The owner and his team our outstanding! I had taken my car to the Jaguar dealership downtown two times asking if they could find a rattle. Nope….but in 5 minutes this place not only found and repaired it, but accelerated the care of two of my cars. Great garage with excellent mechanics. They have taken great care and time with my Audi A7 and I only take it here. Very thorough work and the owner is very engaged and committed to quality work products. Highly recommended shop. Prices seem to be reasonable compared to market and much better value than the Audi dealership shops.

Precision always does right by me. Ive been coming here for at least ten years now. Anything I dont *need* the dealer to do (recalls, mostly) I bring here. They stand by their work and dont mess around.

This was my first experience with Precision and I was very impressed. Jack took the time to explain the repair before doing the work and when I picked the car up he also took the time to show me what he had done and why. I would highly recommend them.

I can really describe the feeling of having 100% confidence in ones mechanic, but rest assured that Jack and crew have been the most trustworthy people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with in my life as far as repairs,price and service are concerned. Jack has on many occasions fixed many different things on many different cars of mine and my families. We have even purchased cars from him. One such instance we purchased a BMW 5 series from him. He gave us all of the things that had been fixed and assured us that it was a great car. A month later the rack and pinion went out on it and even though he sold the car to us as is he split the cost for the part and didnt charge us labor to fix it. He will never EVER suggest to fix anything that doesnt need it. He is always up front about everything. A real no BS kind of a guy. I refer everybody I know with a European car to see him. He only uses the highest quality products and he treats you like a friend. I know that when jack and his crew fix something it will be fixed right. Dont waste your time with anybody else go see Jack. you wont be disappointed.

Precision European was a WONDERFUL shop! Even now that were out of state Ive called Jack a couple times for recommendations. Im SO sad there arent more shops as reliable, friendly and honest in other states. We knew we had a great shop when we were in Salt Lake, but its REALLY driven the point home since we moved out of state. Weve easily spent 2-3 times as much on repairs for our Mercedes as we would have spent for the same work from Precision.... and to make things worse the other shops havent fixed things correctly/completely so we end up having to repeat repairs. We NEVER had those kinds of problems with Precision European. This is easily my first choice for foreign auto repairs. I miss them.

I was referred to Precision nearly two years ago by a good friend (in the car business). Over that time I have brought two of my cars (a BMW X5 and an X3) for several repairs. Jack has been a pleasure to work with. They have done great work for me and their prices are very reasonable. I have found Jack (and the rest of his team) to be honest and professional. I live in Sandy, so they are not in the most convenient location for me, but I am willing go out of my way to use this shop. They are the best that Ive found in SLC (and Ive used a lot of them!). I highly recommend them!

We can only say that we have never had a better experience with anyone we have done business with. We had a very difficult problem to solve with our Volvo and Jack and his staff went way out of their way to get it resolved. He could have charged us 3 or 4 times what he did and we would have paid but, being the honest man that he is, he only charged us for the time and parts that finally solved the problem even though the time his crew spent in diligent testing and work to determine the real problem was much greater. We highly recommend this top notch operation to anyone for any type of auto repair. Many thanks to Jack and his crew!!!!! We will never go anywhere else.

I took my Volvo in yesterday. I had such an honest and fair experience. These guys are a breath of fresh air in the car world.

Prior to discovering Precision, I made the mistake of taking my BMWs to the local dealer for repairs. After several failures to repair and countless dollars spent I decided to try Jacks. The results couldnt have been better. The repairs were accomplished in a timely fashion and the costs were minimal. Precision also honors warranties whether factory or aftermarket and there is an Enterprise car rental conveniently located right across the street from Jacks garage. I have done business with Precision on several occasions and my family has also with their autos.I live in Draper near the Utah county border and once while waiting on parts delivery, Jack had one of the employees drove me home in his own car. Now thats what I call service.In short, I dont plan on changing over to another repairman.

It was Thursday August 3rd 2017, my air conditioning in my car (1997 BMW Z3) went out, it was very hot that day (98° F). I had gone to about 5 other places before the last one finally told me to go and see a Jack at Precision Auto Repairs. I was very impressed that I was taken in immediately and my car was diagnosed with just a loose connection to the compressor he also suggested that it could have more Freon added that would take it down to around 40° I said yes! put it in and boy have my toes been tingling they are cold and I love Jack for it. I do not feel like I was overcharged at all in fact he took $50 off the bill right there. I will always come to see him from now on instead of the dealership where I usually have taken my babied car (39,000.) miles. Thank you Jack your wife and all your employees Ive appreciated your work and I will be seeing you soon, not too soon I hope but soon enough.Thank you

I have gone to many other places to get repairs on my european cars. Most places dont even know what they are doing. You consitantly have to go back and re repair mainly because they have no clue how to fix these cars. Second there rates are ridicoulos. Jack is a very nice guy treats you like a friend, they have very good rates, I will forever go here to fix all my european cars he has earned my trust! I suggest everyone that drives european cars goes here for repairs or maintence !
