Asked the young man working at the desk if he was familiar with the gray paint used on older house porches. He replied no and offered nothing else. I then showed him a sample and he said he couldn’t do anything with that. We need the paint maker and exact shade for touching up. Guy is not interested in selling paint. Got better service when i went to Lowes. This was this afternoon if the manager care.

Way too high went to Lowes got 3 gallons almost for the price of one with you

I was looking for the perfect Grey for my small bathroom today. This location is closed to everyone but employees so I had to get information at the door. I experienced the best customer service ever. Just had to give this store some praise for seeing to my needs. You guys are Great!!!

Visited the Salisbury SW Store knowing what color we wanted. Walked out probably 15 minutes later with the product and could not have been happier. Paint application was as described by the technician! Great experience and will be back to that store!

Had a difficult color to match. Paint was discontinued. The store attendant stayed with the job until she was satisfied it was a match. Went home to patch the wall- a perfect match. Saved me a lot of painting and work. Great service.

The staff know their stuff and can help you solve even the most perplexing paint problems. The prices are comparable with other stores that sell paint but none can match the customer service you get here. I now buy all my paint and supplies here.

This store is way over priced.. i found the same sherwin-williams brand color and type of paint at lowes 20 dollars cheaper per gallon..same exact product..like going to a car dealer ship for parts that you can get so much cheaper at a part store..but did have a wide variety..worth going if you have a contractors account.

New management has completely sucked the life out of this store. What was once a place to look forward to going to because of the friendly and knowledgable staff, has been replaced by condescending management with a get your stuff and get out morale.

Went there for the 40% off sale, asked if they carried Infinity, the salesperson says only Lowes carry that brand and its an inferior paint, says it streaks, etc. Really talking down on the other paint, store. She doesnt know we had our home painted about 3 months ago and Infinity is excellent, so she shows us the Emerald was priced at 42.00 per gallon or somewhere close to that, the salesperson says thats after the 40% off, so I say so one gallon of paint is 70.00 and she says yes. We left because we re not idiots. We went to Lowes, Infinity is about 45.00 a gallon, we went to PPG their top of the line is about the same. Come on Sherwin-Williams. You just lost out on customers who have a half of house left to paint and guess where we will not be shopping and teach your employees to not down play the competition, she really left us with a bad taste in our mouths. Oh yeah and we gave Lowes 188.00 today, your loss.
