Curbside pick up means nothing when the person bringing it out looks at you like youre crazy because they didnt want to load my purchases in my vehicle
The entire site staff really don’t care about their customers. They even pretend to be busy when just playing with their phones and even when you finally get their attention; they are uninformed. Zero knowledge 9 out of 10 people you ask questions.
Went to price vinyl flooring for a kitchen remodel. The gentleman who assisted us was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the flooring, he was a great help.
I called for information, the person on the phone was way more knowledgeable than I had expected. I give her a 10 out of 10!
I personally prefer Home Depot over Lowes. It might be the color scheme The orange draws me in and feels just overall better. Ill always pick Home Depot over Lowes.
Its Home Depot, its big, there is a lot of things there you can use for your house. You can always find better prices online for things that can be shipped.
We are very dispaointed with the staffs help,coudnt get a replacement on a faulty dropp light.

I bought a washer and dryer at the Salisbury Home Depot and scheduled it for delivery. They called the night before with a four hour window and specifically said they would call 30 minutes ahead of time. I waited at work for the call so I could go home and meet them. They never called and just showed up at the house and left. I called after the time window and was told the driver said my number was bad which she knew was a lie since I was calling from that number. They were supposed to call me the following day and deliver the appliances. I never heard anything again and when I called I found out they just scheduled it for next week. I tried to cancel the order and was told I have to do it in the store. Now I have to waste my time going there and dealing with that.
Great friendly people. Lol helped me find several items I could not find. Went out if their way to walk me to isle where located

The home depot in salisbury is solid ... It is mirrored from the ones I usually go to so just remember that...any employees I interact with have been kind and courteous. I usually have unique needs so I typically will be able to get most things there and then order the one off tool or item from another online store. Cant complain though as you cant expect these stores to have every single tool.
Friendlier than Lowes but I dont like the products as much.

HD had the stuff but not always easy to find. Most of associates know their stuff and will help. It helps to know what you are looking for or at least the application.
Sales reps were absolutely clueless. Had us going from the front of the store to the back several times because unaware of where the actual merchandise was. Zero customer service skills or knowledge of what they even have in stock. Last time I will be in that store.
Good store, a gentleman went out of his way to help my son and other customers at the wood machine, the cashiers were very pleasant and my son and I were able to find everything we needed.
Need better help in lumber..fyi woman know wood working also. Just because we in the wood section or how about trying to lift 80lbs concrete, we just might need a little help.
Found the 50W 12V bulb i needed for the micrscope at ease.
The ladys in the pro department is always helpful and nice .
I was looking light switch plates and picked out some that seemed expensive. Without being asked an employee told me and showed where less expensive one where.

We thought we knew precisely what we needed. A cashier at the door was happy to direct us and we found the item without difficulty. We were certain the item, blinds for a door, would need to be cut, but when a person trained in cutting arrived we learned cutting wasnt required at all. All in all we spent a little extra time and saved extra effort. Good price. Good service. Mark us happy customers.
This is a very nice home Depot location. I knew exactly what I needed when I went there. thanks to the help of well-trained employees that were very friendly I was in and out in record time. When you know how to do home repairs and youre trying to maintain your properties this is a good resource to have at hand. Enjoy!

Fairly standard place, but if you have been to many Home Depot stores you will notice that this place is a little on the thin side of inventory for some things, like safety glasses selection. Most staff are fairly versed in the store layout, but some are not, some are really spot on.Enter on the left side to avoid confusion.
My husband went shopping for batteries for his solar lights. Very clean store and friendly salespeople.

First, I would like to say I have not liked Home Depot for a long time. The previous stores I have been to(especially the one in Lewes) is dark, depressing, and staff ignores you. The other day out of desperation I went to Home Depot at closing time in Salisbury looking for a socket I needed. The store was bright. Staff was nice. I would specifically like to say thanks to Jeff. He asked if I needed help and took me directly to where I needed to go. Why can’t other Home Depot’s be like this one? I have been back several times since and staff continues to be friendly.

Home Depot, Lowes, they may as well merge. It seems as if there is never an employee in the department I am in than can assist me. Unless that is, a lumber associate is talking to the appliance associate in the electrical department which is where I would be...and neither knows a wall plate from a 20 amp square D breaker. Big box stores can try ones ability to keep calm in stores that boast customer service! Good luck.

