Absolutely NOT helpful. They dont do anything their website says!Everything I ask the answer is NO... with no recourse or suggestions.If you really wanted to hire unhelpful staff that will drive your sales into the ground... you have done a fabulous job.Either theyre lazy, unintelligent or completely unmotivated to make any sales!

After they explained the HIGH PERFORMANCE PACKAGE to me I elected to have this service performed on my riding mower, however when I got home to unload the mower, the battery was dead and both of the headlights were burnt outso much for there service packageJeff from Atlantic Tractor contacted me and went above and beyond my expectations, he not only corrected the issues he asured me Atlantic Tractor will stand by their customer
I would like to talk to the Owner, the person he recommended I talk to Jeff was very defensive and did not want to listen or resolve my concerns he just wanted to school me on the life of bearings with 50 hours on them. He then asked me why I posted I was scammed and became very upset and a strong toned, I explained I felt scammed because I brought in the tractor for a yearly service and received a quote for $800 on a $3000 tractor with less the 50 hours. Then I was disconnected, I thinking a dropped call, I hope .. I have been a customer at Atlantic for several years... its true I am a very low spender..Just Stihl stuff and this tractor But Wow ! Remember when I bought this Z525E five years ago, I asked is this the same tractor as the equipment as sold at Home Depot ? I was told absolutely not but this is the E series and by buying this at Atlantic tractor I could be assured that I would have great customer service. (Not)
Easy to deal with, hoped to get parts when I first showed up early early one Saturday morning but no luck. Sure enough they were able to get it for me in 3 days. Awesome customer service. Tractor is back up and running.

Went in to speak with the salesman assigned to me and NO ONE wanted to even look at us more or less talk with us. These people seem to be all about themselves and the customer is an inconvenience they are forced to deal with.If youre spending your hard earned money, you want to feel respect when you walk into a place of business. This is not what we received here. When I cleared my throat to get the mans attention, he rolled his eyes and without moving his head glared up at me and asked What do you want?Made dealing with another company real easy.

I gave this company $750 to fix my mower. They promised to return it like new. Upon returning the mower, it didnt work, but.they took no responsibility for it. In fact, they wanted another $500 to fix it . They offered no discount to buy a new one. Needless to say, I gave them $750 and now I have no mower and no money. I will never use or recommend this company ever again.

New tractor broke with in 6 days .. called my salesman he said Im in sales you need to talk to service . Called service the manager said you will have to bring it in .Hooked up to my trailer and dropped it off on Thursday 6/31 at 9 am.. Talked to the service manager .. two days later no calls I call no answer what is wrong and the typical we havent looked at it yet.. Called the GM Bill Knight and finally get a call back about a gasket leaking .. Then another phone call that the part will not be in until today 7/6..Service manager call me today says it will be all done then tells me he is too busy to drop it off today and I will have to pick up and he will leave outside for me to pick up after hours.. I go home hook up my trailer drive all the way to the dealer and guess what.. It isnt outside ready for me to pick up .. They are closed and no one did anything they said they would.. Avoid this place at all cost.. Now I know why all my neighbors do not have Deere products from here when they are the closest .. Do your self a favor and run or go to somewhere other than here obviously the do not care. bought 2 units from here over $45k spent and get treated like this .. it is unacceptable. Totally is ..

I had a John deere from 2002 brand new never had problems until last 2 yrs then I thought ok Ill go get another john deere I bought a used one and have had nothing but problems and when I.spoke to mgr he said u bought as is well they should have gone over lawn mower before they took my money ... never again

I Purchased a used tractor (not from atlantic), as it is my first tractor I had some questions. Because Atlantic is located in Salisbury I thought they may be able to answer a few questions. I was utterly and completely wrong. It turns out that if its not a JD, its from outer space! Imagine that, even with pictures they could not tell me how to check the transmission fluid level. I had no idea this was such a difficult task. Well Atlantic did prove two things for me that day. 1; even though it is my first tractor it wont be my last, (apparently atlantic is woefully short sighted), and 2; I will never buy from, visit, ask questions or suggest atlantic tractor in fact the opposite.In addition I inquired about a used rotary cutter that was on the property, That was two months ago. I guess they are doing so well that customers or potential ones really dont matter.

Their prices on John Deere lawn tractors are high and the service dept charges $100 per hour even if the repair takes 15 minutes.... NOT GOOD...... Get it repaired some where else.

I had them assemble a spreader got it home 1 bolt missing 2 bolts not tight. Purchased the previous day and was supposed to be assembled the next day had to wait 45 minutes for them to assemble it.
