The only downside of the visit was the lack of inventory on hand. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was easy to find. Plenty of parking space available!

Was there with my wife who was having trouble with her laptop. She was helped by technician Christian. He was very nice and took his time explaining the problem and fixing it. We are seniors and not real computer savvy and appreciate the professionalism of this employee. We will visit again. Good experience!

Worst customer service I have received from a retail store in quite some time. Level of customer service seems to have barely met store required minimum to stay employed. I was making a purchase for someone living in another country with no access to the same products we have here. I needed to purchase additional items, but will take my business elsewhere due to lack of service and enthusiasm. I have spent a large sum of money with Best Buy, specifically the San Angelo store, but will reconsider future purchases made locally.

This store isnt like other best buys Ive been into. The store seemed to be smaller then the usual best buy I am use to. The workers are friendly and quick to help.

Pros: Steven in San Angelo helped me with a smart tv purchase. He was awesome to deal with. Fast, Courteous, and extremely Helpful. I tried to tip him twice and both times he rejected the gratuity stating he wasn’t allowed to accept it. ~ I’d like BestBuy to know that this man DESERVED it! I didn’t feel obligated to offer it; I simply wanted to offer it as a show of gratitude.From showing me the television I was interested in .. to ringing me up at the register … to carrying the television to my truck and placing it in the back seat … Steven, not Best Buy, but Steven was 5 stars all the way.Now for the cons: I called four times today, was placed on hold once for a very long time, and still did not get an answer to the question for which I called.Also, when I walked through the doors at BestBuy there were at least 4 people standing there as if to greet me. Once I mentioned that I’d appreciate some help .. every one of them turned around and took off in a hurry in the opposite direction. Well, except for the one associate who called Steven to come assist me.I have to admit .. BestBuy has good pricing. However, the lack of customer service and not answering of phones is a bit too much.If it weren’t for Steven in electronics .. this would probably have been a one-star review. ⭐️
Went in looking at new Refrigerators.. They had one that we liked and willing to buy on spot ($1800). They told us they didn’t know when it would be aviable and more than likely it wouldBe end towards the end of the year. We asked if we could buy the display model and was told they don’t own the displays and can’t sale them. We went to Lowe’s and paid $200 more for the same one. BestBuy just lost a long time customer
After going to other outlets as I was shopping for a quality vacuum...I found the best deal at Best Buy...they even loaded the vacuum into my Jeep...thanks for that... 👍
I was in a good mood fixing to buy my laptop I been wanting for a while now, ready to spend up to $1200, I stood there for over 20 minutes interested in many models. I was hoping someonewould come ask if needed help. Some nerdy looking kid came lookedat me but acted like he didnt see me and went to the other side.I walked out but told a young lady employee at the exit door that they had horrible customer service, she said, ok have a good day, then I said that will get them a bad review, she said ok, have a good day.Bad enough it took all I had being in pain from neck surgery to be there,and then I went through this but I found a better deal at Office Depot and tomorrow I hope for good service. I wont be good back to Best Buy..
We got really good help this time. We were able to get our purchases without to many request for extended warranties. Bathrooms were clean.
Wanted to buy a laptop yesterday. Of the 3 I tried to buy, none were in stock. I was told they could order one for me and it would arrive in 10 days. If I wanted to order a laptop then I would have ordered one on Amazon and have it delivered in 2-3 days tops. I went into the store to walk out with a laptop of my choice that day. Very disappointed but learned that Im not shopping in this store anymore unless its absolutely necessary, and then they probably wont have what I need in stock. Also, why cant I buy the display model? They lost a laptop sale yesterday
The man who waited on me knew his stuff in TV then helped me with a computer as well. They take their time with the customer and while you might wait a bit, its worth it.
Bought a Lense for 1,500 at the location and it took 3 months for the store to tell me they couldn’t get the item. When I wanted my return after paying cash, they said they couldn’t give me my cash back and I they would give me a mailing check that would take 15 days. Never again will I buy expensive items for Best Buy for my media business.

Purchased dishwasher which was delivered 12-20-20Install scheduled 12-28-20, which was canceled...Install scheduled again 6 weeks away on Feb 8...Call received feb 7 from best buy to confirm...Stayed home 12-8pm. Waiting...NO SHOWContacted BB x2...was told each x...installer will call within 30 minutes...Dishwasher not installed...no call...no contact...whatsoever...

I was in and out. Someone assisted me without me having to go looking for help. He was very knowledgeable about where thing were. Also had a great experience as another employee waiting outside with my purchase as I kind of parked far away.

Called to confirm that they had an item in stock, was placed on hold by automated system, on hold for more than 10mins and was promptly hung up on by the associate.
This is the only place I have gone for all my electronic needs and services. There has not been a reason to shop anywhere else according to my opinion and experience throughout the years. The products are excellent which matches the customer service.

We went in looking for a cable/ wire/ USB.. something to hook up our sound bar. The sales rep came to our rescue he not only gave us the right wire he also showed us how to install

Going in the store is great. Calling the store and working the automated system stinks. It would be much better if someone just answered the phone and sent you to the proper department right quick.
Ive been waiting on a dishwasher to be delivered since mid-December. Best Buy hasnt shown up and they dont call beforehand to reschedule or tell you they are not coming. Customer service disconnects when calling and it takes several attempts to get through.
Most electronics stores now are just to window shop in person and buy online cheaper, but when you need a cable or something that same day they are nice to have.
This store is A-one always has been. The car install department has always been great no matter what technician is working. The staff is great and super nice. I have only had one negative encounter and it was with Geek Squad over a computer they said was not covered under warranty anymore even though they were still pulling 185 a year to cover it. I dont hold it against our best buy though.

