Purchased a 2020 Tundra over a year ago and have alway had issues with my steering vibrating the day I drove it home.I brought this to tgeir attention to get checked out and had to find time for scheduling to get this fixed.They could not get it done and wanted to charge for wheel balance.I took it to discount tires and they balanced and rotated no charge. Problem with vibration was not as bad but slightly there until it was time to rotate again and the problem came back.Turns out the truck needed an alignment all this time.I brought this to the service departments attention and they said it is out of warranty.I explained that I had this problem from the first day I bought the truck.I even had them look it up on my history of having issues with steering and theyre not going to fix without a charge even after they fou d my history of Having this issue.I had to take it elsewhere to get fixed.Worst experience ever buying a new vehicle from Mitchell Toyota.Not buying another vehicle from Mitchell Toyota.I feel duped.

Took my 2000 land cruiser to service department to have key fob programmed. I got phone call from service department stating it could not be programmed because the door lock actuators were not working. I asked how much repair would cost and was told $2300. I picked up my vehicle after paying $130. I found parts to repair for literally $20 and about 3 hours of labor. (Watched a YouTube video on how to repair) It now works perfectly. Honesty? Integrity? Trust? That’s what they say on their commercials. Shameful. Will never go to Mitchell Toyota again.

Nice people, good work. This review is for the creature comforts of the visiting customers. Do not expect wifi service here. Not available in service department waiting room. Vending machines take credit cards. Hot coffee is available, might have to brew it yourself. It is definitely antiquated. Newer dealerships offer popcorn, fresh fruit, and a tv with a screen larger than 27 inches.I still use my Toyota dealership proudly. They just need to get updated.

The service department is very helpful and does a great job as long as you have an appointment its an average wait time for services.If you are looking to buy a vehicle from Toyota, which lets be honest Toyota vehicles are very reliable. I personally would not buy from this dealership. My experience made me feel like there was a lack of transparency from the dealer and they were unwilling to work with me and resolve my issues with the transaction, not even the general manager was willing to even try and negotiate a compromise. You will get a better deal on a Toyota from a different dealership.

Service is great, but clearly the people here are unconcerned with their customers health. I saw one employee wearing a mask and two customers wearing masks out of the dozen I saw. Disgusting.

Brought my car in to get a piece of door trim that was damaged by a tech on a prior visit to this dealership. Made my appointment at 2pm but it was then moved to 3pm without notice. Once I arrived I was told that it would only take up to 1 hour to fix the simple door trim. After waiting for more than an hour without an update, I finally went and asked for an update and was told my car wouldn’t be done until some time after 5pm as it was just now getting pulled in to get worked on after being here for more than an hour. I wish they would have been upfront about how long it would have taken or upfront about how long it would take to get the car seen. I have now wasted all this time waiting for them to fix a mistake that was made by them when I brought my car in for its 5k check a couple days ago when they originally scratched the car.

This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Curtis Andrews did not have any issues showing me any vehicle he had plus pulled up all inventory to make sure I got everything I wanted. If i could give less than one star, I would. Ive never had a bad experience with Toyota before, every member of my family owns a Toyota. They have always taken great care of our vehicles. My first experience with this place was awful. Everyone I talked to was very rude. My 2016 corolla broke down for the first time, and no one there was helpful. Payed for a VERY expensive warranty on my car for nothing. My dad and I went to pick my car up (because it needed to be towed away) and the lady in the service department was extremely rude to my dad, who is a mechanic and was just trying to assess the situation. We will now be going to Toyota in Abilene as they seem to care more about their customers and the quality of the employees they hire. I never thought in a million years we would be treated to poorly by a company my whole family loves and trusts.

The dealership is easy to find and offers a wide variety of vehicles. There was no wait time to test drive a vehicle, even on a Saturday . The wait time to see a Finance Rep when purchasing was about 20-30 min (still pretty good considering there was only two reps).

