Excellent friendly service. When they determined the cost would be lower than the estimate, they called me to tell me and lowered the price. Also they finished a whole week early than the estimate.Car looks great!

The receptionist was very nice give me a bottle of water and let me use the bathroom. I wasnt even a customer. I was simply there to pick up one of my customers vehicles. very nice lady, great face for their company.

They were very nice, and seem to be fair and honest in their prices. My dad highly recommended them which is why I took my car here in the first place and they did quality work for my dad and I believe I had a car that got fixed by them over 12 years ago or so and they did a great job then too.

Got hit by a chunk of ice from a Semi. Tore my bumper to shreds. Was recommeded to take my car to Rick Warner and they did a fantastic job! They had my car for a little over a week, kept my updated regularly on the progress of my car, and had it back to me looking shiny and new! The staff is friendly and they really want you to be happy with the work they do. I will take my car back if the need arises.

They saw somewhere in the news what happened to our car and instantly jumped in to offer help we needed. The damage to our car couldn’t be completely finished for what they did but we will be coming back to finish fixing the damage to our car because of how generous they were to us. I had bumper damage and Rick Warner Body shop fixed the thing so Damm fast I didn’t even have time to enjoy my rental car ;). Not only were they super fast, they cleaned the entire car including the inside!? Great service!!!

I have to be honest; Rick Warner Body Shop did a very good job on my car. I was very cranky when I dropped it off. Not at them, but because my car had been trashed. That, and I have a general mistrust of mechanics, just or not. That being said, they delivered what they did a day before promised (although, Im not sure why it took almost a month--I know some of it was waiting for the parts to come), and it looks better than before, to be honest. I love that they washed, vacuumed and detailed it as well. Also, they were very patient with me picking it up right before close on a Friday night. All, told I have no complaints past--I wish they opened a bit earlier at least one day a week or were open on Saturdays, itd be nice to have a more comprehensive idea of what was being done (a moderate breakdown--did the work on the A/C NEED to be done? Dont get me wrong, I LOVE having my A/C back) vs. just getting a very basic idea and a price, and also reasonable updates would have been nice. They provided one unprovoked update. Everything else was done at my prompting. But whatever... in the end, I am satisfied. Im tempted to give 4 stars, but Ill leave it at 5. I completely recommend them.

They charged $7000 for repairs and when I picked the car up the interior was had dust everywhere after sanding it the seats, doors, dash and windows were covered in dust. It took me 3 hours to clean it not what expected after paying that much to have my car repaired

I never write reviews, but I am so pleased with the way I was taken care of by Louie at Rick Warner that I have to say something. While my car was being repaired, I contacted Louie several times to mention little things that I wanted to change about my vehicle and discuss how we might work them into the job. Each time, he was patient and listened and said Well see what we can do. (which from most people means No).My vehicle repair was completed yesterday. When I told him it was a day that was difficult for me to pick it up, he offered to deliver it for me. I was pleased that hed figured out a way to include the things Id asked for at no extra charge. In fact, the completed price was $375 less than the original estimate! Was I pleased? Yes...then he told me the extras that I didnt ask for. They polished the headlights (I love to have clear lenses) and removed some stains from the carpet and the headliner that had been there since I bought the car. I would recommend this shop to anyone. And I will!

Rick Warner Body Shop has some of the best customer service that I have ever worked with! They are very understanding and are very welcoming. The only issues that I had was how long it took them to fix my truck (mostly due to waiting on parts) as well as their painter not doing a very great job while painting my door. From a distance it looks great but get up close and I can see little paint bubbles that werent noticed and eventually popped leaving small dots of paint in a couple places. Although they are tiny they are very annoying to look at when trying to detail and clean. Other than that they did a great job on the fix and my vehicle is almost as good as new!

My experience was great here. They keep you informed by texting updates almost every day. Mostly, Im really happy with the work. I took care to crawl under my truck and snoop around the places you cant see - every thing was done right. Im a bit picky on these type of things and Im happy with the repair!

The car is beautiful!The car is beautiful and they did a fantastic job. However, I had to call repeatedly to find out the status of the job and felt like I was bugging them constantly. Why we didnt receive texts and photos Im not sure. They were very nice, kind and service oriented through the entire procedure once I was able to get the information I needed. While I understand an estimate is just that, the final cost was nearly double of what was in the estimate. The insurance was covering it and my cost was the same regardless but it reminds me of health care and why insurance costs are so high. All in all they did a great job and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I had went in for scratches on the left door, Somehow the trunk weather strip got cut, little specs on the paint but that’s an easy polish fix, but I drive off and now my SPEAKER 🔊 is blown out on the driver side. Wasn’t like that before

I can hardly say enough in praise of these guys. They were incredibly patient and helpful, very professional but also very friendly; not to mention the fantastic work they did on my car. It was quickly done but also well done, even to my much less than expert eye. They helped to considerably reduce the stress of an extremely stressful situation.

