I am such a happy customer! I worked with Scott, who was so patient and pleasant with all of my calls. He completely understood what I was hoping to achieve (not using insurance-improvement over what we had-without spending a lot of money), and he exceeded my expectations. My daughters car used to look like a big Band-Aid driving down the highway- front passenger-side fender barely held on with zip ties, the front bumper had been damaged more than once, and the drivers front fender smashed by the neighbor. Her headlights were nearly opaque. Doubt she could have seen at night without using high beams all the time.With the help of a nearby auto parts graveyard (shout out also to All Truck and Auto), I located 2 used fenders, Scott got me the bumper and all the brackets, and he turned the car into an almost new looking vehicle. (There were other scratches I did not have him touch). The light casings are clear as new. Not only that, but they detailed the inside of the car --no small feat in itself! I will DEFINITELY use them again (if unfortunately needed), and I have already bragged about the quality service I received to other friends who have a big social network to pass along this GEM.

The before and after visiting JPs photos explain why I was there. They repaired damage to my RV from hitting a deer on the interstate.I HIGHLY recommend JPs to anyone that needs fiberglass repair or RV painting. When they returned my RV to me I could not tell there had ever been any damage. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it at a price that I think was very competitive. I would definitely us JPs again if the need arises.

We are a full time RVing family (active duty Army). Currently stationed in New Mexico, we took a short 2 week leave to come home to Utah to visit family. I was driving North from Arizona to Montana in my 2019 Tiffin Allegro Class A pulling a car hauler trailer and slid into a guardrail. I had a second damage from two years earlier and had never fixed-so it made sense to see about repairs now. I was still drive-able and Salt Lake was 400 miles in front of me. After checking for a RV Collision center I found JPs and called asking if they could get me in the next Monday. Scott assured me, with the damage I described, he could get me on the road in 5 days. Scott and his whole operation is INCREDIBLE. I thought I would wait 3-4 weeks to have two lower bay doors built and shipped. Scott informed me, he could build both doors in one day. Every part of his operation is smooth and professional. My RV is 2 1/2 years old and I live in it full-time with my two Siberian Huskies. Even his operation is Pet Friendly and several employees came to pet them daily. The preparation, door construction and full protection cover they put on my RV while painting was the most PROFESSIONAL I have ever experienced. Scott did not need my color numbers as he uses a sophisticated camera that matches the color to factory colors. The RV was ready for me to continue my home-bound journey in 4 DAYS. I am so impressed with this company run by great men and women. They are not money grabbers making them a rare jewel. Their invoice was almost exactly what the insurance guys estimate was. I asked to have some additional scratches buffed out too. I was told $120 but assumed it would be more when I went to pick it up. It was exactly what he said it would be and I cant believe how much they did and how awesome it looks. An awesome lady was detailing my car when I got there. She was so nice. This place rocks. They also rent out rvs and Polaris- super cool. Ill be back.

Working with Scott was fantastically easy.I took my 2018 P/U in to have some small pot-mark dents and a small crease repaired where a deer broadsided me. Not a large job but as the truck was still new and paint was in good shape it was important to me to keep it new and prevent any long term deuteriation.Scott was thorough and concerned with my desire.The work was first rate and I was totally please with the outcome and look when I picked it up.That he detailed the interior of my truck was an unexpected added bonus. I was amazed at how he made my Weather Tech floor mats look like new after two snow seasons. Better than I was able to do myself washing and scrubbing and attempting to polish/Amorall.

We took in our 5th wheel trailer. We had the old decals removed, the body completely buffed out and new decals installed. The work was great. Looked like a new rig. To top it off, we got a call from the owner on our way home and he said he noticed a flaw in the work as we pulled out. He said he would come to our home and remedy that. He drove 3 hours one way and spent all day working on it. Thats service!

Ive worked with JPs Collision twice now. I have been very impressed with the work they do. They are very professional and are very timely. They are not cheap by any means, but you are definitely paying for quality repair work and good service with these folks.

