I had a great experience at this store because of Jacob. He was very patient and knowledgeable explaining all the different mattresses to me. He made it easy to make a decision with a plethora of choices that was overwhelming. Jacob is one of the best salespersons Ive come across (and I am over the speed limit) because he gave information and wasnt pushy. He was happy to look things up and find information on stock, delivery, etc. I shopped all around and came back here because I trusted Jacob and he was ready to help and make sure I got what I wanted and needed at a VERY good price. Amanda was great to work with and not pushy at all. Gave us info and guidance but didn’t feel as she was “pushing” anything. The new mattress has been great so far after a week or so. Had to back up delivery because of inventory issues but that wasn’t Amanda’s fault. Once it arrived, the delivery/install/setup service was easy and quick.

Thurston helped us find a wonderful mattress. He respected our price point and showed us mattresses that would best fit our sleep preferences. We were able to quickly find the right one for us. Thurston was pleasant to work with, very kind and relatable. We highly recommend visiting this location.

I just visited this store and left very upset! I had a very helpful salesperson and she seemed very knowledgeable but for some reason she told me an awesome price and then changed it. I asked about an upgrade, thinking it might be a few hundred dollars more, but instead she raised the initial price she told me by 800$ and the upgrade would be 1k more! Seemed like a bait and switch to me. She explained that the computer doesn’t match with what is listed on the mattress. Very disappointed! I don’t recommend this store.

Went there today to check out the Nectar mattress that I had been researching online. Patreemah was very friendly and answered the few questions that I had. Store looked great and the other two women working today (1/20/2020) were very friendly as well. All three were professional and would totally recommend this store to anyone!
