I’ve had a horrible time getting people to be honest with me here. I came in because they advertised a lot of sales on Facebook but they ended up just giving me the run around and didn’t honor them. We waited two hours just to be told they were tired and would call me the next day. They never called and when I tried to call them I was asked to call back in 5 minutes. Every time! The salesmen was a liar and when I asked to speak with a different salesman they got the other salesman to suggest I continue dealing with the first salesman I spoke to. So I asked to speak with a manager and they didn’t let me. I understand they’re busy but all I was asking for is an explanation of why I was being treated like I don’t matter. Way to go Kia you’ve lost a customer for life. I swear I’ll tell everyone I know about how business is done there.

I have to take a moment and share how much a waste of time the Sales Department is here. Its honestly insane how bad they are. If it would let me post below 1 star I would for sure.Oh gosh, this is quite a story but idc sharing with everyone. I live three hours away from this dealership so keep in mind. 3 hours there. The good lord only knows how long there.....then 3 hours drive back.Step 1: Dealership was offering this AMAZING too good to be true deal. They were offering *up to 100% of original MSRP for your vehicle*At the time, I drove a 2008 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited. The MSRP was approximately 36K.I was like uummmmm ok...lets see this should be a good deal!!Step 1: Calling the dealership- I got some dude. He took ALL my information. So I provided him with personal information (VIN, contact info, other personal info) The rep was apparently a traveling salesperson. He kept deterring me from taking any action. Said hed be near me in a dealership soon and would contact me.Step 2: Waited 24 hours. No word from said person. I called back. Got someone else. Theyre like IDK....no one here has that name must have been a traveling person. Again, I gave my info. Took pics of inside and out of vehicle.Step 3: WAIT. I message her via text. She always saying Im sorry sir our managers are very busyStep 4: 72 hours later....this chick is messaging me that they will give me FAAARRRRRR less than any other dealer for the vehicle.Step 5: Said salesperson actually has the nerve to message me the vehicles I was interested in initially.I literally took a loss selling the vehicle to Carmax just bc I was not interested in dealing with these people. They have no respect of time, consistency, or a sales practice.What a waste of time.

Jacob Hogeda and Sean Downing were incredibly helpful and professional during our experience. They made the experience go quickly and was the best experience we’ve had at a dealership. It was almost like we were purchasing a car from a family friend and felt very laid back compared to other car buying experiences we’ve had. We got top dollar for our trade which helped us get the exact car we wanted. Jacob helped us understand and walked through every feature of our car thoroughly. Even after the purchase they made us feel like part of the Kia family. Beth was also a huge help and walked us through our contract and helped us understand it completely and got us out of there as quickly as possible. My KIA Optima was in for repair due to a problem with an oil leak. It was in for 5 days. There is an employee in the service area and his name is Ivan Breedlove. I want to thank KIA and Ivan for the amazing service I was given during this 5 day period! Ivan was always there to welcome me, give me updates regarding my car, to stay in touch with me if I called but didn’t get to speak with him, and to answer any and all questions that I might have!!! This situation caused me stress but because of Ivan, I was able to deal with this stress and not having my car for 5 days. His attitude and knowledge of the overall flow of business at KIA (service dept.) was exemplary and I am truly honored to have had the privilege of meeting him!! Great place to find out if your getting the vehicle your want vs the vehicle a car salesman wants you to get. I got a Audi I was able to because Dwayne Hunter helped me out by finding my Audi as well as getting me financed! He did not make me nervous or worried about if I was going home in a car for Christmas. I would suggest anyone to go to Kia of San Angelo and ask for any of the sales team to help you find your dream car/truck/suv. Plus if they don’t have yours there they will go out of their way to find it for you.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience at Kia of San Angelo. Everyone I worked with was so awesome! Everyone I came into contact with was so welcoming and I loved just sitting and talking with them. My sales rep, Gabby, continually made sure that I was never overwhelmed with the search for a new car. Gabby answered any and all questions I had and made sure both my mom and I were satisfied with the car before moving on to the financials. The sales manager was so nice and so welcoming! He always had a smile when I would see him. The financial manger was thorough and informative. I never felt like I was being tricked into paying more than I should. Got a letter in the mail saying I had won $2,500 from them. Was skeptical, but they had good reviews so I thought it was worth looking into. I called them to verify the legitimacy of it, and they said it was from them and told me to come by before they close to pick up my cash prize. I drove down, and they said the prizes weren’t gonna be ready until Friday. So why did they tell me to come down immediately? Why didn’t they mention that it wasn’t ready yet. Why wasn’t this anywhere on the flyer?I came in today and had to give them my phone number, home address, and information for the event. We go to the prize board, and sure enough, “my confirmation number is my real prize number” and the prize was actually a $5 chick-fil-a card… That is not worth being put on a mailing list for and driving across town and back twice.I asked the guy why my flyer said my number was a guaranteed winning prize of $2,500 if I really wasn’t. He said it says so in the fine print, I reread the fine print, and it just isn’t on there. I asked him to show where on the fine print it says that and he wasn’t able to find it.A complete scam.Only giving two stars because the guy gave me back my information when I asked for it back and said I didn’t want the gift card.These people are not trustworthy enough to buy a car from.