Was in early on a weekday. I had difficulty finding help on the floor. I asked the cashier some questions and she was helpful in clearing up some confusion I had over a cable modem.
I brought a 400$ pair of head phones and Best Buy accidental Warranty policy and when I returned it they denied my return horrible customer service the manager didnt even ask my reason. When I bought a $65 accidental policy. I wouldnt recommend Best Buy and I have been shopping there for over 5 years I am also a my Best Buy plus elite member take your business elsewhere. The Manger is not informed. I deeply encourage people to stop buying at best buy and go buy your stuff at Amazon and B&H they are much Cheaper !

So disappointed with Best Buy appliance and home delivery. We ordered a gas dryer back in June of this year choosing Best Buy because they were basically the only one who showed on line this particular dryer we wanted in stock so we thought. It was first scheduled for delivery in early July however Best Buy had to reschedule for later that month which was fine. Thus we waited that day for delivery only to find out later that afternoon that our order was not on the truck for delivery. Thus once again Best Buy notified us that next delivery was scheduled for late August only to find out that nearing that delivery date that it would be rescheduled for October. Point being from time of purchase it would be 4 months if even then before delivery. At that point we felt that Best Buy was just stringing us along and wasnt honest at point of purchase having the dryer in stock. Immediately canceling our order we went to our local hardware store with the big Orange Sign ordered the exact same dryer on sale having it delivered about a week later 😀 I might add as well that Best Buys ridiculous price they wanted to charge us to install it while the the other store would install it for $19.99 when buying new gas dryer connections. In conclusion although Best Buy has a great product line but when it comes to large appliances they lost our business.

We bought a gas stove and had it delivered. We also had a refrigerator on another order with a delivery date of December 11, 2020On the order with the fridge was a dishwasher but it was set up for store pick up, not delivery.When the geeks delivered the stove they said they could have the dishwasher delivered and installed with the fridge on December 11th.The geek went back to the store and set everything up and returned to the house to tell me that everything was taken care of.But the next day, I get an email from Best Buy saying that since my order was changed, my delivery date would now be in late January.When I went to the store in San Angelo to complain, the Assistant Manager got onto the computer to look into my order and confirmed the delivery date of January 27th.The next morning, I get another email from Best Buy telling that since my order had been changed by the Assistant Manager, my order will not be delivered until February 2021.I dare not complain again for fear my refrigerator and dishwasher won’t arrive until June of 2024!!! 🤬🤬I cancelled this order and will AVOID Best Buy from now on. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

The store was not busy at all, and I was looking for home security cameras. The employees were all standing around talking with each other. I was there about 15. minutes when someone had finally came over to ask if I needed help. I had already found them on my own. Not very good customer service. Don’t they get commission???

I have called and waited over 45 minutes for SOMEONE JUST TO PICK UP THE PHONE AND NO ONE WILL ANSWER. Very poor customer service. I have hung up and called different services just to get someone to answer my call and STILL NO ANSWER. IT IS 11:19 am and this store opened at 10:00 am. I’m highly dissatisfied and will NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN. You have waisted time that I did not have time to spare as I only have Friday’s off to get important things done and my time is limited on my schedule. This store needs new management or to be re-trained!

Worst store in town, worst customer service. I came in with 1 simple question. They stated I had to have an appointment. Took them 20 min and 2 females to schedule the appointment for the next day. Come back today. Took 2min to answer my question. Total waste of time! Not to mention when I walked around looking to maybe get a new tablet or laptop there were at least 7 employees standing around doing nothing. Not one offered any help or assistance. Ill be purchasing a new computer somewhere else!!

Just disappointed. No employee there goes the extra step to give an outstanding customer experience, only providing bare minimum’s to make a desperate sale. They also lack basic conversation etiquette.Was actually chased away from purchasing a $1500 MacBook Pro from thirsty Computer sales people.Tried buying $299 headphones only for the lifestyles employee to NOT know the difference between Beats Solo3‘s in Solo Pro’s, but obviously recommended the more expensive pair.Bought a $2K gaming desktop only to have the employee barely make eye contact and sigh, “did you want the protection with this?”Tried to price match a product only to hear they didn’t price match Walmart’s online price. So I just went up the street to Walmart and got the EXACT SAME product for $45 cheaper.A real Best Buy wouldn’t have these issues.

Customer service was non existent. I asked a few employees for help. One had no idea what a kindle reader was the other was too busy texting to his phone to even answer, and the last one was also too busy on his phone to offer help. Worst experience Ive ever had at a Best Buy.

The merchandise is set out very orderly . Items never seem to be out of place .This store might be considered expensive to most people but if you are a rewards member the price of everything goes down pretty well, yet not amazingly . Maybe a subtraction of $10 or so . So being a member is definitely suggested . Buying warranty on items is also suggested, and not just by myself. Prices for for are not expensive.
I called the Best buy tech line with an issue the gentleman that took the call Hung the phone up on me so I called back and I talked to a manager and share with the manager of my issue she put someone else on the phone help me with the problem this is another thing with our service field either he didnt want to deal with it or whatever I dont know but it got me angry and nothings going to be done about it the mans not going to be reprimanded or nothing and I dont remember his name but I do know that I might be stop shopping in the Best buy

I think Best Buy has definately upped their game since everything has went to online shopping. They seem to keep more of an inventory nowadays so as to keep the consumer from going online to make purchases which is smart and a good thing. Prices are competitive and for the most part theres usually someone who can help you get what you need in a timely manner. Good place to grab whatever electronics you need, and in this case computer parts.
Went in to get the cord for our laptop and the employee helped is and was very polite. Definitely would recommend.
