I was in a real pickle when I backed into a concrete barrier with my drivers door open (long and embarrassing story). The door went crooked and wouldnt shut. I got an assessment from a fellow who thought I might have to find a replacement door, but I was in no position to afford that. Because this was my only vehicle, I desperately prayed where I might go (with my door tied shut with a rope), and my travels brought me to this shop.Kenny was truly a Godsend. He made time for me to come in quickly even though they were booked out for weeks. He got my door straightened out and opening/shutting again in practically no time. What a needed and timely relief that was; I was so grateful! But to top it off, he gave me a truly great deal. I thought I would break down and cry! I was so touched by his gesture of charity and his big-heartedness, helping me, just some guy in need who he didnt know from Adam. Brought my car here for a rear bumper respray on an insurance claim. After I picked up my car there was a a bizarre issue with the headlights. Even though they may have been unrelated, valley collision took my car back in and repaired the issue on the house and took care of extending my rental in the meantime. Couldnt be happier with the customer service and paintwork!

Such great service! I had a blinker light that had become disconnected from my bumper, and the dealer said I’d need a new bumper to get it fixed. I asked around several body shops for quotes, and all the bumpers were upwards of $700. Valley Collision told me to bring the car in—they thought they might be able to fix the light instead of having to replace the whole bumper. They checked it out, said they could totally reattach the light, and had it done right then and there for under $100. Is it perfect? No, that would have required a new bumper. But the price was so much better and their quick service was super appreciated. It’s been more than a month now, and I’ve taken the car into a few high-pressure car washes and on a few long road trips without any issues. I love their out of the box thinking, and will definitely return to them next time I need any body work done. Highly recommend!

During a nasty storm right before Thanksgiving, an ice patch sent my car into a tree. I chose Valley based on internet ratings since I hadnt needed any services in many years.Brock was great! It took many weeks to get my car back because of all that needed fixing including sensors reset and suspension parts after the alignment showed additional issues. It was worth waiting for. It looks brand new and everything works, nothing rattles and I feel safe again. Brock dealt with my insurance co, kept me posted the whole time and made it easy. Im very happy and highly recommend their work and their staff.

They explain what they plan on doing during the estimate and explain alternatives to keep the cost reasonable and if Im agreeable. They are engaging and very nice guys. I went to various auto repair shops and Valley Collision gave me the lowest quote.They were able to get me in immediately, and the job was done (start to finish) 2 days.This was for a front bumper replacement.They did call me soon after dropping off my vehicle to say the price was going to be about $100 more after further inspection.Not too bad, but thats always frustrating to hear. I did appreciate the phone call and price update before they actually started working on the car. Will use them in the future.

Valley Collision was fast with the estimate and follow through on pointing a gas door on my 2001 Eurovan. The paint match was perfect, the door had complete paint coverage inside and out and the paint was completely smooth no orange peel. I highly recommend them and will go back again if I have a need.

Yes, this is a very nice body shop. They gave me the lowest quote in comparison with several others and worked on my car quickly. The work is beautiful! The couple working here are so nice and responsible! This shop is put in my bookmarks and hope you do the same. When you need a body shop you dont need to wonder here and there to get quotes. This is THE ONE!

My experience with Valley Collision (VC) was amazing. I recently moved to the area from NC and had to put my car in the shop immediately upon my arrival. After hours upon hours of research and calling around, I landed on using VC. Both Brock and Kenny were responsive and maintained consistent communication with me during the time my car was in the shop.I was most impressed with their flexibility around me dropping off and picking up my car. Kenny even went the extra mile to help me come up with alternative transportation options when my car was in the shop longer than anticipated.These guys are stellar and I’d use their service again any day!

Have taken several of my personal cars here and the quality of work you get for the price you pay is second to none. Recently I had Sig and Brandon do a custom paint job on my Harley project. They did it faster than any motorcycle shop quoted me and she is absolutely stunning. The paint job literally made the bike what it is. Could go on and on about how professional they are and how happy I am with their work thanks a million guys!

