Ive gone here on several occasions for various reasons. For repairs they are great. For their used phones? So so, I think they are fair priced as far as repairs are concerned and too high on their used phones. Still they do offer the used phones to those who are either looking for a particular older model or just cant afford a new one. Ive always had good luck with customer service, even when I was more than unhappy with the phone that I had purchased. I would still recommend them, just dont make this your first go to, and know about what it is you want to purchase and its going rate because these gentlemen will haggle with you over the right thing.

I went here about a few weeks ago to repair my screen to my iPhone 11, well after that “fix” the battery started draining fast. I called Apollo Computers in Abilene and they had told me that “iPhone-Cell Phone & PC Repair” were the ones that punctured my battery. I would not recommend going through this service

Great work on my phone went in for a busted screen and new battery on an S7 phone but the battery never worked right again after it was replaced cause it over heated and also drained to quickly. So I did take it back and they put another battery in but to no luck. It continued to do the same thing. So i had to send it in for a replacement phone not knowing mine was under warranty. So after a $450.00 bill to get it fixed. I was not to happy that my battery did not work properly but what was my fault was that I didnt ask my provider first if it was still warranted. Its not all bad this place and there other place in Abilene has always done a great job on a couple of my old phones in the past. The other thing is there service is always so great.

I really love this store! I thought my very unusual but new phone had a cracked screen but it turned out to just be the protector. The tech pointed that out and even put a new protector on the phone. They will always have my business!

The customer service was good. Very helpful and courteous sales clerk. The problem is the product they sell. Super china made. The resolution and clarity is nowhere near 100$ worth. Wouldnt come here again and I advise others to research other places.

IPhone 7s charging port was going bad these past few months. Only one charger was able to charge it and only at just the right angle. 30 minutes in the shop and they had it fixed out and working like new!

Guys are hilarious! I was there for about 20 minutes and he had a few regulars come in. People seem to swing by just because they are cool guys. My refurbished iPhone 4S had been through a lot. They charged me $65 to replace the front screen. While he was working on it he found loose screws just hanging out and a little bit of water damage. He cleaned it up and dealt with all the screws for no extra charge.The guys are totally cool. They love talking to people and having a good time. I almost want to go back just to hang out!Great and fast service. Ive definitely found my place for any further iPhone repairs. The screen works just as if I had a brand new iPhone. I love it! I bought a phone from them and it was in excellent condition and still is over a year ago. I had the glass fixed on my wifes iPhone for a reasonable price. And today, I brought my phone in because it wouldnt charge any more. I also thought I may have short circuited it when I tried cleaning with a paper clip. I told the technician all these symptomsAll it need was a cleaning for $25. The people here are honest & knowledgeable.They had an opportunity to rip me off and make money off of me, but no, they were HONEST and only charged me for a cleaning.I highly recommend you bring your phone to them for repairs or buying a used phone from them

This is the second time I went to this store for a repair. They fixed my iPhone 6+ for a reasonable price and within an hour. Then, I dropped it again months later. When I called ten minutes before closing to get prices for the next morning, they told me to come up right then.The manager stayed almost an hour after closing to fix my phone and help me out. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with phone issues. They were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable.

When i dropped my phone the screen completely stopped working I thought it was done, and i needed my phone since i was traveling took it to sprint store, they recommended me this place. Came here and was surprised it was it only 80 dollars to get it fixed! I was very happy that they were able to fix it and make it work like a brand new phone again!

IPhone 6 had a problem with the sleep/wake button. In addition, the phone was in an endless shutdown loop.I brought my phone in on a Sunday, and in approximately an hour, was repaired, as well as getting a new replacement battery.Staff very friendly and courteous,highly recommended.

I had my cracked cell phone screen repaired last Saturday(10/13). On 10/17, the screen on the phone began to crack around the edges. I took the phone in on 10/18 and was told I would have to pay for a new screen because the warranty did not cover the screen(which was the only thing I got repaired).

A few months ago out of necessity, I payed $130 for a screen repair on my iPhone 7 here. Upon receiving my phone back, I immediately noticed poor clarity and discoloration. I brought this to their attention and they acted as if nothing was wrong and said it came with a 30 day warranty.A couple months later my battery wore out do to it being dropped and my technician back home notified me that a functional piece to black the screen while the phone is to ear was missing and that screws were missing which caused my battery to detach.Bottom line: go somewhere else. At their price you should be getting OEM replacement parts, a better price, and a lifetime warranty.Their screens and parts arent OEM or OEE (manufacturer equivalent), just $10 parts off amazon that they charge $110 to install.

I think this cell phone and of store is the best place to get your phone fixed. Theyre fast, know what they are doing and keep you updated!!

I think that this business has major potential and if the management of this business has the right skills, it could take off fairly easily. This is quite the competitive market, however, most businesss do one or the other, not both, so I give you props for that.

I would rate negative stars on this place i paid 190 to fix my wifes iphone screen only for it to turn all black fee days later. She took it back for the supposedly warranty to get it fixed and was treated very rudely and did nit get any thing repaired trashy place do not go

I couldnt say this place is affordable. Charged me about as much as a new tablet would cost $90 but a new tablet is $120. And there was a scratch on the new screen it seemed they tried to hide with a cover when handing it to me. When I asked them the guy says well that just happens. There is also a spot in the center of my screen that is like a bubble under the screen. I will try somewhere else or do it myself before I go back here. Up side is it was ready in about an hour
