This shop delivered quickly on repairing my car after an accident. They were great about texting updates on timelines and helping to set expectations which they met every step of the way. They ended up detailing the car as well which, as the main transport of a family of five with three of them being children who always want to bring along friends, was no small feat and totally unnecessary…but so appreciated!

Tesla owners BE AWARE! I took my Tesla model S to Ken Garff Body & Glass for some body repair after my wreck. (see image of damage attached) Tesla said that Ken Garff was an approved vendor and recommended using them. I took my vehicle to them in late December 2020 and they finally got done with it on March 6th 2021. When I got it back I noticed that they kept it outside the whole time. ($130K vehicle!) The windshield was cracked and they stored parts in the back seat and damaged the back of my driver seat. (see image)Also, the car pulled hard to the left and did not drive well. I sent it back to them and they had it for another month and said that they did an alignment for the second time and that it was fixed. The problem was that it still pulled hard to the left! I tried to take it back to them and they said that they could not fix it and that I needed to take it to the Tesla dealership. I did and the Tesla dealership fixed it right. In the Tesla mechanics own words he states that the alignment was off and that Ken Garff installed the right side upper control arm incorrectly leading to improper busing pre-load. (See image attached)In short, I did not have a great experience with Ken Garff and I did not feel like they Hear Me like all of their advertisements claim they do. They had my vehicle for ~6 months and installed parts incorrectly.

Terrible customer service, especially by Louis, one of the estimators. It felt like no one down at the shop had any organization/idea of what is happening. I would go to any other body shop besides this one. I know I am never going to choose anything with the name Garff ever again.

Took my car to replace the driver side mirror that was damaged by the winds in September. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. Their customer service was smooth, completed the task in half a day, used original Honda parts and provided warranty, and also cleaned the interior and exterior of my car ( didn’t even ask for this but loved it)!! Looks so much better than when I dropped it off! The overall cost was reasonable! If you want to get a hold of folks or your agent, the best time to call would be before 8:30am. Thank you Grant!

The teamsters Len Garff Body and Glass have been fantastic to work with. From the first call the communication was prompt, courteous and professional. Dana Hulse was the gentleman I worked with most closely and he was wonderful to deal with. He kept in informed of every step along the way and updated the finish time as soon as there were any updates or changes, the staff on location is were always friendly and courteous.Owning a couple of luxury cars, I was always nervous about someone hitting my vehicles and when it happened I was worried about the quality of repair work. After my vehicle was completed I did a very thorough walk around and inspection. As someone who is very particular and detail oriented, I can say with all honesty that I truly cannot tell that any repair work has even been done.I would highly recommend anyone in need of body and paintwork to go get a quote from Ken Garff Body and paint. You’ll not be disappointed.

This was first time that Ive used Ken Garff auto and glass repair. I needed repairs to my front bumper, They gave me a quote and after review I had several questions about the repair costs and they were explained in an understandable way to me which ultimately ended up saving me several hundred dollars. My car was delivered several days sooner then expected and looked awesome, especially after a little whole car detailing. I was very pleased.

Louie was fantastic. He kept me informed of the progress on my Tesla from the moment it arrived at his facility to the time it was picked up. It looked like a new car. He even had it washed for me. The most amazing repair team weve come across. We brought a rental from LA, and one morning we hit the garages pillar and the mirror just went hanging. Our LA rental company doesnt have a branch in SLC and therefore could not replace the car, so we just needed to mirror fixed to be able to drive the car back to LA. We entered in a hurry and pretty stressed out, and the lady at the reception reassured us that they will do whatever they can. Indeed in half hour they really taped the mirror neatly and professionally, one could not tell it was broken. They were fast, affordable and mainly kind and helpful!! Amazing experience.

