Waiting for him to ORDER a part for month now didnt have an invoice or anything to show he has even ORDERED the part. Was not willing let me switch for a working washer when he said he didnt know how much longer it be for part to come in. I made 1 phone call to a appliance liquidation on Carolina St I ORDERED PART WILL BE HERE TOMORROW. SALES HALF FIXED APPLIANCES AND DOESNT EVEN ORDER THE PART SO THAT HE DOESNT HAVE TO FIX IT UNDER WARRANTY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME . HELP SMALL BUSINESSES OWNERS out during the pandemic and we get screwed over

Exceptional ServiceI needed an air conditioner capcitor to get my AC system to cool again. So I took the old part with me just to make sure I got the correct replacement. Rather than just selling me the new replacement part, Pete took the time to test the old part to confirm that it was in fact defective. Place follows COVID-19 practices. Called about 1 week ago looking for a part, water inlet valve, to my Kitchenaid refrigerator. They did not have it in stock, but Pete took the part number, looked it up, ordered it and had the part here, in town, within 1 week. Pete followed up and called to let me know the part was here. I want to thank this team of professionals for their attentiveness to detail, follow up actions, and courteous customer service. Very helpful and very nice but completely disorganized. Plumbing hours in one door and parts goes in another door? No place to create a line so people sit down and others come in thinking theyre first, etc.

Have been waiting for a cash refund since 5.4.2020. Have spoken to several employees over the phone and in person and no one is able to tell me when where or how much longer the refund will take. In person everyone seems clueless and over the phone I just immediately get put on hold passed around and finally when talking to someone the promise a call back and that never takes place.

This location is absolutely wonderful! My dryer was having problems and I initially thought it was the element. Joe Gonzales was friendly and informative, letting me know it might be several other things as well. After I repaired my dryer (which Joe diagnosed by just talking to me) I had to bring back the element which had never been opened while I was troubleshooting. Hassle free return. I will now make it a point to come here instead of anywhere else for parts!
