Wanted to charge $1400 for a part that was listed on Nissans website for $812.50. They did lower the price to $850.00 after I ask why they had makes up that much. I did not say that I was not treated fair. I simply said I felt the part was high compared to what Nissan genuine parts had it listed as.

Very dissatisfied with Nissan. I was quoted a ridiculous price for 4 tires. I had to go to Firestone to get my 4 brand new tires, lifetime warranty, fully aligned for much more less than Nissan.

Made a 10hours trip yesterday with my buddy. He was looking to buy a hailed nissan truck, wheres I was looking to buy ford truck. Salesman did not seen to care whether he could make our deals or not. Poor inventories with all hail damaged vehicles still not complete in replacing key parts like windshields, broken mirrors and tail lights. Those clowns expect us to make and sign purchase on vehicles not ready for sale. Furthermore, they wanted almost same price as none hail damaged vehicles that can be purchased else where without making the trip! In this cov19 environment, its simply disappointing to see how even a small town dealership like this resort to this kind of sales tactic. My friend even tried to make time to go back to Jim Bass to buy a raptor and the salesman could not even bother to wait up for him! Shocked to see all the not so smart consumers who paid premium for JIM Bass hailed junks. Hailed vehicles should have at least 40% off its MSRP due to the labor and material for repairs. Please stay away from JIM BASS AND THEIR CLOWNS for a longer and prosper lives!

They provide the best service I have ever received from a dealership. I keep my Nissan because I cant find a service center like this one. They are by far the best service center in San Angelo.

We currently have three Nissans and will buy a fourth one this spring. Best service department of ALL the dealerships in town by far! Excellent staff that really do go out of the way for us. Wouldnt even bother with any other place in town.

Poor experience. Was in talks about buying a Titan Pro 4x. When I traveled to dealership the truck was sent off to get a 7K lift kit added to it. Dishonest dealership...added lift kit so that I would have to buy more expensive truck. Avoid Jim Bass dealerships!

Chad heard what we were wanting and used his experience with Nissan to get us what seems to be two great cars. He was honest and forthcoming, and it was a pleasure to work with him.

The men who work at Nissan Service are perfectly lovely men. I think they are good guys. I think they care about their service and do a good job. Unfortunately, they can be typical and not listen when someone tries to tell them something. I felt that I was charged inappropriately, yet have not received a return call about my concerns. I think they tend to ignore ... maybe women? But who knows, maybe they ignore men too.