My car was robbed while sitting on their lot waiting to be repaired.Id like to start by saying that I know my experience there is not typical. However, the customer service I have received is abysmal.It started at the beginning of July. Grant Bingham never called my back to schedule my car to be repaired. A month later, I was finally able to get him on the phone and get my car in for a bumper repair and new windshield. Four days and $2700 later I only have a new bumper. Somewhere their checks have failed. I still have a very visible cracked windshield.I bring it back in the following Monday. All apologies from Grant. I have to wait 10 days, with no update about my car, to get a new windshield. Somehow in that weekend of not being open between when I picked it up on Friday and when I dropped it off on Monday my new windshield walked off. I guess they had to melt the sand and mold the glass the hard way.My car was robbed sitting there for 10 days. Completely cleaned out. I say that facetiously, because while none of my possessions were in my vehicle, whomever robbed my car left it quite dirty and wreaking of smoke.Its been 2 weeks since I picked it up and havent heard from anyone who works there. So, if they had done a competent job the first time I brought it in, I wouldnt have needed to bring it in a second time.Im not so mad at being robbed, but the total lack of customer service from them throughout the repair process.

DO NOT TAKE A LEXUS TO THIS SHOP!!!!!!!!!! They painted the plastics black because they can not get a good deal from the source. YOU SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME!!!!!!!!! Referred me to another shop if you cant do the job right. You usta be one of the best body shops in town. Looks like a smooth talker from CA took over. You really just painted over the plastic? Never again with anything with you. Ill call my insurance agent to sort this out. BYE. DID NOT REPLACE THE PARTS AND PAINTED OVER THEM.

Had my broken windshield replaced. Confirming my windshield was in-stock and insurance approved took more than a month! Setting-up an appointment time took another week. Once I arrived it took about 2 hours to complete the work. Their lobby is small, with nothing to drink or eat, no TV and very uncomfortable chairs. The restroom is way in the back and not very tidy. Service was just OK. The work performed seems well done though!

I had such a positive experience today when I went in, special thanks to Chris. Chris greeted me right away and ensured that I got the proper help I needed. He patiently listened to what I needed fixed with my car and he was very understanding of my situation. After waiting for a short time he had me walk back to see if I was happy with the work they did. I still had a couple of things I wanted fixed and immediately they got it taken care of and fixed it until I was happy with exactly how I wanted the car to look. The customer service provided by Chris and all the employees was exceptional and would make me recommend them to anyone!

This morning I went into Ken Garff Honda Body and Glass downtown. I needed a consultation with someone concerning a small dent and paint chip on my Honda CR-V that bothered me. I spoke with Doug who is a technician there. He could not have been nicer, more informative or kind to me as I explained my situation and asked questions. Doug directed me to a private dent repair specialist as well as personally touched up my paint chip without cost. I appreciated his warm friendship and help so much. I give him 5 stars.

There arent many options available in SLC, but this is the place to go for Teslas difficult aluminum repairs.A lady backed into my parked car but had good insurance. A rep for her insurance worked directly in the same building and handled the whole process, they paid them directly and I didnt have any financial hassle.They werent kidding around with the repair, they cut the damaged area off the vehicle and replaced it with new parts, and the paint looks just like the factory brand new again.They also washed the car, even the inside of the glass had been cleaned. Because of COVID they also applied an antimicrobial treatment to the vehicle before returning it.

My almost new car was hit in the rear by a truck that slide on black ice.Louie gave us a very quick and easy estimate and was Professional and very responsive to all our needs throughout the entire process. His estimate was the best value of the other one that we received. We scheduled the repair, that was estimated to be about a week. The car was fixed in 5 days and looks superb. They provide email updates on their progress. The paint job looks great and they used factory parts. I worked in the auto industry for a few years and this is a first class shop that I strongly recommend.

