Associates were more concerned about their conversation about what they did last night and what they will do on their day off than helping the customers. Waited 15 min. Asked a question and felt like I was bothering and interrupting them. Go no help at all. Horrible service.

I ordered some prints online of a couple of drawings I made for a friend and they came out perfect! The rep working the counter was a little busy but she was polite and got my order done within a more than reasonable amount of time. I would definitely use this service again in the future.

ZERO STARS ... So, I went online to purchase Turbo Tax Home and Business 2019 edition. I purchase the DOWNLOAD VERSION ... I pay my $70+ and expect to download my purchase. Nope! The confirmation e-mail states that they are getting my package ready to ship and I should see it sometime tomorrow. WHAT? What package? What shipment? I just need the download link so that I may send 1099s on my day off.Nope! Customer Service at the local store states that they have no control over my purchase from their online store. Fast forward - I am directed to call another number. I do so. The customer service agent there tells me that he doesnt know what he can do about the situation.I ask to speak to someone who CAN do something about my purchase of a download will not be available for a day or two.The agent places me on hold a few times. He then states that he is now transferring me to a supervisor. The supervisor states that he will start composing emails to his back-end team to release my download today. - Wow! Really? I can download my purchase the same day that I make the purchase? What a novel idea. - Now we play the waiting game.Needless to say, I am not happy with this purchase. I am an hour into phone calls and reviews because NOWHERE on the website does it state that it could take up to 2 days to download a product after purchase. Nowhere.

I had a fantastic experience at Office Depot. Went in to see if they had a specific brand of pencils, and they did. It was previously discounted, but the sale was over. I asked a lady, and she was happy to give me the discounted price! Highly recommended.

Adriana and Gage in the print center were great! Our invitations had multiple parts to them so it took a while to get them all printed! They were very kind and professional even when the morning got busy. After printing they also went through the trouble of cutting the invitations for us too! Thank you so much for the great service!

Kimberly & Mary at the print desk did a fantastic job with my Save the Dates. Kimberly was the only person working this weekend and did a wonderful job multitasking. She had a ton of customers but was extremely polite the whole time and never got stressed out. Excellent work!

Kevin in the printing department was extremely helpful and polite. He helped me get programs printed quickly and accurately, all while being positive and professional. Within 15-20 minutes, my documents were completed- starting with emailing them upon arrival to formatting, printing, cutting and packaging them. Very impressed! Will definitely come back.

We went to buy an office chair, and decided on the Calusa. As my husband was putting the box in our cart, I saw a sale tag on the wall which said the chair was 50% off. At the register, the chair rang up at full price. The cashier called another employee to check on it, and she asked me to show her the sign. This lady said the sale price had expired and they would get in trouble if they honored it. WHY IS IT MY FAULT THAT THEY LEFT THE SALE TAG ON THE WALL???? I left without the chair, and am appalled that Office Depot would not make it right. Ill be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and social media to warn other consumers of their false advertising. If the tag is on the wall, Office Depot should be willing to honor it.

Simone was the highlight of my experience. The other employees on had were having a loud discussion about who did what that was either about another employee or consumer who was no longer in the store. During our checkout The phone was ringing and 3 employees were standing by the service desk, one of them should have answered the store phone. Simone had to tell whoever through her headphones that she was with a customer. Then 2 of the three went outside to smoke. I gave five stars because the store was clean,organized and the checkout was pleasant.

They stock the basics of what you would expect to find in an office supply store, but you cant always find someone to tell you where it is. As its a lower class store, dont expect to find anything beyond the basics. Keep the Internet on speed-dial.

Horrible experience. ... prices under each product is not the correct or current sales price, its just random prices that apparently dont match the product they are placed there for future products . Very, very misleading and when brought to the assistant managers(Brian/Bryan) attention he could not explain this marketing disaster other than the price is for another item coming in. I understand now why the place is never busy. Lesson learned go to a different store in town or order online. Unfortunately this site will not allow me to upload the pictures.

This is one of the worst store as far as the customer service . Customer means chicken meat to the guys who work here even including the managers . I will not use bad words but I will say most of the idiots are working here even including the store managers ! They dont know what they are doing there ! There is a guy whose name is Kevin he is the only one I have seen friendly and he know customers service very well ! Most of the other employees even the store managers, they dont know what they are doing, very rude ! Thats why they are losing the business everyday and when you look at the store outside, the parking lot is always empty because now a lot of people in San Angelo know that they are very horrible there and nobody feel like going there ! I used to go there every week but now a days I go to fed ex because people are more friendly there and their prices are cheaper also !!

Ive always had bad experiences here, they did a mistake on my business cards printing and I was just given the money back on a gift card so I have a $70 gift card that I havent been able to use since every time I go there employees are not able to help me, today I tried to print a super hero you are invited, boom, pow logos, a old lady on the printing station was rude didnt even answer when I said good morning, I had some wonder woman images on the files I was trying to print and she said that she couldnt print it( which I totally understand) but she refused to print all the other files because she said those are included on the wonder woman copyrights, even when I designed those for my daughters party, I explained that, but she didnt care, so customer service is always awful, employees are rude, and no willing to help.