Phenomenal work! My key has been having issues coming out of my ignition and my car hasnt been turning completely off for MONTHS now. My old mechanic kept saying nothing was wrong with it when I knew what the issue was but could not fix it myself. They were able to replace the old neutral safety switch (which was cracked apart when they took it off) and drill access to the button for my celluloid so I can just press a button instead of having to replace the $300 part. Honest hardworking people. It was fixed in a day a long with an oil change. Vs my old mechanic taking 3 weeks to only tell me they still couldnt figure out the problem because they were looking at my ignition switch instead of my neutral safety switch like I had been asking the old shop to for months. JPs collision center has earned me as a new customer. I will be coming here from here on out. Thank you so much!!

I had taken my car to another shop to align my hood and replace the bumper on my car after a minor car wreck. The other shop had my car for 3 months and still never fixed the problems. Great Experience.From the tow to the finish of repairing my car, it was a friendly and pleasant experience. JP personally towed my car and gave me a ride back to his shop. While driving, he overheard me talking with my insurance company about getting a rental car. Before we got to his shop, he had called and helped make car rental arrangements. He dropped me off at the car rental place and I picked up my car and was on my way. The insurance companies had no problem with letting him do the work and that made the towing free. JP was there when I picked up the car and he wanted to make sure it looked good and it did. The car had come invery dirty and it was completely cleaned outside and inside. They went the extra mile. They even had the tires cleaned and dressed.I have been driving it around a week and no problems. You cant tell where the damage was and it is as good as new. Thanks JP for the quality work.

JP is an honest guy. Hit a pole and did quite a bit of damage to the front of my car. Went to one place, they wanted to charge me $2,250 with a 3 week waiting time to fix. Went to JPs, and he did it for just under $1,600 and fit me in the next week. Its refreshing to see a business that doesnt try to scalp you.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. I went to pick up my car (after waiting for four days for the work to be done) and there was a part missing and the newly painted bumper was all scuffed and scratched up. They tried to blame me for the damage to the paint (even thought the car was never in my possession). Reluctantly, they agreed to order the missing part (at my expense) and install it and repaint the bumper on the following Saturday. I left the car all day Saturday and they got busy and “forgot” to work on it so I took my car home again without any resolution. I took the car in again the next Saturday and they finally got around to working on it at the very end of the day. By the time I got a hold of them to find out if my car was done the shop was already closed. I told the owner I had to have my car for Monday and he agreed to leave the key so I could pick up my car that day. Unfortunately, when I picked up the car, there were grease stains on the driver’s seat and floor mat. They did not take any responsibility for their negligence and the horrible way they handled the whole situation. On the contrary, their customer service representative, Laura Lee, was rude, belligerent, and unsympathetic about the entire situation. Needless to say, I will NEVER do business with these clowns again. STAY AWAY!!!

My name is Wayne and I live in California. During the time I was in the Salt Lake City area I backed my car into a pole which damaged my right quarter panel, my bumper and broke a rear tail light on my new car. I was vacationing and it needed to be fixed asap before I went back to California in 3 days. I had business meetings that could not be missed. I took my car to JP at JP Auto body and he said he could do the work in 3 days and get me back on the road. Boy was I impressed!!! He did what he said he would do and for a very reasonable price. The work he did was excellent and I am very, very particular. I am from a family of classic car collectors. I cant say enough good things about the honestly and integrity of this man and his business. He did what he said he would do! His son Steve was also wonderful because during the 3 day period he continued to call and give me updates on the progress of the job. I am so impressed with this company and so happy I went there. This is the second time Ive had to fix something on my car and both times I took it in to JP. The first time was from an accident and I had a hard time finding a place that seemed trust worthy with a reasonable price. JP just happened to be the last place I called before I made a decision and Im so happy I told myself just call one more The work they did was unbelievably wonderful. I honestly couldnt even tell which side the accident originally happened on. This time around, it was something more simple on the inside of the car. JP was the very first person I called for a price and of course, it beat the rest. I just picked up my car and not only is the problem fixed, (obviously) they wash the outside of your car and detail clean the inside. I dont mean just wash windows, they took everything out of my doors and cleaned EVERYTHING! Something I havent gotten around to doing since the last time I took it there over a year ago. Not only is it fixed, but the inside has been detailed and other small blemishes taken care of. Next time theres a fender bender, I dont have to worry about who is going to take care of me.