Great staff and quick service. Had an incident happen where they replaced the wrong wheel after my accident, I noticed it and told them and they immediately apologized and wanted to fix the issue. Said I could keep the other wheel and that they would replace the other one for me on the house. True to their word, they did. Highly recommend to anyone needing some body work done on their car.

Ive never written a review before because, well, who has time?! But as I sit in the waiting room at the auto repair shop, for the third time since I got my car back from Rick Warner, I find I have a minute to hopefully persuade a few customers to avoid this shop!First, they damaged my car in their parking lot, fought with my insurance company about who should pay for that damage, and, when my insurance company refused to repair it because they had photos proving it wasnt damaged in that way before it entered Rick Warners lot, they tried to get me to pay cash for them to repair it.Second, they didnt even begin work on my car until a week after they said the car would be fixed. It took seven weeks to repair my car. I was told it would take two. I actually had to threaten to have the police remove my car from their lot before they began work. I hate confrontation and it made me feel awful.Last, the car looked good, but they missed a ton of internal damage! Tire pressure sensors were not replaced, they didnt refill fluids lost in the crash, all clips to hold on the engine cover were missing, and now that summer is here, they failed to charge the freon to boot.My car still had dealer plates on it before the wreck. Everything was in perfect condition. Boo on Rick Warner! (The body shop, not the man. Hes probably cool.)

I knocked the side mirror off my car and needed to get it replaced. Louie and his team at Rick Warner Body Shop were able to get a replacement and install it in just a few hours, and the cost was extremely reasonable. I would recommend them for body work of any kind. I recently took a vehicle in for auto body work after a collision. Rick Warner was on the preferred list of the insurer and it seemed like a hassle free way to go. Lesson learned, cash is king. The repair drug on forever and then after three weeks or so, was released in an unsafe condition. They tried to complete the job without replacing a rotor where the vehicle was struck which resulted in a terrible speed wobble when you applied the brakes. There was a difficulty in getting in touch with and receiving reliable information about the timeline and quality of the repair. They did fix the speed wobble by replacing the rotor after I returned the car. They made the mistake of telling me they had the part on hand, which led me to believe they were trying do the repair as cheaply as possible. This seems to be in the best interest of their business or the insurance company but not the safety of my family. The car looked nice but they were paid to return it to its original condition which was in safe working order.

I hurt my car for the first time ever and called my insurance company and they said to get a couple of quotes of which I did. I decided to go with Rick Warner. They have excellent customer service with updated photos as to the progress of your repair. They also washed and cleaned my car so it was good to go when I picked it up. My only disappointment was I didnt realize they were only going to do 1/2 of my front bumper. If I would have know I would have paid for the difference to have the whole bumper done. In seeing the photos in the die process I didnt notice that it was only part of the bumper.

I ripped my rear bumper clean off while on an excursion in the mountains. I didnt really have money to get it fixed, but Rick Warner was able to get it reattached and only charged me $70. Great service, in and out. I do recommend anyone to go there.

They dont tell you everything so when you go make sure what exactly you want from my experience I went to re paint my bumper they finished it fast I will give them credit for that but when I picked the car the bumper partially finished and when I asked they told me your bumper is three sections well how for the hell I will know that . I really disappointed in that and also they brake the bumper brackets and was less all the way around but they told me that its like that from the factory witches sounds like a joke to me

Rick warners body shop doesnt even deserve 1 star, they lied about doing an alignment which tbey cant show me a spec frame printout for it and now my brskes squill and when i got it back my whole engine was covered which im not exaggerating but it had the shop dust covering my new engine which i only bought the car 1 month prior to getting rear ended and now i start my car only having it back 12 hrs and theres another squilling noise from around the back end where they suppose to have fixed, i personally dont nor wont reccomend them to anybody but thats my opinion,hopefully whoever goes there doesnt end up like me snd has a better outcome with there experience.

I accidently hit a car in a parking lot, I didnt want it to go on my insurance so I made a call to Greg at Rick Warner Body Shop. I trust Greg enough to just send the owner of the car to Greg and get it repaired. He did an amazing job for the owner and he couldnt be more please. In fact, after the repair the owner of the car texted me and thanked me for everything!