Was sent here by my insurance to receive an estimate. The estimate was done in a timely manner and the appointment was set up easy (probably because my insurance was the one who set it up). My insurance finally determines liability, so I’ve called and left 3 messages with my estimator, Dana, and he has yet to return my calls!! I’m practically BEGGING to set an appointment to give their body shop business. And to no surprise multiple reviews speak on their lack of returning calls! It’s unprofessional and extremely frustrating. I can happily take my vehicle somewhere else :)

My car has been in 2 accidents in a very short time, first time repair i would give a 5 star, this 2nd time around Im still dissapointed with some of the stuff that got fixed. It looks like part of the front was not put back together correctly, you can actually see it was not put all the way back in, I also had to take it there a second time for them to correct some stuff that was not done from the second accident. Its a huge hassle to take it back to get anything checked since its about a 30 min drive.

I had an excellent experience at this shop! The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire experience. I had my Subaru side swiped from a hit and run, and the shop was able to fix my car in the time they promised which was 2 weeks. They detailed it and it looks good as new! I highly recommend, and will come back for future repairs.

Clearly a situation of a business growing too big, and losing sight of its core values. Their customer service is terrible. Even though they may have 15 people walking around the front office, none of them can even take a minute to come out and look at your car to give you an estimate. You are better off going to a smaller auto shop that really cares about you as a customer. Weve bought two cars from Ken Garff, and referred many others to his dealerships; but no more, theres plenty of other competitors that will treat you better.

I dropped my car off for some cosmetic body work. They said it would take 2 weeks... ‘tops’. I called a day before work was supposed to finish to make sure we were still on track for pickup the following day (since I hadn’t gotten ANY updates in the 2 weeks it had been there). No answer or call back to my phone call/voicemail I left. Returned my rental car the following day and called to say I was on my way in to grab my car. No one answered again and again I left a voicemail. Finally got a call back to say they hadn’t even started on my vehicle. Apparently some parts they ordered were damaged and therefore had not commenced on working in my vehicle. I will spare you all the horrific details but my car has now been at the shop 5 weeks. They don’t call, they don’t care... I’ve spent thousands of dollars in car rental fees. Despite calling and leaving numerous voicemails no one seems to care when I get my car back or how many thousands of dollars I have to spend in the meantime. Who knows when I’ll get my car back. If I could give them zero stars I would. Ken Garff if you are listening I’d really like my van back!

Despite the fact that I consider the repair work here to be quite good (hence the two stars rather than one), I cannot recommend Ken Garff Body and Glass and I won’t be using them again. This most recent repair would have been my fourth time using their body shop. I made an appointment to have some minor stress marks on my rear bumper examined after a friend backed into me. I arrived for the appointment early, so I understood the initial wait. At about 10 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, I inquired about how much longer it would be. I was told my estimator would be “right out”. I waited another 10 minutes and then left. I realize this is not an exceptional delay, but it is a pattern of poor customer service I have experienced several times at Ken Garff Body and Glass. I have often found myself waiting well beyond reasonable periods of time. When you add this up over estimates, drop off, and pick up, it starts to become unreasonable. I work long hours and, like anyone, I simply expect my time to be respected. I have other choices in body shops and I made a choice to leave and schedule an appointment at a well-reviewed body shop where customer service seems to matter; this was just the final straw. Let’s face it; this is not a doctor’s office and there is no legitimate reason to sit at your desk while a scheduled appointment waits for you. There is no legitimate reason to fail to tell the customer what is occurring and how much longer he should expect to wait. As a final indicator of how much customer service matters to them, you might reasonably expect I received a phone call after I waited and finally left; you’d be wrong – no call, not even a text. That’s embarrassing customer service. If you are in the market for repair work, the work here is high quality in my opinion; however, if you respect your time at all, I would recommend looking for another shop. To their credit, they take the time to respond to critical reviews, but, given they don’t bother to call a customer who had to eventually leave because Ken Garff failed to keep a scheduled appointment, you have to wonder if the replies are only for show.