Outstanding experience. My wife started looking for a 2021 Kia Sorento online and found the exact car she wanted at this dealer. She was put in touch with Sean who called her back on a Friday night at 9:30. Which started the process of us buying the vehicle. The sales manager contacted us at 10:00 am on Saturday and we were able to negotiate over the phone and agree to a deal. We drove 4 hours from Oklahoma to purchase the vehicle and I don’t regret one minute of the drive. Everyone at this dealership is friendly and professional. We had a very good experience at Kia of San Angelo! Their customer service is top notch! Marshall was very personable and knowledgeable about the Telluride. He was patient and answered all of our questions. Marshall let us know as soon as the Telluride arrived on the lot and set aside time for us to see it. Before leaving with the car, he went over all of the systems very thoroughly and made sure I knew I could call with any questions. Dwayne was also really great during the purchasing and negotiating of the terms of the car. He worked with us on getting a good value for our trade-in and getting us the payment we wanted. He also showed us some ways of saving money over the life of the loan. I’ve never had someone take the time to discuss that type of thing during the purchase of a car. Beth was also very easy to work with during the signing process. She was quick, efficient, and very nice. It’s clear that the priority of this dealership is customer service and satisfaction! My first experience at this dealership was not the best and left a sour taste in my mouth, made me never wanna go back. I was in the market of trading in my 2018 Kia Sportage. I really LOVE the Sportages so I decided to give Kia of San Angelo another try and Im glad I did. ☺ Jacob H made my 2nd experience the best. From greeting me upon arrival to leaving the dealership with the car I wanted!! He walked through ALL the features the car has (as per my old sportage there where buttons I did not know where there). He helped me sync the necessary features to and from my phone and even showed me how they work. He kept me updated through out the process and even helped set me up for a future detail (it was gonna rain that day) as well as setting me up for my window tinting. Beth in finance made this even easier for me by walking me through every aspect of my contract and got me to the best offers available. Both Jacob and Beth made sure all my questions were answered before I left the dealership with my new car. I would definitely recommend Kia for a car if your in the market. Today was supposed to be a special day, my husband wanted a new car that was safe for our daughter. After months of talking about it we went to Kia to pick out the car that he had been looking at. We were wanting to lease the car and had to ask 4 times to get the pricing on a lease, which they were very hesitant to do. Kia very obviously did not want to lease this car to us. They came to us with their “Kia Balloon Program” that Dwayne Hunter said was something special that only Kia did. Unfortunately, Jon and I did not know what a balloon loan was and we thought this was going to be a lease. When we asked Dwayne Hunter what the balloon program was, he stated, “I’m not really sure, I’m newer here”. We asked multiple times if this pricing was for our lease and he stated yes. We agreed on a deal for a lease unbeknownst to us that they were actually lying and selling the car to us, despite that fact that we verbally agreed upon a lease. I left my husband to take our daughter home, assured that he was in good hands. While my husband was signing paperwork with Daniel Torres, Daniel continued to say “your lease” multiple times to him. When Jon got home and I overlooked the contract I realized they had sold the car to him and not leased it. Should Jon have known that by reading the fine print more clearly? Yes, absolutely that was our mistake. Should Kia of San Angelo have been ethical and not lied to my husband and I? 1000%. I am making this known so that other people do not get swindled into the same mistake my husband made. DO NOT shop at Kia of San Angelo. I have nothing against Kia themselves as a company and if you want a Kia, take your business elsewhere. I am appalled that these two men took advantage of my family during the holiday season to make a quick sell, while not throughouly explaining what their ‘program’ was, even after being asked multiple times.

