Came into Mattress Warehouse to look at queen beds for our new house. Ashley was our saleswoman and she was phenomenal!!! Highly recommend seeing her for your next bed. We recently returned to Mattress Warehouse. A couple of years ago we purchased mattresses. We were so happy with everything when we needed a couple more mattresses, Mattress Warehouse was the obvious choice .But this time…… the salesman Clif really made an impression. He was tending to other customers at the time we walked into the store. Instead of ignoring us, he excused himself from his customers, walked towards us, introducing himself, offered us hand sanitizer, explained he was finishing up with the customers and he would be right with us . I can’t tell you how much of an impression he left. What a way to do business . Clif made the whole experience better then last time . He is really an incredible salesman .So if you need a mattress go see Clif!

We had an amazing experience with Clif at Mattress Warehouse in Salisbury today! When we walked into the store Clif greeted us with a smile and made our mattress shopping journey a great one. He listened to our requests but also made some very helpful suggestions. We left with a smile on our faces and a brand new mattress we love! I highly recommend Clif, he made this experience simple and fun.

For six months I was homeless and when I finally found a place to live I had to sleep on a couch loveseat sofa. I didn’t have the money to buy it I had to save because after getting this place and moving in and everything else I didn’t have enough money so I had to save it. I saved $1000 to get a mattress and a box spring. I went to Mattress Warehouse and I had bought a frame head and footboard and was told that it was a king size. I ordered a king size bed of course and win the arm drivers came they told me that my bed was a queen size so they took the mattress back. When I got my refund I was going to get another mattress from them because they seem pretty fair. However whenever I went over there to test mattress it out it was always hard and I couldn’t understand why I couldn’t try a medium or a soft mattress.I went back to try out the queen size bed and again also I was offered for for mattresses. The first one I did not like at all it was horrible and the second one wasn’t much better but I thought I could live with it if I couldn’t get any other mattresses. I asked if I could try a medium or a soft mattress. Well anyhow he never showed me any other mattresses except for the ones he wanted me to buy. They delivered the mattress and I assumed that it was the one that I said that I could deal with but it wasn’t it was the one that I said I hate it. I have not had a goodnight sleep yet. He sent me the one that I hated.I called to see if I could get a refund on it and they said no and if I wanted to exchange it that would be fine but it was gonna cost me another $150-$200 to do so. Then I had to pay a restocking fee. This is ridiculous. He sent me the wrong mattress. Another issue is I had $800 swindled out of my account. I have no more money left so I can’t exchange it I don’t have any more money. So I will never deal with this these people again and if you’re smart neither will you. They got almost $1000 out of me it was over $900. This is throwing me into a terrible depression I hope they’re happy because I am not.

Here is another issue I really like the salesman I did I thought he was helping me but he was helping himself to a sale. I started to walk out of your store three times on two different occasions and he called me back each time. I went to MattressFirm and I could’ve gotten a mattress for the same price, much better quality with a FREE adjustable bed. Instead I stayed with Mattress Warehouse ended up with a much cheaper mattress and it would be softer to sleep on the floor than it would be to sleep in that bed it’s horrible absolutely horrible. You know I started off telling you that I was sleeping on a loveseat couch. I have gone back to sleeping on the couch because it is more comfortable than that mattress. Shame shame shame that you would take advantage of the elderly, I will be telling my friends and family members all about you. Oh and I also got the wrong mattress pad. He gave me the wrong bed and he gave me the wrong mattress pad. I asked and I asked if I could try other beds but he had put me on that thing that told me where my pressure points were and I will he wasn’t gonna let me go on any other bed because that’s a force. I need a soft to a medium bed not a board. If I got wanted to board I would’ve gone to Lowe’s or Home Depot and had one cut out of queen-size and slept on that and only paid $100 for that instead of the nearly thousand dollar I ended up with you.

Let me start by saying that the reason we went to this Mattress Warehouse location rather than the one directly across the street was the inflatable tube guy beckoning to us with his flailing limbs from the highway. And it only gets better from there!! Clif was ready to help us as soon as we walked in the door. To be honest, I was expecting the usual pushy salesman experience but Clif was warm, welcoming, receptive to our wishes, and didnt pressure us to purchase. He also got us an amazing deal on a perfect mattress!

My mattress was delivered on time and the delivery crew was quick, and courteous. I’m very happy with my experience. I would recommend this store and will be back for any future needs.As stated in my previous review I returned to the store interested in possibly purchasing an adjustable base for my new mattress. This time I was helped by Nikki who helped me in finding the right one for the right price. Great buying experience! I was skeptical when we arrived and were given a bed test to determine which mattress was best, however, the mattress we settled on was perfect! The price couldnt be beat (not even by Amazon!), and I looked! The mattress was delivered when they said it would be, delivery and set up was very quick.

I went to the Lord Salisbury location and I was helped by Charlie. He went above and beyond in providing excellent service. I ran into some issues with delivery and he did what he could to resolve the issue although I had to wait 3 days to receive my mattresses. I also received the wrong brackets for my headboard so Charlie was on top of the situation and made sure I got the correct ones. Charlie is AWESOME and I will recommend friends and family to shop there.

We had a really good experience buying two mattresses at Mattress Warehouse recently. The BedMATCH Sleep Diagnostic system was tremendously helpful, and the mattresses we ended up with have been great. We also bought pillows and mattress pads there. The store is clean and attractive, and Charlie, the manager, was very responsive. Everything was delivered promptly. We will go there again the next time we need to purchase a mattress.

