The best place I have ever gone to! I normally don’t write reviews on places but I had to for them. The staff is so kind, and I was in and out extremely fast. I was given great advice on what glasses were right for me and I have never been this happy with my glasses selection. Will definitely come here from now on!

My consultant Lynn had over 30 years in the business and was so incredibly helpful. She took the time to help not only me, the customer, but my husband with a issue he was having with his glasses. She gave us helpful hints and just was the best sales person to help us that day!!

I walked in and was immediately greeted and offered help. I showed them my prescription and insurance and there was no wait. I began searching for a pair of glasses. After I picked up several pairs, I was given feedback immediately (which i needed). I was helped to pick out the perfect pair. Not only does this place make glasses on sight but they are so helpful. They told me it would take about an hour so I left and went to the grocery store and right before i stepped foot in the grocery store I received a text that my glasses were ready. Six minutes it took to receive my glasses. This place is amazing.

I am extremely impressed with this Eyemart Express location in Salisbury, MD. The staff were so helpful and very sincere. The eye exam doctor was thorough and quick, the front desk staff were able to assist me in finding the best frames, and their in-house lab was able to produce two sets of glasses in less than an hour. If it weren’t for the one pair I lost in the Atlantic Ocean, I would have never learned how wonderful this business is. Thank you all for helping me see again.

This was my very first experience with EyeMart Express, in Salisbury Maryland and let me tell you the staff was awesome. Friendly faces, greeting you as you walk in. Very clean place. I was a new patient and I was in and out in an hours time from eye exam, picking out frames for my new glasses. And only done I was told that my glasses would be done in an hour and that they would text me when completed. I received a text message 28 minutes later saying my glasses were ready. Now that’s what you call great service. I was amazed to when they had told me that my glasses would be done in 1 hour. Normally when I go to an eye place I have to wait 7 to 10 days or longer to get my glasses. Let’s just say that myself and family will be back.

I’ve never heard of this place but was told to check it out. I stopped with my wife so she could order new glasses. Long story short, we got 2 sets of eyeglasses and 2 sets of prescription sunglasses in less than 45 minutes and the price was way below LensCrafters. All 4 we’re just over $300. Would highly recommend.

They have been so wonderful!! I was running late and a gentleman waited for me and didnt rush through making sure they fit properly and I was comfortable with the view since they were progressive lens. Exceptional service!

Then ordered a simple pair of progressives (online)for us both for spares.Staff at the store were great and the online ordering was quick and easy.I have already recommended to a few people.

Oh my gosh! I can not rave enough about our Salisbury, MD store and their staff. I have VERY poor eyesight and can barely see without my glasses. Lynnette, took my prescription, had two pairs of glasses made in 45 minutes. I almost cried. The icing on the cake was, they were an hour from closing when I walked in the doors. I left thinking these people really went the extra mile!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Found this place on google saw their deals and called for info. Very friendly over the phone. Got my prescription renewed as they advised me to do, went in last minute on a saturday with 4 or 5 people ahead of me. I was in the store for about 20-30 min. Total, they closed at 5 and when we got done the initial it was 415. We left to get gas and within 20 minutes got notification both pairs of glasses were done! Very friend rep and I was amazed with the turn around time!!!! The glasses were PERFECT!!!! Great prices without insurance, didnt have to wait weeks like most places, and very friendly people. Best service by far! 10 out of 10 Thank yall do much!!!!

I was in eyemart on thursday 8 19 2021I was greeted immediately. The sales techWas familiar with my coverage .she pickedProducts that was on my pl an. Wasnt there very long. Like that payment was made right at the desk. The tech was very good at matching the glasses to my face. And didnt wait the full hour for my glasses to be complete. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

Eyemart was impressive. In one hour I got two attractive pairs of glasses (colored plastic) and lenses, one for reading and one for distance for $89.00. Don’t know if you’ve priced glasses lately but my partner paid $644.00 for one pair of glasses one month before at an optic shop. They weren’t friendly or convenient or priced well but Eyemart sure was. Don’t buy your glasses anywhere else!