***Buyer Beware***Ive been at this location for around 5 years. This was when it was Kelly Grimsly. I have never experienced this kind of aggravation with a car lot as I did in the two weeks dealing with this place. First of all some things were not done properly and the most interesting thing was the car I traded in was on the lot for sale even before the financing payed off the loan. Most people will leave happy but thats because they lie to get a sale and thats FACT! I would stay clear of Dwayne. That guy is slicker than a can of oil. Our sales person Gabriella was a gem but she is surrounded by wolfs. The vehicle was finally payed off (I believe) 2 weeks later. I would definitely ask any unanswered questions before signing anything.

I had a great experience while getting mycar serviced. Chance and Bryan were just great! The only complaint that I have was the music was super loud. Hopefully theyll correct that soon.

We just bought our second car from Kelly Grimsley KIA of San Angelo and could not have had a better experience. Our salesman, Ricky, made the process as seamless as possible and went out of his way to explain what each charge would be and why. The manager Charles also helped out greatly and provided excellent service. My husband and I have already decided that if and when we are ever in need of another car purchase, we will only shop here. This dealership is terrible with customer service. It might also cheat you in mechanical services.For my particular case I had a simple A/C leak. They promptly diagnosed the problem (high pressure hose), ordered the part for a repair scheduled 2 days later, and I delivered the car in the morning to be fixed. I had to call 6 hours later (~3:00PM) on what should have been a 2-3 hour job, and they said work was almost completed and I would have an update in 30 minutes. They dont call me for ~19 hours at which point they claim to have found more damage and try to blame it on the misconduct of a different shop. A shop that doesnt exist because only KIA dealers have worked on the A/C!This misconduct should have been obvious to the mechanic if they were at the point in the hose replacement they said they were when I called at 3:00PM, yet they said nothing at the time. Either the progress of the repair was misrepresented, they were ignoring the evident misconduct and damage in the hopes they could usher my vehicle off the lot before it failed again, or they *caused* said damage themselves.In any case I couldnt be sure of the truth but it stank any way you look at it. I requested to speak with the General Manager over my concerns and he refused to even talk to me. I escalated my concerns to a formal complaint with KIA and my case manager reached out to the dealership to get their side of my concerns. It took them 12 days, 10 business days to even respond to this basic request for information (2 weeks!). I dont *know* that the mechanics were lying or responsible for the damage to my vehicle, but this stonewalling and evasion of simple customer concerns is turning my suspicions into certainty.Dont go to this dealership. Think long and hard about if you want to own a KIA vehicle either, as privately owned dealerships can and will ignore the impotent corporate oversight.Edit: Yeah, you are sorry I was unsatisfied with my experience. Explain to me why when I came by asking about the trade in value of my vehicle your sales guy never got back to me at all! We just had a baby and was in the market for a new car, we certainly wont be buying KIA in the future.

I had an excellent experience at this dealership. The sales representative was Dwayne Hunter, he was a pleasure to work with and very thorough with explaining the information on the vehicle I purchased. I love my new car and am happy to be part of the Kia family as everyone I met welcomed me into.When other local dealership’s put “Market Adjustment” (as high as 9K) addendum‘s this dealership did not. They didn’t try to add lots of add on stuff at the sale. My family will definitely turn to them again. They also add at no charge lifetime oil changes and state inspections. Good stuff,Tina and Tim
