I just had a change in insurance after calling several eye business I would like to say thank you to myeyedr in Seaford, thank you to Helen so patient and sweet and answering all my questions.

Took. Over 2 months and 10 visits to the store to get my prescription right. I love my glasses but not sure it was worth my time this go round.

Ive gone here for the past several years. Doctor Siri is easily the best optometrist Ive had. Always very friendly and knowledgeable. The reception staff is always very warm and helpful, and they have an amazing variety of frames. Love it.

I had a lovely experience especially with the front desk professional. She was so friendly. The Doctor gave me the most knowledge I have ever received from all of my experiences with my eyes. I feel like I ended up with a great deal on my contacts and they answered most of my questions about my insurance. Davis vision (my insurance) is a little iffy when it comes to cost, But the sales lady gave me the information I needed.

I had an appointment with Dr siri.. she was late, rude and didnt give clear and concise directions during exam.. when I didnt respond fast enough to her poor attemps at communicating she got an attitude then loud & ask me if I had issues.. I was frustrated, so I said Im not deaf or mentally impared. she then called an assistant in to ask me what my proplem was?! I asked to cancel the appointment. After I ask for regional number, she jumped up and said I threatened her. So I called they main office to formally complain on her unprofessional attitude, behavior & her mental state. I Wouldnt recommend them to anybody

After over a month waiting for an appointment they called me to tell me days before my appointment that they don’t take my insurance anymore.

I love Dr. Siri, shes very nice and friendly, also very knowledgeable. I definitely will be going back to she her

I made my appointment online gave my insurance information they called 2 times to confirm my appointment and emailed me, only to get to my appointment and be told they dont take my insurance. I took off work and everything

The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Siri took a lot of time to talk to me, get to know me and provide me with great care. She very obviously cares about her patients, and it is appreciated. I highly recommend her and this office!!

I looked online before visiting this location and was impressed with the selection of frames. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist when I came to my appointment. However when the doctor came in the room she was so mean I almost left. Im not even kidding, She was quite possibly the rudest doctor I have ever met. I decided to stick it out given the fact that I was there and it had been years since my last eye exam. When we were wrapping up she said she didnt feel good and probably should have rescheduled her clients but she only had 3 so she would stick it out and next time I saw her she would be nicer. Well guess what. There will definitely not be a next time. She didnt walk me out but rather handed me my folder to take to someone up front that would help me. Thank goodness that lady was much nicer. She showed me around but lo and behold you had NONE of the higher end brands I was interested in online. No Michael Kors, Lilly Pulitzer, Tory Burch, Prada, Ralph Lauren...nothing but a handful of Coach and a lot of overpriced junk. It was such a poor experience I paid for my eye exam and left without getting glasses. Definitely wont be back. And for the record...if you cant be nice to your patients, just reschedule them.

Never will I go here again. Horrible customer service, never greeted. I waited 30 mins before ever being greeted. They didnt even say well be with you as soon as possible. All I needed to do was pick up an order. Then they messed up my order. I paid when I purchased, they never put it in the system and tried to say I owed money, I had to find my bank statement to prove I paid. It was horrible. Never ever again.

Im happy to report that I have received my eyeglasses blemish-free. Although the process has taken some time as there was some difficulty getting them from the lab without scratches, I am happy with the final outcome and the customer service.

I have been going there for years was very disappointed with the receptionist was calling to make a appointment which Im not sure Im going to keep ask a question she was very rude and condescending Im just happy I was not at the store cause she would have had a bad rest of her day.

This Location has actually changed its name to MyEyeDr. and the hours are not the same as the ones posted here. Please search up MyEyeDr. in Salisbury to find correct hours.

Rude staff!!! I paid for glasses, over $300 only not to be able to see out of them. Was told I needed a recheck with doctor to go to single vision glasses... yes single vision now that I have paid for bifocal lenses. When I called to make an appointment I cant get in because they no longer have a doctor unless I want to go to a different Eye Fit. I get to wait for at least a month for an appointment to open up. Save yourself the frustration!!!

Had pr glasses on hold. They took drill mounts and used them for other eyeglasses and bcz they changed their name is reason why i couldnt purchase them. Meaning they dont sell anymore. Now i have fou d glasses i wsnt but still csnnot order for me bcz of new company name

Only one word to say to describe this place that is awesome.

Frames break within 5 months and they say you have to purchase a warranty, but they can glue. they dont stand behind product.