We went there twice for insurance covered collisions that happened about the same time. In both incidents, there were significant issues with both the paperwork and the repairs. For one car, I was told that a car was fixed, so I drove down to the shop only to find out that they were days away from it. There were other paperwork issues too, but that one sticks in my mind pretty clearly. On the repair-side, they did not fix dents and scratches in the area of the collision, quoting hyper technical theories about why the claims guy believed that those scratches were from an earlier incident even though one car was almost brand new. After that all of that guys f#$%-ups with the paperwork, I did not believe his opinion at all and I think they scratched it while storing the car. I strongly do not recommend going to these guys.

My car was damaged in a rear end accident. The other driver has State Farm Insurance and they were responsible for the damages. Ken Garff was on their approved list and they seemed like the most reputable company available to me. I took my car in and they were professional from the beginning. Their communication was great giving me updates throughout the process. They didnt wait for me to call to find out when it would be done but called me twice with updates. Most importantly, the work they did was first class. My cars rear bumper and panels look like new! Thanks Ken Garff!!!

No updates unless I call and when I call it takes a long time on hold to get an answer and the answer it’s always we don’t have an eta but it’s currently at this point! They will have someone call me back to update me but that never happens! It doesn’t appear that they work on these cars much or know how to estimate timeframes! Not impressed

My 2006 Honda Element was in a small accident on the passenger side of the car. I guessed the damage at about $1800 when they gave me an estimate at $2205.63 --- cash no insurance. They said it would be ready in 4 DAYS . I was OK with the time -- I thought that the estimate was a bit high -- but I thought a Honda body shop would have the parts readily available ---Well, 10 DAYS LATER -- my car was done. I went in with my daughter to pick it up and all they wanted first was the money --- even without examining the repair.work they had done. After I examined the car I now understand why. The bodywork was average at best. The paint was poor. The fender and the hood are out of alignment. I honestly think a High School shop class could have done a better job. If I could do negative stars I would give minus 5 for the repairs. The customer service a minus 10 stars. I have supported Ken Gariff businesses before and I am re - thinking that whole relationship . Just go somewhere else to get bodywork done !

Have never had such terrible customer service. Our brand New Honda CRV was in a fender bender at the beginning of May we thought the best place to have it fixed was the dealership where we bought the car, we even had the car towed from park city. This was a mistake. It is now the middle of July and we still do not have our car back. They do not call to update you on the status of the car and phone calls go unanswered constantly. I would never take car to them again.

Ken Garff earned one star because the service they performed was completed. The customer service however was abysmal.My car was involved in an accident in the first week of October. I scheduled an estimate near the end of October and was scheduled for service on November 14. It was expected to be completed November 17. The original estimate was incomplete and they had to order another part and the new completion date was set to November 30. However, I had been receiving false progress updates that my car was being worked on and found out at 3 PM on my original completion date that I was two weeks delayed. This ordeal happened multiple times where I would get updates in the late afternoon the day I was supposed to go pick it up that it wasnt ready.I finally got my car back December 15, over a month after I had dropped it off. And on top of that, the side of the door they replaced wasnt completely painted. I would never recommend this shop to anyone and am actually recommending to State Farm that they stop referring their customers to this shop.

I will never work with Ken Garff again. They had my car for two months and FORGOT to fix the windshield. Major mess up. After I tried working with them to get the car back in they treated me horribly, specifically the manager Chris, who yelled at me on the phone and said he doesn’t have to do this. Which in fact they did because they screwed up by not fixing it the first time around. I got yelled at, lied to and blamed for things that were 100% not my fault. I had to call their upper management to finally get any help. I do not recommend using them ever.