After an attempt to wear progressive lenses I found it was not going to be suitable for me. When I returned to the store the next morning, I found the staff to be understanding and comforting with my changing the lenses to distance only. I expected to have to pay for a 2nd set of lenses however they refunded me the difference and I paid nothing more. The text message my glasses were ready started 4 minutes and the glasses were presented to me even before the manager had completed the refund process. The staff were all friendly & very warm. I will go back and I will share my positive experience with others.

I was also impressed with the “photo” of my eyes! The doctor was able to see the condition of my eyes and explain to me what he sees with this photo! Many frames to choose from and savings deals to pick from! I will definitely be going back to EyeMart in the future!

Wow-I am impressed with Eyemart! Today was my first time there. I went in for an eye exam and new glasses. I was greeted cheerfully and given sanitizer upon entering. The receptionist who took my information was friendly and helpful. Dr. Jeremy was thorough in adjusting my prescription and going over my eye health. The real hero is Ashley! She helped me with picking out frames, explaining everything and being so patient with my indecision and my barrage of questions. I was so surprised at how many frames were so reasonably priced-well under what I expected. Also, the employees were clear about COVID procedure and were constantly wiping things down, which made me feel reassured. My glasses will be here in 14 days or less-cant wait! Thank you to all and keep up the great work!

People working here were friendly and kind.We saved hundred of dollars for new pair of glasses with eye exam. Eye doctor and eye technician were doing many things for our eyes. Went to the store looking to fill a prescription for my granddaughter. Ashley (the employee) was absolutely wonderful. She greeted us at the door, then proceeded to give us a squirt of hand sanitizer as well as a little basket to put “tried on frames” in. She was very helpful, explained everything. Best part—glasses only took 15 minutes to make, granddaughter loves them💜

My first time experience is amazing, they were patient because I had my 3 year old grandson with me. They were organized and very helpful. You were greeted at the door and sanitized your hands. Most of the negative reviews are from former employees who couldnt do their job correctly. One of these former employees lied about their life and shared things that were not appropriate while doing a job. While accompanying my Mother I witnessed this young lady speaking loudly about her personal life and how she was attacked while driving a taxi cab. Totally inappropriate for a workplace. Eyemart was great and the young lady who helped my Mother was amazing. They have some great deals also. It is a shame that former employees can slander businesses just because they are angry it didnt work out.

First experience there, always went to MYEYEDR because I of course used to work there. I have been an optician for many years. I had a great experience with the manager Susan. I have always been a very hard person to pick glasses out for. I found two pair that I fell in love with. They have FANTASTIC multiple pair discounts so I got both. They were not able to do my glasses same day due to my script and them having to be ordered. Great experience!, will be going back for my families needs.

My children and I had a great experience. We were treated wonderful and we received lots of help. The facility did a great job keeping everything clean. Glasses were done quickly and well. My sons glasses were broken and they fixed them up while his new glasses were on order. Would highly recommend. We will use them again

Even during this pandemic I experienced great service. I watched them make sure any frames that were touched were pulled for cleaning. There was constant cleaning the entire time I was there. The representative that worked with me was very personable. If she was unsure about something she got assistance and/or a second opinion which I appreciate her doing instead of pretending she knew. I’m waiting for my main glasses so, I can not comment of those yet. The ones I did bring home help me see clearly now. I didn’t give 5 stars because I don’t have my main glasses yet.

I had a wonderful experience at Eyemart Express in Salisbury, Maryland. From my eye exam to the purchase of my prescription glasses, the customer service was outstanding. I want to give a special mention of Oliver, the sales associate who helped me. He was excellent to work with! It was great working with all the wonderful people in this office, but the icing on the cake was having a complete pair of prescription glasses in under an hour!

I have never been more pleased with the process of getting new glasses as I was when I went to Eyemart express. The staff were very helpful without hanging on you. I was in and out quickly. I was told my glasses would be ready in 2 hrs and they were done in less than 1 hour. And they were progressive lenses. Price wise I paid 1/2 (for 2 pair of glasses) compared to one pair from LensCrafters. I’ll be returning and telling everyone about Eyemart Express.

