Called last week to request a bid to replace flooring that had been destroyed in a flood downstairs as the result of a water heater connection failure. I specifically called WFFC as via internet search - they advertise alternative flooring such as cork, which is what was destroyed. They also recommended LVT product and said they would bring samples within the next two days. Now a week later - no show, no contact. Soooo went with another company.
