I like the location of this store. Most things are not a dollar. The store seems cluttered the times I have been. I will go back because of the convenience of the location and staff seem to be friendly.

I agree with the other reviews. Some items are $1 but the majority of them arent. This specific location seemed short staffed and it wasnt organized as it should.If you need a really cheap item and dont have time to go somewhere else, this is the place to go to. I dont recommend it as your first choice though.

I worked at this store long time ago and almost had the store looking really good but after i left for personal reasons from people who worked there..... the store went right back to when I got hired.

I went here with my fiance and the mean lady said we cant bring are scooters into the store right away after she seen that we are an lgbtq couple... She yelled at us and was extremely rude and mean for no reason. She then was very homophobic and transphobic and extremely hateful towards us bolth for no apparent reason..

Meh, not much inventory to choose from. No interaction with sales people.

Very nice meager staff. I only saw three. Michele, my cashier, was very friendly and concerned that I got what I needed. Things about the store not properly labeled on shelf. The price a mystery until checking out. Price scanner would help. No PUBLIC restroom.

One word...Trashhhh!!!!The manager is the most rasicts lady Ive ever met .She has a Nasty attitude and come to work in a bad mood and is very rude to customersManager is just like the location....TRASHHHHHHH!!!

The food was horrible...it seemed like it had been warmed up in the microwave...and fries they gave me came from the mobile taco stand in the parking lot. I guess their deep friers were broken...

The staff, in particular Anna, was very helpful and friendly.

This Family Dollar store is the filthiest Ive ever seen. Boxes, both full and empty, everywhere. Merchandise just thrown and left on floor, shelves are totally disorganized and obviously have not been recovered in weeks, if not months. The only reason I continue to shop at this store is because its the only one Ive found that carries the kind of canned dog food my dog will eat.Only witnessed one employee in the store si its no wonder. Family Dollar corporate needs to stop thinking about money in their pocket and manning their stores appropriately instead.

This place is well organized

Good location, however the inside of the store was very cluttered, disorganized. They also really didnt have many items in the store like, typically you would find in a store. Kinda like what you would expect a Family Dollar to look like? Not much of a selection or anything, really. It could possibly look like this location is having a, going outta business sale?

The place is a mess. They wont let you take the carts out of the store. So if buy lots youll have to make a couple trips to your car. Unreal.

I really thought the store was turning around with the new management. I went there tonight and several minutes before they were supposed to close, theres a hand written note on receipt paper, taped to a locked door that reads: comp issues closed sry!. looks like theyre back to their old shenanigans again. Who just locks the door and does whatever they please? Like how do these people still have jobs?

The stories under New Management and it is getting cleaned up as well as being stocked.

We got here at noon but they were closed. I tried to call, how ever no one answered. There was at least 12 people waiting to go in. Maybe they should hire more dependable people.

The elderly woman that works at that Family Dollar is very rude and persistent on getting her customers in and out of the store even though theres hardly anything ever stock is always inboxes on the floors it was a horrible shopping experience

The place to shop for low income families

Its now 9:08 and they have not opened the doors! There are 3 people standing inside talking and NONE have the common courtesy to at least acknowledge all 5 people that are waiting outside! Ridiculous! The store is a disaster ALWAYS! That is the LAST TIME I go to any of their stores! Its not like Walmart or big lots arent open! Better staff more courtesy and thats eating a lot!

Have been trying to call off and on during regular business hours, and they NEVER pick up their phone! I am out of town and suggest they disconnect their phones since they are not going to answer it anyway! If the service at the store is anything like their phone service, you would get better sevice at a zoo!!

I felt like I was in a teenagers bedroom!! Huge disorganized messes EVERYWHERE. The aisle of Halloween stuff was all still in boxes on the shelves. The item I wanted I had to open the package to get out the amount I wanted to purchase. I was at a different location yesterday and it was organized, clean and easy to maneuver through the aisle!! They need to clean up!!!

Store was a disaster, as the 3 employees that I saw just stood around, it was so bad that the shelves went stocked and u couldnt get ur cart cart down the aisle.. the staff did not greet me apon entering the store, nor were they very friendly when I asked for a particular merchandise. I know there has been a change in staff but its not getting better.

So I want to Family Dollar today Im actually still in the parking lot when in their dropped over $80 locked out to load up my bicycle with all my bags went of which the cart to the road the parking lot and the lady chased me down screaming at me that I was going to still her cart. After I had already told one of the employees know Im not taking your cart the cart is not leaving the parking this is absolutely insane that people that are so ignorant war and even on shift and look like the general public can even speak to people loke that. She as beyond ignorant and rude....

Stuff was just everywhere and still in boxes, no organization whatsoever. And ohh right before you even go in youll that theres a ton of pads and tampon boxes stuck behind the shelves and the front windows, theyre a little dusty so I think theyve been there awhile. Lol

The last who here have me someones bike. The person that owned got caught shoplifting and she said the cops wouldnt do anything about or with the bike. So she told be to take it. Not sure it was her place to give it to me, but I sure didnt turn her down. Family dollar, thanks for the bike!

Messy and dirty. And had to go find the cashier, he was no where to be found. I wont be going back to that one again. And I will let people know. The store is on 3900 S. and State in South Salt lake.

Today was the second time in a month Ive gone hours after they were supposed to open and they were closed!! Bad for business!!

Just about anything is there at reasonable prices.

Staff didnt know how to do a return. Had to wait for another cashier to do it after already waiting 20 mins. And then someone hit my car with a their cart.

This store is disappointing. Always a mess. Here it is 9:18. On a Sunday and doors are locked. Sign reads 9am.