I was very impressed, staff especially Asnley H was. very friendly and helpful answering all my questions. Very nice selection of frames. Before taking my measurements she explained the different types of lenses available, the estimated cost of the glasses and checked to see if there were any available discounts. She did my measurement and then to my surprise she had her supervisor check to make sure the measurement were correct! I will definitely recommend Eyemart to my family and friends! For anyone who may be seeing this, Eyemart Express is a very twisted atmosphere with a manager who favors individuals. I was a former employee who had quit. DM did nothing about it and allowed Susan to walk over me . Though they may seem nice and perfect, the products they sell are awful quality and break/get damaged rather easily. They say they care about the customers and making everyone happy, but thats a lie. They care about making money to put in their pockets. If you ever get hired there Im sure youll realize how manipulative the industry is as well as the manager in charge at the Salisbury location. Shes made a couple few employees quit ctually. I would never even take the time to leave reviews but this is needed to be known for anyone who might get caught up in their twisted fantasy. I tried my best to do anything I could to show my worth and helped tremendously but that also hadnt seemed to be appreciated. The employees are wonderful but the ones that are stuck there dont realize they are being taken advantage of. Some were getting paid less than myself to do double the work. I do hope one day the DM realizes whats truly going on at that Salisbury location. They do not look out for you, its all a lie, no matter how much help you give them. They may seem very professional, but actually far from it. The manager picks her favorites and if you dont cut that list, youre on the sidelines doing all the dirty work and not earning incentives. They bring you down and dont help you get back up. I do wish them the best and theres so much more Id love to share but the company truly has amazing potential, just would work much efficiently with completely different management.

I only went in to Eyemart Express to accompany my hubby and help him choose a pair of eyeglasses. They had a deal where you could by two pairs of glasses for a little over 38 dollars. Well, my husband got a sunglass tint on one pair. It made the price go to a little over 68 dollars for TWO pairs of glasses!I decided to have my prescription faxed to Eyemart, and got some glasses, myself.Now, frames can start at 19.98 and go up in price. My frames were 60-something dollars, and the other 19.98.We got four pairs of glasses for less than we have paid for one at other places! I think our girls name was Avery. She was very friendly and very patient with us.Oh, and the amount of time they had my glasses done...LESS THAN ONE HOUR for two pairs of glasses! My husband had his two done in less than an hour, as well! And, we can see perfectly out of them.Now, that was done with single vision lenses. So, in all reality, the service, price, speed, and quality were all worthy to say something.Well go back when its time to get new glasses, thats for certain.

Very Professional And Polite

My husband suggest that I go to Eyemart Express because of the First Responder discount and the fast turn around for glasses. Well I was blown away by the greeting at the front door with hand sanitizer and good morning may I help you. Ms. Susan did my intake information with the insurance and was my go to person for my glasses. I was given a basket to put the glasses I tried on so they could clean them. I tried on 3 pairs but did not like them. I told Ms. Susan what I was looking for and she came back with 2 pairs of glasses; black and brown the colors I asked for. They fit perfectly, I was impressed, and excited. I was told my glasses would take an hour. My glasses were ready in 10mins. Mr. Roy checked me out and I was telling him about my experience. I left with a smile on my face and I told everyone about my experience. Thank you, Eyemart for the wonderful experience.

Allowed me to walk in and browse frames without an appointment. Picked some out and had an employee immediately help me fill out the paper work. Luckily they had my (fairly unique) lenses in stock, so they had my glasses ready in 7 minutes. Yes, 7 minutes.

My husband and I each got 2 pairs of glasses. The cost of those 4 pairs was close to what I usually pay for just one pair for myself at other places. Roy was extremely helpful and pleasant. Everyone is very friendly & knowledgeable.

My Wife & I were so pleased with the people there that we came back with her Rx information & she picked out a new pair of glasses & a new pair of sunglasses. Started off as a great experience, the staff was informative and fast but after ordering glasses it took a little longer than expected, which was no problem because its same day processing but once I got back it took 45 mins to be dispatched. Aside from that it was a pleasant experience and I do plan on coming back!

Absolutely terrible. The customer service was ridiculous, they refused to give the PD measurements. I have been in optical for a while and know that the PD measurement is not something prescribed by the doctor and they are able to give that over the phone or at least fax. Its not a HIPPA Violation at all.

Drove to eyemart because of the advertised prices and same day service. The prices are very close to anyone else and the glasses are taking 2 WEEKS to process. I dont call that express!False advertising!