I have never had such a bad experience in any store in Salisbury. I went to Home Depot a week ago 6/18 to be exact. I ordered $1800 worth of flooring. They had the flooring in stock on the shelf. We ordered and paid for 36 cases of flooring to be picked up Wednesday 6/24. When we arrived to pick it up it was on a cart in the customer service area. Upon loading in the car it was noticed 2 boxes were extremely damaged. They refunded the money for the two boxes and told me they didn’t have anymore at this store and could not get it for me. So I have demolished 1200 sq ft of my home because I have installers coming to put in flooring. So my only option was to go to Dover from Salisbury and pick up new. They can’t get it to Salisbury they can’t do a transfer nothing. We left Home Depot to notice we were only given 23 boxes mind you I paid in FULL for 36 boxes. So I call speak to a representative who says she will get it all straight come in the morning and pick up the refund. Okay so now I need to stop at Salisbury Home Depot on my way to Dover. I get to Salisbury Home Depot this morning no one has a clue what I am talking about. Finally 45 minutes later I get square the money they owe me for the product I never received. I asked to speak with a manager at which point I was greeted by a woman Jackie. I am not sure how this woman ever got to a management position. She said “sorry for the inconvenience” ummm I have spent 1800 dollars here I have to take off work spend my day driving to Dover and that is all I get? I kid you not this woman said to me “ well it was Stephanie that sold it to you so it’s her fault” whoa whoa whoa what? YES this is the manager of a store she told me she could give me no discount no help no nothing. She should have absolutely never just thrown her employee down like that what kind of management is that? She was extremely rude and just disrespectful. I will NEVER shop at Home Depot again. I will be posting all over social media and I have reached out to the news as well. Do not shop here!!!
A little disappointed this trip . Had a broken lantern to replace. Went to exchange desk . Associate found a replacement in the system . Made me go all over the store looking for it . I never found it. She had 8 of them at another location . I ask if maybe they would put one on their next shuttle for me . She said no Id have to go get it myself. So after a 45 minute drive I met the nicest associates you ever want to meet, and got my lantern replaced

Store well stocked and found everything I needed to complete my tasks. Store personnel extremely helpful as I need a variety of specialty items and was not familiar with this store layout or specific item location. Everything from track lighting, weather resistant GFI to SUMP PUMP drainage hose and fittings.

My fiancee and I went to the Home Depot in North Salisbury, MD, looking for patio furniture (end of season sale). We were approached by a customer service person, Jonathan Fisher, a very nice young man. He helped us with questions about the tables we were looking at, and when I asked him whether we could get a better price if we bought 4 of them, he gave us a nice discount.What really impressed me about this young man is that he saw I was disabled and my fiancee would not be able to carry the tables from our vehicle to our home, so, he offered to drop off the tables on his way home, for which he got approval from his manager.He showed up at the exact time promised, along with a friend who helped. When I asked him about why he offered to help he told me about his Mom who is in a wheelchair, not able to do a lot of things for herself. He came across to us as a caring, compassionate young man, who was sincere in his desire to help.Home Depot should be proud to have such a wonderful employee who cares about people. We will go back to Home Depot and see Jonathan whenever we need the items they sell. THATS what customer service and commitment to serving peoples needs, is all about!

I have a drafty house. I went to HD a couple of days ago to find anything to stop the coldness. The assistant Chris was such a great help. He was patient with me and explained what I needed. Later while still shopping I had more questions and I saw him putting his jacket on since his shift was over. I jokingly said “you can’t leave me here to fend for myself!” He literally still answered my questions and walked with me to another section to show me different options...still in his jacket and carrying his bag. He didn’t hesitate and his kindness was greatly appreciated.

This store makes shopping for projects super easy. The staff is helpful and offers assistance from the time you walk in the door. Ive purchased hundreds of items in the last few weeks and one of them was missing an item in the box. The store was out of the particular item and it was a special buy with no more coming. Mary Alexander in customer service took the time to ensure I was taken care of, made it easy for me. Called a sister store, even offered to deliver it to my home and gave me her personal contact information to ensure the solution was followed through. Customer service can be found few and far between these days... Mary and her coworkers are knocking it out the park on a daily basis. Thanks, guys! Beats the competition by leaps and bounds!!!

Came in wanting to buy a refrigerator. Only had a couple of questions regarding the fridge that I could not find online. Waited and was totally passed over. Even attempted to interject in a convo to get some help. Walked around for 45 mins in that section and received not one hello or how may I help you. Sad thing is I can’t buy it from Lowe’s because they don’t have it and truly don’t want to go to Home Depot.
Salisbury Md I bought a Ryobi tool kit. And when I got it home and opened it up it was used. Then I take to Home Depot and they Deni me my return I guess thats what the do now sell used products and charge full price and not return them. I would not advise shopping here customer service was a horrible. I be had nothing but Issues dealing with them