My stolen car when recovered had considerable, if mostly superficial, body damage--driver-side front fender and corner light, all down the passenger side, and a dangling tail pipe, plus some interior damage. Valley Collision was recommended to me by a friend who is a car guy. They gave me a very reasonable estimate for the repair, much less than that I received from the body shop my insurance company sent me to, and did a truly excellent job for me. Car looks like new now. My car is a classic Volvo with some hard to find parts and we are still in quest of door trim for the passenger side, but working with Brock together we have come up with other hard to find parts. He has been responsive and very helpful. I hold out hope that those final pieces can be found and then my car will look essentially pristine as it did before it was stolen. We take different cars in for specialty problems when things happen and they always look shiny and brand-new when we pick them up. They match the paint perfectly and you cannot even tell anything happened to them. Highly recommend them!! And they are FAST!!!!

I had gotten into a small fender bender where me and another person backed into each other in a parking lot, the side of my car was fairly dented but it wasn’t big. I had taken it to 2 other places and they quoted me WAY more than Valley collision! Take your car here! The staff is super nice and has the best/most fair prices! The work they ended up doing on my car was a lot less than they thought and they didn’t even charge me!! The other places were going to charge me between $400-$1200 which was a total rip off. This place made my situation so much less stressful and when I get more money to get the full work done on my car I will absolutely go back here.

I had the absolute best experience with valley collision and Sig. I live in Jackson Wy but body repair is much more reasonably priced in Salt lake. Sig went above and beyond with his work and customer service l. My friend brought my car down and was able to leave it with Sig for 10 days while he flew out of slc and back. Sig kept in contact with me via phone and was able to give me quotes and let me know everything he saw that needed fixing. He definitely provided the most affordable, efficient and fastest experience (every other place couldn’t even get my car in during this time frame). the front bumper was completely replaced and looked great. The rear bumper also had minimal damage to the pins holding it up which I didn’t need/didn’t want replaced and They were never pushy didn’t try to get more money out of me. They secured it and my car came back looking great! I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!! They were amazing.

Best shop that i have ever been to. i will be a customer for life. they took my truck in and fixer it right up. while in the shop my window regulator went out and they replaced it right away and had it fixed for me when i got there! customer for life!

I will never take another car here. I used to love this place, I took 2 different cars there after fender-benders, and referred several other people to Atherton. But my last visit was terrible. They completely botched the paint. When I told them I was unsatisfied, they told me Its not like this car is a great car.. and implied that because my car is in the process of being restored, my money wasnt as valuable as someone with a nicer car. I wont trust them again with anything. They took a fun restoration project, and a paint job that would have improved the project, and completely ruined it. The kicker: it was a good deal more expensive than they quoted.

Valley Collision did a great job repairing some dents and painting part of our Lexus - they were knowledgeable about the details of how they were going to perform the repairs, and went above and beyond in doing a quality job with removal of bumpers, repairing light fixtures, emblems, etc. Their price was extremely competitive and the work was done on time, easy and friendly to deal with. These guys are awesome. Malcom the owner has helped us out on multiple occasions for so much less than anyone else. Seriously, like 33% the cost or they try to get you cheaper parts and fix you up nicely. Its refreshing to work with people like this. Ive sent my wife in there a few times to get a few things touched up or reconnected and they never charge or charge like $20. Cant say enough.

Shopped around for bumper repair on an extra car that I hardly drive but because of the make of the car, a replacement was still very costly and all the quotes I received from everyone else said I must do a replacement bumper and that the bumper was nonreparable . Valley collision did an excellent job repairing my bumper to look new .. Can’t even tell that is was repaired vs a new bumper . Courteous and quick turn around and excellent job . Atherton Collision is the best, most honest car repair shop in Salt Lake. My car unfortunately has a very unskilled driver. I found out my dad was coming into down in a few weeks and panicked because he has no idea was bad shape my car was in...I went to other places for quotes on my very beat up car, and they gave me the lowest quote by far. They do honest, amazing work and quickly! This is the only place to go for body work on your car in my opinion. Thank you Atherton!!!
