Great place to shop. Nice to have this after we just moved from The View Apts at Hotel Concord in downtown Concord, NC. This store had cabinet lining foam, a few other household items we needed last minute. I love to swing by here on my days off! Staff ate friendly and the parking lot is big. Might have to wait a little to get out of the parking lot but its not long & in no way a deterrent.

My family lives in the western part of Rowan County, and a number of years ago, they decided to build a Family Dollar out in this direction. honestly, I think its kind of been a bit of a game changer. Instead of having to drive all the way to downtown if you need to grab something, most things can be found at this Family Dollar on 150.Other than covid really wiping out their inventory, they generally tend to be fully stocked with everything the shelves could hold.

I like shopping there but is always junky.. but I know it is pretty busy there and its really hard to run the cash register and stock.. but the staff is always really nice

This store is literally the worst of all dollar generals in the area. They always have empty shelves everywhere. But whats absolutely disgusting about this store is the manager who either doesnt have a mask at all or its hanging down below his mustache. Today I saw him turn a girl away for cigarettes because her ID Expired2 days ago.I guess he only enforces certain rules. This place really needs some corporate intervention. What a joke.

Not all the items are stock. The cashier even through she seen me waiting to pay continue to adjust items then when she finished or came to a stoping point finally acknowledge me and charge me..

Staff is nice....but not much more to say about this location. Store is in chaos at the moment. The shelfs are nearly empty. Carts with merchandise all around the store blocking your view and restricting movement. But the Christmas section is out just in time for Thanksgiving. 😁

Friendly, However it can be hard to shop since boxes and carts filled with merchandise to be put out in way of shopping.. several days in a row.

For a dollar general its an OK okay stop. New cash register areas could have been designed better, what genius came up with that idea

Just left here, got lost in all the mess and the cashier wasnt very friendly. You cant walk down the aisles due to stacks of boxes amd carts. Its 3:33 pm and I wouldnt be surprised if this store closed due to lack of customer service.

Found everything I needed. The clerk was really nice. Once in my car, the clerk ran out holding a bag that I had accidentally almost left behind,. How cool was that!!

Nice people. Some Ilse are cluttered could hardly push my cart around, but other than that not bad.

The company plans to dot thousands of towns with dozens of stores, thus closing a lot of grocery stores or preventing grocery stores to be viable to build in certain neighborhoods.

They have the friendliest employees and so helpful. I like the remodel. Im starting to get used to where things are again.

Its Dollar General, youre not going there to designer clothing. But its great for basic household products. As well as snacks or a gallon of milk, shampoo (because you forgot it at the big box store), laundry detergent, a picture frame ( because the kids are coming for a visit and the grandbabies latest picture is still on the coffee table, lol). Only downside is depending on the store location you have 7 people in line to check out and there is only one cashier. The stores have always been clean, are stocked well, and staff/employees are friendly and helpful.

One of the best supplied stores in Salisbury. I go to this store when I cant find an item at the other stores.

They had no bathrooms and they didnt not have thing that I wanted. Also I saw stuff spilled on the floor and it was blue and it looked absolutely disgusting.

For a small place you can find what u need. Better than fighting the crowd at other stores.

Everything was easie to find and the cashier was awsome very nice

They were still in the process of putting it back together after the new paint job. Everything was not on the shelves and the isles were blocked.

Staff are rude asf! Never going there again! I go to the one in china grove now, staff are much nicer there & actually acknowledge their customers.

Ive been going to that Dollar General ever since it opened up I was going there at least one to two times a week but not anymore its Under New Management the past couple months and that store has gone downhill ever since. the employees are too busy outside smoking then to be in there helping their customers or checking their customers out. the store is an unorganized mess now I decided after my last trip there I will never go back to that Dollar General again ever!

I am rating it 3 stars because they have several items in the store that say buy $20 worth of different things and receive $5 off now. Also they had buy 4 kleenex or scott products and get $2 off. I bought both and didnt receive neither neither off.

Always quiet and clean. In store cupon ads not always displayed, so grab a sales paper or check the DG app!

A big mess. Dollar General as a whole are looking messier every time I visit one. Theyve become a convience store, and this is the only reason to shop there. One star because I found what I needed, although I settled for a lesser value.

Store kind of feels cluttered and sometimes unorganized. Where u have to literally search for everything you want.

I normally go to Dollar General would I need some things but today they were hardly anything out on the shelves I needed towels and a set of sheets it was like someone had picked over everything and it was just a few things left I did not enjoy my trip at this time thank you

This DG store has gone down so terrible. The new MGR is trying very hard to get this store cleaned up arranged n hopefully keep it that way. It’s not the Mgrs fault it is the clientele that shops in here kids running around messing store up whileParents do whatever. Idk I have reported that this storeNeeds serious help. I’ve seen ppl come in here to shop that barely have clothes on. Nasty is all I can say.

They always have more stock on the floor to be put up than on the shelves and its hard to shop.

Have not seen lesser employees except in Danville Illinois. Rap music, not muzak on personal stereo. Asked about an items location. Look back there, was my entire service experience.

Always stocked..but why are they closing early...im there 10 minutes before for baby wipes and they are closed

There was not enough cashier to run the registers and the manager or no one else would come to help when called. But the employee on the register tried his hardest to help everyone .
