Raul and his team were awesome!! He provided an estimate same day for me and I had new carpet installed in less than a week. They used high quality materials and the padding is amazing! Feels like I am walking on a memory foam mattress. Rauls installers were friendly and fast, they were able to carpet 5 bedrooms in less than half a days work, they cleaned up after themselves, vacuumed and did an excellent job. I highly recommend G&G Carpet for anybody looking to have an install done!

Raul was overall good to work with. He was flexible in scheduling the install. Overall the install went well but the team did scratch up a lot of the trim and some of the walls. Raul gave me $100 back for that which was ok since I was doing the touch ups myself but wouldn’t have helped much if I was hiring someone to do it for me. The team he sent left the house very messy including metal stapes all over my kitchen floor. It took me a couple of hours to clean up after them. In addition, I had a safe in the basement that Raul agreed to help move but he then called me after his guys moved it and said they were very frustrated and asked me to get them food… I thought it was a very strange request but I grabbed them some burgers cause I was worried they wouldn’t finish up well if I didn’t. The carpets looks nice now that everything is cleaned up but there were a few bumps in the road. One of my buddies used Raul and had a great experience - maybe it was just the install team that came to my house. Just wanted to get my experience on the record for others to see. I think overall pricing and quality were good.