If I could give them a -5 star I would. A piece of wood flew up and hit my Mercedes on the freeway. Destroyed my grill and dented my hood. I called the Mercedes dealership downtown they told me I had to go to Ken Garff Body and Glass. Took my car in to Ken Garff. They looked at my car, I told them who my insurance was and they started badmouthing my insurance, stating they have dealt with them before. KG told me they would get some research together and CC me on the email to my insurance. A week went by no email from KG. I spent the next week calling every single day, leaving a message every day. Not one person called me back, nor did I ever get the email that was supposed to be sent to my insurance about my claim the previous week. Finally I got someone to get on the phone with me after two weeks had passed, from the first day I took my car in there! They stated that they would look into it, then told me they were waiting on my insurance to respond. I had my insurance agent call my insurance to check to see what the hold up was. He told me that they never got an email with the quote from KG!! I called KG AGAIN, the email was not sent till two weeks after I had originally taken my car in! Again the insurance said they NEVER got an email from KG. I called back KG and asked that they PLEASE send the email needed to my insurance agent and he would make sure that my insurance got the email from KG. AGAIN nothing was ever sent from KG, not to my insurance or my insurance agent!!! It has been 3 weeks now since I took my car into KG the first time. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service from a company like KG!!! My car should have been fixed by now, and they havent even sent my quote to anyone to get this fixed!!! I am blown away at the lack of customer service from KG. I dont even want them touching my car at this point if they cant even send the quote to my insurance or my insurance agent, and cannot seem to return phone calls. I will be taking my car to Wasatch Auto Body located in SLC. I called them and they were on it with great customer service. I would highly suggest that no one take their car to KG!!! You will not get anywhere with them, and you wont even get a phone call back to your msgs left, let alone them fixing your car right.

Most unprofessional front desk Ive ever dealt with. They tried making us pay for their mistake and tried making us feel like we were in the wrong. They committed check fraud by cashing an insurance check and buying parts to start repairs on a car they did NOT have permission to work on. What is the point of having your customers sign an authorization for repairs form if youre going to begin the process of repairs without permission? After that, they billed us for parts they ordered and couldnt use. We had to pay out of pocket because they cashed the insurance check without permission. Now, we have to wait weeks for the insurance to reissue a check to reimburse ourselves. For customer service sake they waived the restock fee for the part they ordered and didnt use, but they tried to act as if they were doing us a favor rather than admitting they made a mistake and tried to have us pay for it. Extremely unprofessional! And we were not the only customers in there being taken advantage of. Its a pity the Ken Garff name is on this body shop.

My wife went in for an appointment she had scheduled a few weeks prior. When she arrived she was told they had no record of her appointment and there was nothing they could do for her. They said she could leave her car, but they needed to order a new door and it would be at least a week. So she rescheduled the appointment for a week later with the understanding that they were ordering the parts and that shed be in and out in a day or two. She showed up the 2nd time for the appointment, dropped the car off, and later that day got a call saying that the door couldnt be repaired and that theyd need to order a new door and that it would take about a week to get in. What was the point of rescheduling the appointment in the first place? Two very negative experiences right in a row for the same issue. Will never go back.

If I could give negative stars I would give them negative. Anything over -5 stars is still too high. They replaced my bumper and windshield and did an excellent job on that, but they did not reconnect the wires correctly so now my Daytime Running Lights DO NOT WORK. They said that the lights arent supposed to be on unless its dark. THEY ARE NAMED DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHTS. Im definitely not a doctor, but that definitely sounds like they are supposed to run DURING THE DAY. If you want your stuff fixed this is a great place, just dont expect your electronics in your car to work correctly afterwards or else they will argue that its not supposed to work that way.

Recently had my 2017 Audi A6 passenger windows replaced. The service dept. made the appointment and followed through with a date for replacement. The service manager called to let me know that he would like to confirm that the correct replacement glass was delivered as stated (and it was) prior to taking my car in. I had my car delivered on a Wednesday and the work, replacement and ceramic window tint, had it back on Thursday afternoon. I am a Aerospace Quality Emgineer and the work was impeccable and no flaws or defects on the rework that was done. The service that provided was far greater than taking it to my local Audi dealer (Cutrubus) for the replacement and less hassle. The staff communicated throughout the process. I prefer to drive the extra few minutes for an upfront and open repair than get the run around.

