Seriously have never had such a wonderful experience ever, with any business, much less any auto-related business. I took my BMW (after being referred by BMW dealership) here for some auto body work after an accident. The main office guy - Sam is the most customer-service-oriented, professional, efficient, kind, awesome office/customer service person I’ve ever dealt with and I hope he’s being paid double- digits cause he deserves it. They went above & beyond to help & to ensure my car got taken care of impeccably. I will never go anywhere else and am seriously grateful I was able to work with these guys. Don’t even consider taking your vehicle elsewhere.

Cannot say enough good things about Alpine and their staff. Someone rear ended me a few weeks ago and I was dreading having to take my car into any shop. I had contacted a few body shops in the area before contacting Alpine, and was told that my car would be in the shop for a month at another shop and was told I’d have to wait weeks before even being able to drop it off. After calling Alpine and speaking with Sam, I knew this was the shop I was going to take my car into. He addressed my concerns and never spoke to me in a condescending matter, but rather explained the process in easy to understand terms to me (someone who doesn’t have a lot of knowledge about car repairs). After dropping off my car, Sam was in constant communication providing updates and sending photos during the repair process. I got my car back quickly and looking good as new. I cant really say enough about my two experiences at Alpine. The customer service is over-the-top. Absolutely the opposite of what youd except from the typical, old school body shop. Incredibly customer-focused and accommodating. Handling of insurance claim was seamless and flawless; Sam takes everything off the customers plate. And the work is flawless.

Alpine did an amazing job with my 911 Turbo S my consultant was Sam and he took really good care of me, I highly recommend their shop if you need body work or any body repairs, they have great experience and very knowledgeable with most high end makes and models. Their prices are very competitive and very straight forward I was very satisfied.

Sam was great to work with, repairs were done quickly and looks great. Missed a touch up area on the fender I asked for but they werent going to charge me so no biggie. Would definitely recommend!

A year ago my 4 month old 2019 BMW X7 was rear ended. The body damage was extensive and I wasnt sure it would ever feel the same to drive again. Alpine Auto was fantastic! They preformed amazing repair work along with dealing with an unprofessional insurance company that didnt want to pay. The Covid shut downs were beginning through all of my repair work both in the US and Germany yet they were still able to do amazing work. Thank you Alpine.

I have worked with Alpine for several years and its reassuring to know that for years to come this will always be the place to take your bimmer. Sam is doing an amazing job, picking up the reigns and really running with it. He was great to work with my wife and I on her car. He even went so far as to help me get my headlight aligned on my car. Thats where David came in. Talk about a savant! I mean that in the best of ways. He diagnosed - on the spot - that my bulb was in upside down and the bezel was broken. Of coursed he fixed it right there, refusing a tip.

Hands down the best body shop in the state. The quality in workmanship and service is second to none.

One of the best auto shops I have been to for not only quality of work but also customer service. Sam in the front is extremely courteous and patient when explaining the work required. He is extremely easy to work with. I had a check engine light pop up a few days after I had gotten some body work on my BMW done by them and he diagnosed the issue without any charges and recommended an easy and cheap solution that fixed the problem. Also, they are authorized by BMW and Porche so that should tell you about the quality of work Alpine does. I would highly recommend these guys!

Unfortunately, I have used their services many times. They impress from the minute you walk in the door. They are very helpful and love to talk cars. Take a peek into the shop and you will see that they are the shop to take your European car. Whether its a brand new Ferrari or Porsche, or an older Mercedes or Audi, Lane and company will get you taken care of.Certainly a bit pricier than some of the alternatives, but I am looking to have these kind of jobs done correctly, not cheaply.

I personally saw the quality of work these guys did 10+years ago and unfortunately both vehicles had incidents this year that required their work. They did a perfect job on both of our vehicles and I now have two cars that show no evidence of any body work done and perfect paint blending! They look brand new! These guys are the best in Salt Lake if you want a perfect paint job! I had always recommended them before, and they will continue to be the only ones I recommend in the future!

I have been doing business with Alpine for nearly 10 years and am always impressed with their quality of work. They are extremely professional, punctual and get the repairs done correctly. They will also go to battle with your insurance to ensure that your vehicle is repaired to factory standards. I would never take my BMW anywhere other than Alpine.

Amazing what a deer can do to a 2009 GTI travelling 45 miles per hour. But for second time they gave me my car back looking brand new. There are only two shops in town I would ever send a mid to high end European car, and since these guys have never failed me I see no reason to try out shop #2. Whatever you do, dont take it to any shop recommended by Volkswagen, those guys are all in bed together and their shops are operated by a bunch of illegal immigrants that have no idea how to paint a car or set a door.

I had my Audi for 2 days when someone scratched the side in a parking lot. I stopped by Alpine to have the scratches looked at. They came out looked at the scratches and said they could buff them out. They took the car back and buffed them out in 10 minutes. These guys are great. Best service and experience I have ever had at a car body shop. I give them my highest recommendation!

These guys really know how to treat a repeat customer poorly. I have previously used them twice, and cannot believe how I have been treated the third time I went there. I brought my car in to get an estimate and they told me they would email it to me. I called back the first time and let them know weeks had gone by and no estimate. They left me on hold for 10 minutes and I had to hang up and call them back or they would have left me on hold forever. They told me they would get me the estimate and never did. I called again after a few days and still no estimate. If you want to go somewhere and waste your time this is a good place to go to.

Enjoy working with these guys. They are knowledgeable, do excellent work and perform the work in a timely fashion. They even helped with getting and returning my rental car while my car was being repaired.

Top notch service. For BMW and Porsche, this is the place to go for body work. They take pride in their work. Fixed my matte finish BMW and it looks like new again. Through discussions with them, it’s very apparent that they have extensive knowledge about BMWs and Porsches and really care about the work that they do.

We have a 2013 535i xdrive which was delivered by open transportation from Chicago to Utah. The trucking company ended up scratching the hood, side fenders and trunk. The scratches were so deep you could easily feel them with your fingernails and you could actually see different colors. We were sick looking at the car and the trucking company was dodging every attempt we made to fix it. I called BMW of Murray to see who they recommended and they, of course, recommended Alpine Renovations. My wife drove the car to them and they looked it over. They quoted a price for re-painting the hood thinking the scratches couldnt be buffed out. They recommended buffing first to see if they could be taken out before the higher price of repainting. To our surprise all the scratches came out! The cost was only 80$ for a lot of labor buffing. Sooo much cheaper than re-painting. I thought it was noteworthy to review them since they didnt talk us into repainting which would mean more work/income for them.

I spoke with a gentleman named Sam today right at closing and he gave me the scoop for a half an hour about the in’s and outs of what to expect when filling a insurance claim and dealing with Auto body shops. Thanks a bunch Sam!!!!!!!
