I had a online order issue which I had spoken to them more than once and still nothing resolved. I came into the Faith rd Salisbury nc location and the store manager Kasey was working. She was very helpful. She actually took the time to listen to my situation and read through my emails and wrote the important info down that she need to get more help for what was above her head to be able to do. I greatly appreciated her customer service 👏

The lady who helped us was extremely great to work with, and very professional. The service was fast friendly, got what we needed and out the door, no fuss, just the way we like it.

Hubby needed a new pair of walking shoes so I placed an order online for in store pickup received an email within the hour that the order was ready. The associate greeted me upon entering the store and she was fast and friendly pickup was a breeze I was in and out.

The service is good, but I dont car for the shoes

BOGO!**edit 9 mos later**..back in rack room looking a pair of running shoes. and although i ended up not finding exactly what i was searching, i did end up buying a pair of socks for said tennies when i do get. so go to check out and the man working asked for my number to enter for their “rewards” program. i gave and he says, “courtney?…yes, that’s right(me)…you have ten dollars of bday rewards. would you like to use?” WELL HECK YES. and so i did. those 14 dollar socks ended up being 4. yes and yes please!

Not worth stopping at. More employees than customers. They point to what you want to look at. Customer Service does not exist at Salisbury store. Will NOT be returning

The customer service is always great fear at rack room. If I find a shoe that I love and they dont have my size they will order it and have it shipped to my home free! They also have a rewards program that for every $200 you spend you get a $15 reward. And they give you a bonus percentage off for your birthday.

Well in the rack room shoe store they did wear mask, it is a small store they are not really over stocked with shoes.

I gave 2 star cause of Customer care

My daughter was in this store with her boyfriend and his mother. I found out after this happened, but they were followed around the store by one of the store associates. The mother planned to purchase the shoes she was carrying but put them back because she felt disrespected since no other person in the store received that treatment. Listening to my daughter’s description, they were being racially profiled in the store because they are black. The saddest part is that her late husband and I are Veterans who served our country and maintained a desire to live honorably (which includes family members). Being followed around the store because of a perception that black customers steal is shameful and disappointing. Kinda makes me wonder why Colin Kaepernick started kneeling to bring awareness to the treatment black people still encounter in the 21st Century. So if you’re a black customer, make sure you keep your hands and items visible at all times so you don’t get followed in this store.

Sometimes you can find awesome deals there.

I was just passing through the area and happened to stop in that particular store in Salisbury oh my God great times for the fall football game shoes and booties great prices I enjoyed that store

Employees never greet you

No one asked if I needed help and I was the only one in the store other than the employees I will not go back went to shoe depo thay where Awsome and found what I needed
