Reliable Parts is an outstanding business. The man that I was helped by was very polite and knowledgeable about the item that I was looking for, he even took notes from when we spoke on the phone, which made things go very smoothly when I went to their store. Also they are operating their business in a very conscientious manner by taking a proactive approach against covid-19. Not only did they stock all the parts I happen to be looking for, but Guillermo knew right off what I needed, what I was having issues with & even gave tips about additional items to check common to my particular problem. We ordered a part from the call service and had some confusion. We called twice, first call to get a price and was asked for make and model. She was very helpful and gave us the part number for when we were ready to order the part for our convince. The second service tech did not ask for make and model but informed us we were about to order the wrong part and ordered the correct part we needed. Well we waited 3days for the part to come in as expected and pick it up from the local store and it was the wrong part. When we called back the male service tech said we ordered the wrong part and to take it back to the local store to reorder it and will have to just wait again or go on a 5 hour drive to the next town and pick one up from that location. He was rude and degraded us as if we didnt know any better and it was our fault. Just to clarify the first tech we spoke with had given us the correct part number. It was the same number that was on the default part. Saw a lot of good reviews but we are not experiencing that service. Very disappointing😕.

A great first impression! I stopped by and picked up a thermo-fuze for a Samsung Oven. The wonderful young lady behind the counter was VERY knowledgeable, helpful and happy to assist in, not only getting the correct part quickly, she gave me a little insight on how to test the existing part before installing the new one (as with most, if not all electrical components, once installed, you can not return the item). I can tell she really loves and enjoys what she does there. This location just gained a loyal customer. Thank you RP San Antonio!

These wonderful people saved my sanity for Christmas. Our Whirlpool Accubake control panel had been beeping for too long and we called around got quotes etc., not many people could help us on Christmas Eve. I called the store at 2:25 (the closed at 3 pm we live about 30 minutes away) they had the part and had excellent customer service. We arrived minutes before closing time again wonderful customer service in the store while completing our transaction. This was the best experience of customer service I have received in a long time. I am grateful that they had the part we needed and they were still open. Thank you so much. I definitely would recommend this company to everyone I know.

They took extra care to answer our questions thoroughly, and told us we didnt need a full dryer heater element replacement ($150), but rather a $10 part would do the trick. Not many companies out there are that honest, so I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for appliance parts- from expert to first time DIY.

This is my first time going to the appliance depot and I have to say they had my part and were very quick to put it in will call! These guys were sharp and knowledgeable! I would call them again for a part I need for any of my appliances!

It was pretty busy, but they got to me quickly and had me out the door. I couldnt get anyone on the phone, but I checked the website and saw they had my part. Quicker than online and quite possibly cheaper.

This is the best appliance store in San Antonio! Their service was exceptional and I was so glad to see that they were open till 1:00 on Saturday and were extremely helpful over the phone and in the store. I called another appliance store to verify that the parts I needed were in stock, and the price in the store was close to double, more than double in some cases, than the price they advertised online. Very disappointing. So, I called Appliance Parts Depot and they had all the parts I needed for prices that were only pennies more than their online prices. The staff was extremely helpful and helped me understand how to repair my dryer and what parts I may need. Thanks to them, I spent $120 on parts and my dryer is like new, instead of $400 for a repairman to fix it. Thanks and I will definitely use this store in the future.

I called for part by phone 2 days ago didnt ask them to hold it but when I got to the store it was $20 more then I was originally quoted. I will not be shopping here ever because dishonest people working there.

Im a consumer, not a repair professional, and I have been to APD several times. EVERY TIME, they have been immensely helpful, provided great information and tips, and made my repair easy to get done. In addition, they have provided great guidance on alternatives to repair--even advising against selling me parts when it looked like the repair cost might be greater than the replacement cost. The ladies and gentlemen behind the counter are the best. Highly recommend them if you need parts or just good advice.

Ive been buying parts from these guys for over 10 years. From the top (management) to the parts counter crew, APD guys and gal (Amy) are the best in San Antonio and South Texas. The staff (parts counter crew) are knowledgeable and friendly to me every time i visit which is almost every other day. This is the parts house you want to support cause they are that good.

They had the part I was interested in, however I was on hold on the phone for 20 minutes and had to drive into the store. When I got there two people continued to answer phones while one person was helping customers. I dont mind holding on the phone, but the lack of respect for people being face to face was unsatisfactory. They believe that troubleshooting for a customer over the phone takes precedence over people that got off their butt to come into their store! Get your priorities straight people!

I came looking for a water inlet valve and after leaving Sears due it not in stock and would have to wait until shipped I came over here and they had it in stock and for $68 and Sears for $45 after I told the Larry he matched the price for me. I really appreciate it and will definitely come back I would rather give them the service if they match sears prices
