a hit and run because they work with State Farm. I was worried after reading some of the mixed reviews, but I had a fantastic experience! Pablo was my service rep, and he answered all of my questions, walked me through everything, and even helped me arrange a pick up when the car rental place wasnt answering their calls. My car was ready within 3 days and I got it back with a great cleaning job! They even took care of a minor bumper scrape that wasnt a part of my accident, which was awesome! The ONLY negative I can think of is that I got a call 30 minutes before closing that my car was ready for pick up, which didnt give me much time to get there after work - but was still glad to have my car ready to go. I hope I never have to come back, but if I do, I know Im in great hands.
Didnt keep an appointment to accept a vehicle that was agreed upon. They then sent a USAA rep to tell me that they had booked me for a different day. I then called their call center and they told me it would be two weeks before they could take my car. I called Caliber Collision instead. Should have gone there first.

When my repairs were completed the side lamp was not working still and the tire caps had not arrived yet. I paid what they told me I owed. I just got a voicemail from insanely rude James threatening to repossess my car because they decided I owed them more. I paid the full balance they said when I left, but they’re going to act like I ran out on the check. I can not recommend against using them more, James then refused to let me speak to the manager to report him because the clock ticked over to 6:02 while we’d been talking.You can’t threaten to repossess someone’s car over work you haven’t completed and when I paid what they said was due when I picked up the car.

My mom wanted me to put a review for her. She says....I am very pleased with the work that Service King and Mrs. Faulk have given me I was rear ended in December and my car was repaired beautifully. Mrs. Faulk kept me informed every step of the way. I took another vehicle to Service King last week, with a scratch from a limb. Mrs. Faulk simply applied a compound to the scratch and buffed it until the scratch disappeared. Thank you for your courtesy, skill, and professionalism!
Place is just bad, they low ball themselves and then get their failed at life wannabe collection guy James to harass you threatening to take your vehicle because they quoted you wrong and will ride the clock until they close to prevent you from speaking to a supervisor to clear the issue up. You want good repair work and accurate prices go to casias tire shop on Grissom. They do great repair work and quote you before the work starts. James is an hourly lackey that doesn’t care for the company and is just after your money.

VERY SHADY PLACE. Would never recommend them. After a small accident they contact you as if they are representing your insurance company telling you to bring the vehicle in for an inspection. After dropping off the car, the following day I called for an estimate and they didnt give me one and I told them I was going to take it around to get estimates and they said it was too late because they had already ordered parts. My daughter had taken it in for me, and they told me she had already authorized the repair. My daughter is not the owner of the car or the insurance policy, I am the owner of the insurance policy and the car. She thought that since they told her to sign the document that that was what she need to do to get the estimate but they told me it gave them authorization to repair it. Without the estimate? Really? When she picked up the car they told her they were sorry for the misunderstanding. They know how it works.....Insurance scammers!Dont ever go to a place like this!
Horrible workmanship! The estimate was 11 days for repairs but it took a full 10 weeks due to several re-works of poor workmanship. If I were to find something positive is that all but one of the workmanship rejections was from their own inspectors and only once did I reject their work.If you are urged to use this shop from your insurance company, the fact is that you can choose any shop you want and should stay away from this place.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! very poor customer service! Front desk staff is VERY unprofessional! (especially Jessica ) jessica took my car in to be repaired with JULIAN, and received my vehicle back a dead battery, scratches on the top of my hood, that needed to be buffed out, black fingerprints on the inside liner, and dust and dirt everywhere throughout the car that was originally dropped off in perfect condition. Had to take the vehicle back to fix all of THOSE repairs, meanwhile still in a rental, for an extended time service king had said they would fix the unfinished work, and JESSICA stated she the rental would be covered for the extended period of time. JULIAN put in the system the finished date was 4 days before the actual completion day and left ME with the bill for $250, without notification 3 months later. also spoke with manager Billy, who did not want to help the situation. TERRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH SERVICE KING AGAIN, DUE TO THE NAMES LISTED

When you get a car back from being serviced, you should check everything. They have returned vehicles that are STILL broken. Someones just playing insurances for a quick buck. James then comes around and adds insult to injury by being absurdly rude. Beware. Dont bring your car here even if its the last shop in SA.

They damaged my car, ruined my battery, water damage in car from car being left there 8/17/18-9/14/18 delay, after delay after delay, tried covering up damage with paint, driver car seat is damaged or not really mine, my clothes were wet after riding in drivers seat, doesnt look the same in my Lexus, I went in for passenger side rear bumper, looks like left door open that drained battery..and 84 mo battery only 2 years old, I had to buy a battery myself, I was stranded at hospital, called service king to come jump me @ hospital they knew battery was bad and let me leave anyway after I told them I was taking daughter to ER, when I checked on car week before I noticed hood was not closed, lie after lie, after lie, flat out lying to my face about events. Esgar, Billy, Roberto etc. should be ashamed of themselves.. Billy (mgr,?) only offered half price replacement of battery, guess what, I still havent heard back from them... I took pictures of water damage etc before they tried cleaning parts of it up....

