I have to give them their due, Computer Bytes built my PC some 11 years ago and its still running. The hard drive it came with failed after about 7 years, but any other component Ive replaced has been for performance upgrades and not because the part had a problem. You wont get that level of dependability just anywhere, judging by the horror stories I regularly hear now about other custom builds.

Informative and efficient with service, but did not have components and peripherals I was looking to find.

The only thing that tops their technical knowledge and skills is the customer service.Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and fair.I will definitely be back if I run into an issue I cant fix on my own.Highly recommend.

This guy was awesome. He saved me tons of money by recommending me not to repair the laptop I had taken to him. Simply not worth it. Anyone else could of just said, Hey, why not? Its a great computer!, and bang! There werent my money. In return, I took my dads computer to him to get fixed a week later. He was able to explain to me, in a way I could understand, what was wrong with it.My dads computer works great, now. My father was very satisfied with the work done to it; and even with the reasonable price he paid for the service. In a Google Local Guide in town and sometimes we can be very pick. I got to say, I would give this man 11 stars if I could.

Dude sells you windows for $100 and then charges you $100 to install it and then charges $80 labor on top of that! Computer works fine but the cost is outrageous. Definitely will not go back.

Went in to check on prices of GPUs and ask some questions about a build. Ken helped me out for about 15 minutes. Giving me tons of advice and helping steer me in the right direction for specs. I really appreciated it and will definitely be coming back for any of my computer needs in the future.

Researched a build, bought the case I wanted, figured I didnt want to mess up, but very specific on what I wanted. After talking to the owner, he didnt upsell me, he pointed out what was better. Hmm...... ok. One month later, this rig is performing better than I expected, and at a better price. Also, he set me up to where I could very easily recover the SSD should it ever have problems. They get my next build too.
