They are always fast and friendly I get my prescriptions filled there

My review is NOT for the pharmacy or its employees, its for corporate. One star is given because I went from being able to fill my 25 maintenance medications each month to having my medication so out of sequence that Im lucky if my medicine isnt more than a month behind and I have to make multiple trips. Walgreens, you have disappointed me, you jumped the gun and cant handle the influx of covid testing and vaccines your doing and still meet your regular customers NEEDS. You took the governments contracts out of greed, you barely pay the staff, theres no incentives to bring on more staff and you dont even advertise you need help so shame on you Walgreens for being so greedy. There will be a recession soon because of all this inflation and yet you will have record breaking profits to go along with the estimated 30 million you over bill insurance companies every month that you keep as profit already. You should do better, because your regular customers are sick of it and we are abandoning you by the thousands the same way youve abandoned us. Walgreens, I want you to know that Im a $600,000 annual customer and you just lost me.

Terrible absolutely terrible. I had to wait an hour just to be told to pull around. I was finally told someone else had gotten my prescription last month and I told them I hadnt come there in like a year. They told me well someone got this prescription last month. I was alarmed and asked if I should file police report and was told what are the police going to do I said if someone is getting a prescription in my name Im concerned. I finally am told oh it was just a mistake and never apologized to or anything and was treated rudely when I should have been apologized to and explained why they would alarm me for no reason. Hopefully next time it isnt so difficult to get medication.

I have been a customer here for quite a while. Years. There is a pharmacy technician here who is unnecessarily rude and vocal. The other pharmacy tech was very helpful. It is very unfortunate that Walgreen’s must resort to hiring an obnoxious tech in this time when so many people are in need of jobs.

Always a line at the drive-thru and thats fine. What isnt fine is that each car takes 20-30 minutes to get their script, IF they have it ready! Most times youre told to come back later. They need more competition to give them time to do their jobs I guess.

No matter whether you have an appointment or not for your covet shot The pharmacy and staff here cant seem to get their things together in order to take care of the public they can never get prescriptions filled on time prescriptions are called in at 9:00 in the morning and they cannot fill them until 7:30 8:00 at night customers are constantly complaining and the pharmacy staff seem like they dont care theyre either understaffed or overworked I dont really know the problem but this has to be the worst Walgreens in the city of Salisbury visited the West endist location and the Jake Alexander boulevard location It was a simple in and out at both locations One of us got our second shot there today It took exactly 5 minutes two of us are at the East endless location to get our second shot today both with appointments One appointment was 10 minutes ago and still not called upon The other one is coming up and it looks like that ones not going to be called upon either and weve already been in the store for almost an hour worst store in town

Hate to post this but this is a current issue with this store. My prescriptions are never ready on time. Im not saying within an hour of schedule pick or same day prescription requests. I reorder at least a day before and pick up the next day after 5pm and they are not ready with an 1am pickup. My employer uses Walgreens as a savings but the frustration with this store is just terrible. Three people ahead of me had the same issue.

I absolutely love this Walgreens! Everyone is so friendly and as many times as I go in there they know me by name! 😂🤣. Even the people that work in the pharmacy are sweet and very knowledgeable at what they do. 10 👍🏻s up!!!

Pharmacy is never organized, also very rude. Treat you like your an inconvenience to them.

I absolutely hate I had my prescriptions sent here. I can NEVER just come and pick up a prescription. I have to wait at least 20 mins each time

Received a text saying medication is ready for pick up.. sat in line for 25 minutes and its not ready. It was called in at 8 a.m. this is ridiculous and was asked to pull back through.. this will be the last time I come to this location

I used to use the pharmacy here but they were Often rude and inefficient. Out of desperation I gave them a try in order to get going on our holiday travel plans but I guess not to my surprise I was held up and treated like a third class citizen for even daring to ask what the hold up was. After not getting my needed medication on Christmas Eve with everything closed I will never go there again. I am just taken aback at the way I was treated and at this time of year. After a year fighting cancer and wanting so to enjoy this time with family I cannot express enough how disappointed in my fellow humanity I am right now.

I have had many minor issues with the pharmacy over the years but this last incident has really proven that they dont want my business. I had a script sent there for a common sleep medicine. They called and said it would be back ordered and that I should go to CVS. I had to call my provider and have them send the script to CVS so they did. I called CVS 2 hours later to see if it was ready and they told me they couldnt fill it. The next morning I get an email from Walgreens saying my script was ready for pickup and even had the price so I though okay they got it in. I got up there and wait in line for almost an hour and when I finally get to the window the girl tells me they dont have a script for me. I tried to show her my phone where I had the email and she actually yelled at me saying they dont have it and to go to CVS! Okay, Im done with you guys. I will take my business elsewhere where it is appreciated.

Called and had a Rx transferred For my sister to this 1505 E Innes Street Walgreens. I was told by the pharmacy at 5:30 that they closed at 9 and Rx would be ready 1.5 hours. I arrived at 7:00 and they are closed. My sister is being tested for COVID and needed an inhaler due to shortness of breath. Beyond frustrated at this pharmacy. Poor poor poor customer service and lack of concern for the sick.

The pharmaceutical staff here was so wonderful! I ran in literally 5 minutes before closing after finishing at the hospital ER. Rather than being frustrated that it would take them a little longer to close, the ladies here so sweetly quickly filled my prescriptions! They were a class act! Thank you so much!

Great location, well staffed and everyone was perfectly pleasant. Will return again. Nicest Walgreens I have been in for a very long time.

I have Been coming to this Walgreens since I moved here from VA and let’s just say this pharmacy needs a new overhaul. The staff is slow and every time I come to the store it takes 30mins - 45 mins to get my prescription field. In VA I only had to wait 5 - 15mins at most. This is just sad and they should really hire new staff at this Walgreens in NC. I also liked how at 10pm I get a msg on my phone saying my prescription is ready right when they close. I have sent a email to the cooperate business complaining about my issue at this Walgreens since it’s a on going issues. I would recommend other people that have similar issues with this particular Walgreens to do the same. Also how they don’t understand how coupons actually work at this store is pretty sad and also another inconvenience

Get you stuff together. Worse walgrens for getting/picking up prescription meds. Drive thru is worse. It takes several hours to gey a simple prescription filled. And Novamt is switching over to them? They cannot even handle what customers they have now, how they gonna handle more?

After dropping off my prescriptions at 3pm and coming back at 8pm i was told the prescription couldnt be filled at all bc they couldnt reach the dr (to ask about a note the pharmacist wrote on my prescription for some reason) just go to Moose pharmacy instead, scripts ready in 10min with real customer service

Bitter cashiers. Every visit seems like they just make coupon rules up as they go.For example, the BIC Silky Touch razors are on sale for buy 1, get 1 50% off. Making them $6 for two. I had (2) $2 off each coupons, making my total $2 for both, or $1 each. Lady said she couldnt sell them to me for that price because its too cheap for razors. I just voided the transaction and went down the street to W Innes Walgreens where it worked with no issues.Will no longer be giving this Walgreens my business so hopefully when they close the 200 WAGS stores, they close this one too.