Waited 2 weeks to get in the wrong part. Once we finally received the correct part, install took about 45 minutes, but they tried to bill us 5.5 hours of labor and then billed us for a part they did not install. Watch your bill and question the charges. We won’t use them again.

Worst customer service ever. If you dont allow drop in estimates dont tell the insurance companies that you work with to have their customers just drop in. Next when that customer schedules something later that day you should add that appointment to the correct day not the following day. Next when the customer comes in at the correct time dont argue with them about their appointment time just get someone to give them an estimate not wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes. This is made even more frustrating when the total estimate took less then 5 min to complete. I would not trust these people to fix my 73 Schwinn 10 speed let alone my car.

Absolute joke, do not take your car here for any type of repairs. Brought my car in for a simple windshield replacement.. not only did they try and charge me my whole deductible when the price of the repair was less than the deductible amount (thank god I asked to see a detailed recipt before paying), part of the plastic under my hood is now missing and every time I call to inquire about it being replaced I get a “someone will call you back about that!” Ridiculous!also as an update - it’s been 2 months since I posted this review and nobody ever made any effort to contact me as the response says.

Got rear ended in my Audi, took it to these guys. The work came out perfect and in a timely manner, when there was a small delay I was contacted to be informed that there would be an extra part to be installed to finish up. Very happy with the work, fingers crossed its the last time though.

I had fender that needed to be replaced and Chris and his team took care of my beautiful Challenger like the pros that they are. It was fast and flawless. Better than new. Hopefully I dont need to, but if I do Ill be coming back to Kens Autobody.

Worst service ever! Sopriana was rude and unresponsive. She dropped the F bomb several times while giving me her excuses for not responding in a timely manner. I did not appreciate that nordid I expect that lack of professionalism from any Ken Garff employee. M vehicle was not repaired to my complete satisfaction but I prefer to leave as is than deal with Sopriana again.

No customer service. Pulled up to where it states estimate. Was asked to move my car so they could move another car. I pulled forward per the ladys request and no one came outside. Went inside and nasty receptionist with short hair insisted that estimates are done by appointment only. Unfortunately, there was no time so we could call them and schedule an appointment for next week. Really? I will take my car elsewhere. If thats how they treat people imagine how shabby their work is. They really should get ZERO stars.

Whatever estimated time they give you for your car to be completed mentally add an extra week to that. Ive taken my car to this shop twice now and BOTH times it was a ridiculous amount of time before they will even let you drop the car off (about 3 weeks), and then a week or two of actual fixing--even for minor scrapes. So by the end of it all youve been carless for more than a month! I havent had any qualms with their actual fixing process and paint/body work yet, but its such an extremely slow shop that if my insurance gave me literally ANY other option Id happy try it instead.Ive also heard well give you an update by [date] far too many times, and each and every time I have to call them a few days after that time has passed because I never received this supposed call back. That particular aspect is just unprofessional.So again--the actual fixes seem fine. But the waiting times and lack of updates is extremely undesirable. Shop around a bit first, and if you have to go here theyll do a fine repair job but hopefully your insurance gives you a rental since its going to be a looooong time.

When the other drivers insurance agent suggested this approved auto body shop, I thought they will be be providing acceptable service, the opposite, this business works for the insurance company, not the cars owner. First they did not replace the exhaust pipe, but hammered back the smashed caused from the accident. Second, they returned the car with a broken engine mount and never noticed. When the insurance tried to make me pay for the engine mount part under the claim that an engine mount is like a tire, or a battery, a part you need to change after so many miles, this business backed them up on that claim, clearly showing they have not even read the manual of a Honda. Finally, their customer service is insurance agent oriented, they will explain and communicate with the agent, but not with the owner of the car. If you are an insurance company this is your business, if you are a Hondas owner, this is not the place for you.