Went there and had Charlie as our salesman. Nice guy but typical salesman BS. Used their machine that tells you certain mattresses that would fit your needs. The machine printed out the results and Charlie scooped it up and never mentioned a single mattress that was on the sheet. We were looking for King sets. The first mattress he had us try was over $3000. After he showed us a couple that were way overpriced for our budget, I asked him where the paper was that showed you the mattresses that fit your needs. Magically he could not find it. I really wanted to see it because I was curious as to which ones the machine picked for my type of issues. We explained to him that these were all way over our price range. He asked us what our price range was and we told him that after looking at some sets elsewhere we assumed we were looking at about 11 or $1200 for what we wanted. Mind you, the mattresses we tried out were very very comfortable and Charlie was good at explaining them all. We were there for a couple of hours and it was just the three of us in the store the entire time. We really wanted to shop around more at other places and compare prices and when we told him that, it was like he wouldn’t let us leave and kept telling us to try this one and that one which magically were finally in our price range or below what we thought we would be paying . Every time we told him thank you and that we were going to leave he would show us another cheaper model that was just as comfortable as some of the higher priced sets. Don’t get me wrong, he’s doing what every other salesman would do to try and get as much of a commission as possible. But this is why I can’t stand sales people. Anyway we finally left with a quote of $800 for a Serta Perfect sleeper set that he said we couldn’t beat. We ended up going to Delaware and finding a set that was practically the same thing at an outlet store for $750 for the set with the same warranty, no sales tax and free delivery to boot! We paid cash on the spot!

My husband and I had a real good experience. Diego greeted us with a smile was very knowledgeable on what kind of mattress we should get. He asked us first about our sleeping habits, if we had back problems and how long we had our mattress. He made us feel comfortable with the bed we selected and the price. Soon after we left he called and told us our mattress was on back order and would not be here for another week but he did a free upgrade so we could have our mattress the next day! We told him we would be back in a few months for another mattress for our other room because our experience was so positive! Diego was the best!!!

Charlie was very kind and considerate to me, and when I had to cancel my layaway was very understanding and helpful to get my refund. If you need to use a layaway plan to get your mattress, would recommend them as they gave me a good layaway plan.

Worst experience ever! Had a horrible experience with the delivery guy who had a bad attitude, who ended up not delivering the mattress(we had to deal with him over the phone). When we go back to the store for a refund, the woman that sold us the mattress was very unapologetic about our experience with the driver. Then, says that the refund can take several days, and had a smug attitude about it. I call corporate to complain, and they tell me theres nothing they can do about it because the refund is handled at the store. Fifteen days later, and still no refund. Mind you, I spent $398 for the cost of something I never even received. When I go into the store inquiring why I still have not received my refund, the same woman told me she posted it already. After telling her it had not been received, she tried going back and forth with me that she did. Then, after I pull up my bank account on my phone proving that she did not do it because I have not received it, she then tells me she processed it today, and shows me the paperwork as proof. When I ask why it was done fifteen days later, she makes up some story about having to send the paperwork to this place, then they have to send it to another, before they send it back to the store, and then from there, after she processes it, that I have to wait on my bank. That doesnt even make any sense, especially after she just told me that it should already be in the account, then changes it to that she just did it that day, to it being the banks delay. So, as of today, it could potentially take another week to be deposited back into my account. Really? Twenty days? When I explain that I am not happy about this, she only says that it is the process, while rolling her eyes. I am completely disgusted with this entire experience. I suggest that anyone looking to buy a mattress and does not want any unnecessary issues, to AVOID this place!!

We purchased two Kingsdown twin extra long mattresses on August 3, 2018. Charlie was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the products and, after a computerized body analysis, showed us 4 mattresses that he believed would suit us. We purchased the Kingsdown and have been sleeping on it since. We previously had a Sleep Number King Mattress which initially was comfortable but after only 6 years could not be adjusted for a comfortable nights sleep. No morning backaches now. We are very pleased with the Kingsdown. The mattresses are pricey and I frankly did not shop around much for price. The mattresses were delivered the next day with no fuss. There was a delivery charge. I would rate the store highly for service and the quality of the product sold. Good mattresses are expensive and the price seemed in line with what Sleep Number and other high end mattress companies were asking.

Feeling the pain now. Called store multiple times to have someone call me back based on wanting to return mattress within the time frame because of the fact of causing horrible back pain (chiropractor has been best friend of late). Bought 3k worth of mattresses in a week and was told that I could contact them if I had any issues. I did....and got no response and was mislead on multiple occasions. So if anyone wants a free mattress that causes back pain I have one for you. The assessment they give you seems to not be accurate; went with the suggestions the staff gave me based on my profile. Needless to say it is just a sales tactic; will not be calling store again because there is no point because its been too long now and no one will call back anyway.

What a scam! Went into the store to potentially purchase a bed. Salesman did our sleep I.Q. which gave us a list of about 6 beds to choose from. After trying out the beds, we came down to 2 we were interested, both of which were over 2500 dollars a piece. While I had no intentions of spending that much on a bed the salesman and sales manager both explained to my husband and I that they had a 90 day return policy. So after thinking we had 90 days to try it risk free we made the purchase, they ran out credit card and then gave us a receipt. After sleeping on the bed for 3 weeks we decided this was the most uncomfortable bed we ve ever had. So my husband 1st called temper pedic who explained we would have to go through the store we bought it from. So, he called the store, where they explained it wasnt actually a return but an exchange for greater or equal value plus a 200 dollar recycle fee. Not how it was explained to us at all, and the district nmanager says our policy is clearly stated on the back of the receipt. The receipt we received after the purchase was made. I told the district manager I no longer care to do business with people who are deceptive in there sales pitch. At this point were in limbo at the 2500 dollars we spent. Everyone from the district manager down the line were not concerned it straightening this situation out and told us that that is not how there salesperson pitched the product.

The sales man was pushy and rude. We just wanted to look and compare prices to the competitor. He would not let us look, and laughed at is when we said we are not buying today no matter the deal. We will never return to any Matress Warehouse.
