Advertised one price and when you go to the store the price is 3 times higher and not much of a selection. Dont feel there 4k beds are worth all that. Better beds else where.
It was a great no-pressure, informative experience. Bud was super nice and easy to work with. My husband wasn’t convinced when we decided to check out the store, but was sold shortly after Bud showed us the variety of features that would address our specific wants and needs.

Went to the store on a very busy Sunday but we were immediately approached and were told that while yes they were busy we could wait or do whatever other errands needed to be done and come back in 15-20mins. This was greatly appreciated since normally when a store is busy no one bothers to tell you or approach you to say hello we will be able to assist you in x amount of time.When we returned a nice sales associate, Deena welcomed us with a smile. We had a great experience. Deena was both professional and knowledgeable. She not only answered all our questions but provided us with a lot of education and info about all the products!We purchased an i8 bed with flex base plus pillows and sheets and couldnt be happier.
Ask for Bud! Probably the only good experience Ive ever had in a mattress store. What a great experience!

Jeremy went above and beyond to get us the model that best fit our budget and needs. He was very attentive and called 3-4 times in between our decision making time to address our questions.
We recently purchased the Flextop i10 360 smartbed at this location. Unfortunately, we had some disappointing experiences with the delivery services and options. To the point we considered another bed entirely. I called the store in search of some help/answers. Jeremy, the store manager did and EXCELLENT job of handling all of our concerns. While he couldn’t fix everything, he went above and beyond to make sure we knew we were valued customers to him. Due to that service I highly recommend visiting the store. We now have our bed and couldn’t be happier. Jeremy and his team at the Salisbury store understand good customer service better than most, refreshing these days.

Deena was a great sales lady. However trying to get my bed was unbelievable. I had a delivery date for today 1-5. My old bed was removed and discarded yesterday. Delivery drivers claimed that they were at my house at 10 am well ahead of my 1-5 timeframe. Husband and daughter was home. Now bed won’t be able to be delivered until next Tuesday, I called sleep number in MN and they would only give me a credit of 199.99 off of the home delivery charge. My bed was $4648.88 what a joke. I cancelled my order, will be bed shopping at a real bed store tomorrow!!!!