Disappointed, I was told it would take 20 minutes for diagnostics and details of repairs needed, I left my cell phone number. 45 minutes later, I hadnt heard anything, so I called to check the status. I was informed that the tech had not gotten to it had had now gone to lunch (and would be out for another 45 minutes). Nothing was done. I have a busy schedule and its not easy for me to arrange for rides to drop off my car and pick it up again. I had to pick up, waste of time. Disappointed.

Aside from having to wait more than a month before getting my truck in for repair, once I did get in, my two day window job ended up lasting eight days. They do not order the parts until the vehicle gets brought in. Not even stand-by preparations are made in advance, so the first day is a complete waist. Once the glass did arrive, apparently one was cracked, but was not noticed until the next day when that part of the repair was done. A new glass was then ordered, but Service King was closing for several days for the holidays. When they did finally get back to work, they installed the glass, but failed to schedule the glass tint installer, so that was yet another delay. Once it was finally finished, I went to pick it up and asked for a discount since it took so long. Carrie refused, and intimated they were providing me with quality care by not installing cracked glass. Service King obviously has more customers than they can handle, and dont appreciate the ones they have. I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN!
Overall I would recommend. A situation of mine was handled rather slowly until I happened to be in with the right place with the right people. My issue was resolved and I since have had no problems with the work done here. Insurance was blamed. 4 stars for how it all went down.
Ive had to take a car here twice, both with different experiences dealing with service representatives (the ones who do the estimate and you have to schedule appointments with). The car repair service itself is not an issue... the job is always well done. My first experience was with Kimberly and she was excellent - sent me personal texts (not the automated ones that you get) and promptly told me when my car was ready to be picked up; also returned phone calls in timely manner. My second experience, the one Im dealing with right now, has been completely different. My device representative this time around is Jesus/Jessie and it feels like it is impossible to get ahold of him - I had to leave more than one voicemail and have not heard anything back. Online says my car is ready for pick up, but I cant pick it up until I schedule a pick up time with him. Therefore, I am having to rearrange my entire schedule or even cancel some of my own appointments. This is ridiculous. I NEED my car TODAY, but that doesnt look like thats going to happen because I cant even get ahold of the person I need to schedule a damn pick up time with.
They ruined my new 2016 Tesla, the paint they used doesnt match and there is overspray all over the paint, the glass and the chrome. Its amazing they can be so busy and do such crappy work.
Took in my 2017 camry in May 2018-needed new rear bumper and new trunk. Very disappointed in quality of work. All the car needed was to get new parts painted and installed (no dents no bondo no real body work.) Went 3-4 times to pick up car: - the bumper was loose, paint had runs, small dirt beads/bumps in paint, lots visible orange peel, camry and SE Decals missing, paint was dull, ends/rolled edges where bumper attaches to car had bumpy/sloppy paint work. We can buff it out they said. They couldnt buff out defects and they had to repaint parts. Finally picked up car May 28 (saturday).

I gotta say I enjoyed the very brief amount of time my truck was in the shop. Got constant updates and got my baby back looking better then it did. Tested 2 other bodyshops before this place who arent worth mentioning but they didnt do nearly as good of a job. Quick and done right, couldnt have asked for better service. I am limited to the places I can take my car due to the insurance the other person has and I was told I had to get an estimate first. Well Ive called many places where I can take my car.. I called this place and I am now 19 minutes on hold without an answer yet.. only to make an appointment for an estimate. 19 minutes and counting without a single answer and after those 19 minutes I got hung up on.. horrible customers service.

Had my vehicle repaired here a few times. The quality is lacking and has gone down. Would not go back to again.
The repair is way below average, and to add to it, they washed the car and leaved a MASSIVE amount of swirl marks, I mean a LOT, I take pretty good care of my car and this is unacceptable, when I complained to the manager, he couldnt care less and did not resolve the situation, he even tried to tell me that those were not swirl marks, like if I was a clueless idiot. For his bad luck, I am a hobbyist detailer and I know quite a bit about car paint and swirl marks, to fix this is at least a 6 hour job(or pay $200 to a professional)In summary, it was a HUGE mistake to take my car to this place, will never recommend to my friends, family or car enthusiast fellows.
I took my vehicle in for repairs in November 18. It was only a 6 day job once part can. All my part were found in Austin,TX area. Dont get me wrong things happen. But I was tod every week for the last 3 weeks my vehicle will be ready by friday. Here it is Friday, December 23 and my vehicle is not not ready. Im without a car at all because my insurance only covered 30 days and Im at 39 days and still no car. I called the guy Frank who is suppose to keep me updated with my call several times today. I finally talked to him at 2:30pm and he promised me he would give me a call back as soon as he checked on my car...well here it is after 5pm no call yet! I received a text saying my car will be ready on 12/27/16 that will make it 39 days my vehicle been in the shop. I paid for a rental car out-of-pocket as long as I could. Now without a vehicle for the next five days. I cant even go home to spend the hoildays with my family. I bet they will enjoy their families for christmas while me and my two boys are stuck at home without a vehicle to travel to see our family...Thanks Service King for helping me give my kids the worst christmas by far!