Customer service Service man went out his way to get us taken care . He took the time to listen and address the problem and sent us to the place to get taken care of. We really appreciate his service and with people like him Toyota will keep me coming back!

My fiancée and I came here today to look at their used cars. Out comes Ernest Garcia. At first, he appears to be a well-mannered and enthusiastic salesman. But this did not last long. He turned out to be a bully and one of the worst salesman we’ve ever met. We were thinking about buying a 2014 Mercedes E350, with 67K on the odometer. We told him that our preferred range of monthly payments was around $300. To which he replied that he would try his best to work with us. When he came back to us, he gave us a deal with the monthly payments being over $500. Clearly, way over our preferred range. We told him that it was too much and that we couldn’t do it. This is the point where Mr. Garcia turned and twisted himself into a bully. He not only raised his voice with us, but also called us liars because we wouldn’t buy it today. I explained to him that we were just looking and that if we decided that our best option was the Mercedes, we would come back and he would have our business. But Ernest doesn’t seem to grasp the fact that because we said he could have our business, it does not mean that we have to buy the car today. We could easily come back another day and give him our business. But because of our experience with this man, we will definitely not be coming back to him. And I hope for all y’alls sake that if you see this man walking towards you, RUN! Do not trust this man. Give your business to someone else.

He listened to what we were looking for and how we were hoping for a different model. Turns out, they got the exact model in the exact color my husband wanted a couple days ago. Dave Dyer was amazing. He knew exactly what we were looking for and was able match that with some of our must-have needs. He stayed late to make sure we got an amazing deal and helped us transfer some things onto the new truck. One of the finance guys stayed late (on his anniversary!!) to make sure we hit our price point, all the while thanking us for our service. Lastly, we’ve worked with Anthony in the finance dept before and he was just as professional as the first time. He also stayed late and the new technology that he uses to sign contracts is amazing and super efficient. The process of pulling into the lot and keys in hand was an hour and a half! It would have been quicker had we made up our minds from the get-go! Shon Jones (the GM) has an amazing staff and I will continue to buy from Mitchell Toyota as long as I am in the San Angelo area.

Todd and Matt went above and beyond. We completed the transaction by phone and my new 2020 Highlander was delivered to me in Ozona where I had broken down in the middle of a cross country move. Back on the road and riding in comfort and safety!

They gave me nice offer and service to maintain my car and free oil changes. I give 4 stars that no one told me where is car parked after my car done for maintained. I had groceries in the car.

We just purchased our second Toyota from Mitchell Toyota. David Dyer helped my wife find a terrific Prius five years ago and helped me get a great deal on an Avalon Hybrid this week. David is great to work with and helpful throughout what is usually an uncomfortable process. He takes the time to be sure you get what you want and explains everything thoroughly. I checked out several Toyota dealers but ended up coming back to David to close the deal. And I know from my wifes experience that Mitchell comes through on service and we can always call on David if we need help.

I just bought a Rav-4 from Mitchell Toyota. My salesperson was Juan Ozuna. I contacted him by e-mail in early August telling him i was wishing to purchase a Rav-4 and he replied immediately. He searched and for the vehicle and it was purchased on Aug 15, 2020. Juan was professional in his correspondence with me. I told him I preferred email since i work 10 hour shifts . I found him to be polite, and knowledgeable and very efficient in his work. I love my vehicle and all the features I specified. I commend Mitchell Toyota for having someone with the professionalism as Juan.

I work for a local mom and pop oil change facility in san angelo. There happens to be a reoccurring issue of damaged oil pans and oil filters coming from mitchell toyota. Please keep in mind that just because its a dealership doesnt mean you are getting quality service. It is quite unfortunate that this is the case, dealerships should be held to a higher standard. However if you do prefer to have your vehicle serviced by a dealership, make sure you always go to the same location so you wont be charged for repairs due to negligent service. I am sorry for anyone who has had this issue