Eight months ago, I walked in to get an estimate for damage to my car, they said they didnt have anyone that could help me, that I should have called and got an appointment. So, I set an appointment for one week later. Yes, they didnt have estimators available for one entire week. So then, I had some other damage happen to a different car and just called them, Im sorry sir, the next available appointment is not until next week. I realize that shops can get busy at certain times, but when two separate times I try to get an estimate (that takes 10 minutes) and I have to wait a week, I feel like the owners should hire more estimators and grow their business instead of provide such horrible customer service. If it takes a week to get an estimate, I can only imagine how long it will take to get the car in, let alone how long it will take to get the car back.

Good luck! Empty promises and half work. There was additional damage to our car after it was in the body shop for 5 (yes 5) weeks for $1800 worth of damage. They didnt even repair what was on the ticket to repair (shocking! This is how you make money!)! Today, they gave my wife back a car with a dead battery. She had to jump it 3 times just to get home, and the response at the shop was uncaring and unapologetic. I am simply appalled. I spoke with Troy who is the production manager at this location earlier in the week. Unfortunately, he falseley lured my confidence in him as it is drastically apparent that him, and Ken Garff, have different views than I do about quality, customer service, or hearing you. I am not one for public reviews but our situation is simply astounding.

Horrible work and very unprofessional. I took my BMW to get repaired after a minor fender bender. Spend 4 months to find parts that were not made for the year of my car. Very cheap paint that did not match my car. yet they wanted me to take the car. Mean while they kept threatening me with additional damage that their mechanics had caused. After weeks of threats i got the insurance involved so we looked at the photos from the delivery day and figured out the extra damage happed on their hands. long story short. If you own a decent car do not let Ken Garff body and glass SLC do the job. trust me.

7 weeks ago my car was wrecked twice now we were told its fixed and things were not done correctly. Second word out of front desk person as soon as we walked in was a question did you bring the check?. Car was dirty both times and it is still in the shop awaiting replacement parts that were just fixed but it was fixed supposedly .Customer service very poor, not concerned with you more worried about getting paid. It is a shame since they fix high end cars. Worry now that what else is not fixed right that I will drive away and the car may fall apart since they didnt see such obvious thing that were wrong.I would not even give them one star.

Went to them, and they gave me a 4 day estimate for completion, but I didnt get my car back until 10 days later. Front desk has no idea what is going on. They did good work, but I wouldnt recommend this place if you need a speedy turnaround.

I would not recommend taking your vehicle here. What was supposed to take 3 weeks took 5 weeks. Their customer service is horrible unless your at their shop. I was told the reason it took so long was because they kept ordering the wrong part. Had to reorder it atleast 3 times. You would think after the second time the boss would get involved. Have never been more disappointed with a company. Would have given no stars but had to give atleast 1 to write my review.

They messed up my appointment. never ordered my parts. dropped off my car received a call they had no idea what they were doing with the car. but offered to take it with out letting me know the guy never ordered parts. the guy that set up my appointment and was supposed to order parts no longer worked there. took almost a month to get my car back. they wont pay for the rental(since it took a month) so im stuck with a 300 bill and they say its not there fault????? they scratched my tint on my windows. an employee stole or lost my lanyard. this was a minor accident by the way. and they say it isnt there fault it took almost a month to fix my car!!!!! awful. terrible people and company.

Terrible customer service! Terrible at keeping me informed as to the status of my vehicle. Was told 2 days at drop off. Now it has been 2 weeks. No one called to tell me. My calls to figure out the estimated completion date were not returned. Still not sure when I will get my car back. I got emails the first day or 2 giving me updates, but nothing since.

Ive called these people 22 times in the last month and a half and have only gotten a hold of the right person 5 times. They collected my information and will call me back. Ive yet to receive a call back. Theyre unprofessional and dont know what theyre talking about. No one seems to know what their actual job function is there.
