Dont always find what Im looking for here, but they usually have it. Kinda pricey on things, but its the convenience of not driving to a big box store. Employees are Always helpful and pleasant. Explore true value, you might find a new favorite place to shop.

Pleased with the products I went after.. Quick in & out, in comparison to other hardware stores! I have even returned for others things.. Once again, I grabbed what I needed & out the door! Pleased & Appreciated!!

Very helpful here, they will actually take the time to help you find something and treat you with respect.The big home improvement stores should really consider being this way

After being told I could return something and telling her I didnt have the packaging they said I could bring it back no problem even no package and went back to return it they told me I could not do this I would have had no problem if I wouldnt have been told 3 days earlier that I could if you are going to tell someone something you should do it

I love having a locally owned hardware store in town. Its in a super convenient location and the inventory is not overwhelming. I can usually find what I need in a hurry. There is one guy there that seems to have a poor attitude and seems up tight tight. I once heard him on the phone loudly scolding someone at an auto shop over a $70 service bill. I didnt know you can get anything done at an auto shop for that cheap. I dont know if hes the owner or manager or what. Everyone else is very pleasant and I will continue to patronize this business.

I really liked the great customer service a month ago when I went in for paint, so when I needed some yard items I called them instead of going to Lowes to ask what their virus protocol is. I havent left my house for 3 weeks so I had questions. But no one answers the phone there, you just get a recording. So I had to spend my $376 at another store that did answer their phone.

Closed on Sundays but a true Values website says open on Sundays.

People were very helpful and friendly

Able to park at door. Greeted by staff as entered, she knew exactly what we wanted & where it was located. Sadly, they were sold out. Store was neat, clean, & organized. Didnt have time to explore today. Love hardware stores! And its springtime!

Friendly staff and well organized. They prepare for summer and winter seasons with hard to find items Walmart does not have and certain things better quality for the money. They have good sales on work gloves when youre trying to find it for that special someone.

These people are SO nice and super helpful. They will walk with you to find what you need, give really good product recommendations, and remember your face so you feel like youre talking to friends every time you go. Super convenient to the Mall/Catawba/Hospital side of town and always a nice experience!

Staff was friendly and greeted us as we came into the store and helped direct me to the area of my needs, and as we checked out they were friendly and talked to us for a bit, as were new to the neighborhood, and so weve found our new hardware store for our home and we will be doing all of our shopping there.

This is on my way home and the staff is so friendly! I have only had one time that they couldn’t help me.. but that was only because I needed a key to a 44 ford tractor.. they don’t make the key anymore... oopsie
