Rob Schmidt body and paint shop went above and beyond my expectations, I would recommend this shop to everyone! My Car looks Amazing ♥️ and Rob and staff so friendly.

Rob and team have fixed 2 vehicles for our family. Once he just painted a part that I installed. I was referred by calling around looking for quotes for such a small job. Several other shops recommended him. I am a customer for life (hopefully I never need him again though...). He personally helped my wife put the parts in her car, called to make sure everything was OK. MY new truck was side swiped, he and his team made it brand new. All American business man, I am proud to shake his hand when the job is done.

I went there and got an estimate on my vehicle which well it was supposed to be an estimate they took pictures of my car took pictures of my mileage and everything and then when I called the next day estimate was not done I called back the day after that estimate was still not done wont be done till Monday call back on Monday then they told me they never even got my information

Rob Schmidt is the man. He really knows his stuff and goes beyond and above to make sure his customers are happy. His body shop does Amazing work and its like you see your car and it looks all brand new. He works with most insurance companies if not all . He has been doing this type of work since ( probably birth) his fathers ran a very successful auto body shop and he has been very successful as well for at least the past 15 years that is when I first took my one of my cars there. EverttimeI mention Rob Schmidt auto body the complements pour out. I have never heard anyone say anything bad about his work . My dealership recommended him and that says a lot. Hes very easy going and willing to help you out in any way he can. Highly recommended. Thank you Rob

They charged twice the original estimate of $2528, were 16 days late, and gave 4 pick-up times and just werent ready 3 out of 4 times. The day I picked up, I was emailed 2 hours before they closed for the weekend (no voicemails or missed calls). They put a salvaged trunk with a different car model name. There were misfitted parts wrapping around to the passenter door, some prints in the paint, new issues with the interior, tires, and electrical system, and the tank was emptied 1 mi to Empty from half.They issued a partial refund receipt for about $2000, but no actual refund until after a TWO-MONTH dispute with my bank and insurance. During that time, they didnt finish any repairs. One of the women that issued the receipt (last name Schmidt) denied ever issuing a refund and lied throughout the dispute process, making it longer. Luckily, I kept the refund receipt and the bank tracked the call record the day she told us shed refund me. Just a complete nightmare, so ridiculous.

By far the best experience I have ever had in the car industry ever. This shop is clean, and professional. The staff is personable, kind, genuine and truly cares about their customers. You can tell the employees are happy, and they did everything to take care of me. I will not go anywhere else for body work ever.

They have hired a horrible towing company that tows after hours. Even after the business is closed, their towing company towed four cars in one night even when notices had been sent out indicating it was okay to park there.For a while it seemed like the business was being helpful to the nearby climbing gym by allowing people to use their lot after business hours, but June 19th, 2019, they proved that they were not willing to be helpful members of the community. If Rob Schmidt changes towing companies or allows people to use their lot after hours, Ill happily remove this review, but for now I am extremely frustrated.

Went and got an estimate today for my car, Rob came out and took care of me in a professional way. Made me feel welcome and comfortable. I will be using him for all of my auto body and painting needs.

Amazing service.... I would recommend them to anyone. Rob himself is a wonderful man and his team is just as amazing.... My wife son and I are so happy I met him... If I started on how they treat us there would be no end so all I will say is I recommend them to everyone in the world.. Their team is amazing!

These guys did an awesome job repairing our car and matching our bright orange paint. Not only did it come back to us spotless (including the tires shined) but the inside was cleaned spotless from ceiling to floor and my cat smelt brand new again not to mention they did all this in 2 days and for a few hundred cheaper than the other quotes we got! They have a customer for life here!

Robs place is a great place to go to get your car looking like new again. The only problem I had was the Tow company they sent to pick up my vehicle Titan Towing. If theyre sending someone to pick up your vehicle make sure they dont send them. Even though i was getting body work done I would appreciate it if the tow driver would take care of it like it wasnt beat up. The holes he hooked to got torn and the only thing said was well its going to a body shop. Once again Robs place is great always does a good job but dont let them send titan towing they dont care about anything they do.

Rob has always handled my car repairs with the utmost urgency and care every time damage is done my car. His staff are extremely helpful and courteous even when handling difficult situations with insurance. He is fair, honest, and because of that Im a loyal customer. I wont go anywhere else.

They took me for my money for sure. I brought my truck in so many times and had to go in to get it for work and school 3 times to be exact and the owner doesnt call you, the receptionist didnt call to update me it was me calling everyday making sure something was getting done. It had to sit for 3-5 days before they even looked at it. The estimate was 1 week for around 800 dollars. It took 2 weeks and cost 1,044 dollars and I had 1 extra item done and they order parts before troubleshooting. If you want to spend your hard earned money for extra work that isnt necessary this is the place to go.

Great body shop. May not be the cheapest shop out there but their work is top notch. Fast turnaround as well.

Excellent Customer Service!! Professionalist with their body and paint work!! Would send everyone I know who needs work done to them. Even if you had to make a 3 hour drive to them it will be well worth your time,travel and money. You can never go wrong going to them!

Seriously kind and helpful!

THEY LITERALLY GLUED MY BUMPER TO MY FENDER. Instead of using the clips they charged me for and never used, they glue my bumper to my fender. When I told the receptionist about it, she straight up said that they didnt when they clearly did. Rob would waste my time by telling me to bring my car in, look at, and tell me to go home and that he could fix it later. I finally gave up. Also im sure they didnt do that alignment they charged me for either. To anybody taking your car to a shop for an insurance claim, save yourself the headache and go to the recommended shop so you can have a guarantee of work. Dont go here. They stand behind their work not garunteed policy and use it to their advantage.
