Not good customer service at all. Came in from out of town and bought a pair of shoes that were SO uncomfortable. Tried to do a return on them the next morning before we left to go home. Got there at 11:45 snd she said they open at 12. She made up a bunch of excuses as to why she couldn’t do a simple return. Told me not everything was set up yet and also no one was there yet. She’s there! Just do quick return. Lame.

Didnt have what I needed in the store but they sure did order what I wanted which is awesome......

My dad and I got a couple of really nice great quality shoes here and we love them! The workers really helped us find the perfect shoes!

Okay shopping experience... however, I wasnt greeted upon entering the store. No one asked if I needed assistance, but Im fine and I was fine with it yesterday. Since a customers two children kept running around the store, which was very annoying. I realize there is little they can do, but she said and very little to correct them. This is a shoppers nightmare.

I have not put a pair of tennis shoes on my feet in over 45 years. My wife insisted I get some. Went to store 520 in Salisbury, NC. I was approached by a lady who works there. She made suggestions including the shoes her husband bought (like me had always worn boots). We had lively conversation. Ended up buying two pairs. Her name is Jennifer Beck. I send her a great big kudos for her people skills. If she had treated us like they did at Kohls moments before, there would have been NO SALE. The retail world (as well as the rest of the world) needs more people like her. 👍👍!!!

Shoe carnival is just fine. you can always grab the kiddos a pair of shoes when you go to in.**edit** never really shop in the shoe carnival often…but my daughter and i ran in to see what they had one saturday. ended up finding a pair that were on sale for 10. get to register to check out and the clerk says “your total is 5.35”!!! another yes please!

This company needs to be exposed during this time as the government is urging people to stay home with their families this company is forcing employees to go to work while their store is closed to avoid paying sick leave to there employees an telling them if they want to quarantine an help stop the spread of this virus they must use their earned pto time or else keep going to work for no reason.
