Windshield install was fine. The Verizon Network Fleet device wont stay on window anymore. It was there for 3 years before windshield replacement. I need to take time to find an adhesive to secure device now.

Satellite was very quick in responding to my problem. I was very pleased with their price and their service tech was extremely knowledgeable and curtious.

I had my windshield replaced six months ago. The first week a piece of the weather stripping blew off. The came and fixed it again. Last week two more pieces blew off when I was driving 70MPH on a highway. Now I try to call and they are trying to protect the safety of their workers from Covid and are not taking calls. Frustrating!!!!! Dont use them.

I had safelite come out and replace the windshield on my 2002 Honda van. The tech was very nice. However after the job was completed, I had a gap in the top left corner of my windshield where it meets the frame that I can fit my pinky in and my hood release latch has been broken. The next day when I noticed I called to inform safelite of the issue and I was told I would be called back by a manager. I did not receive a phone call and I have left messages with no return call. 72 hours later I have not received a response.

This place was great. They greeted me when I pulled up, made sure I was comfortable (even offering to move a chair outside if I wanted) and told me exactly how long it would take. When the new windshield was finished, the technician said he needed to clean off a small smudge in the middle of the window. I would recommend this store to anyone!

Editing because although a mistake was made they fixed it quickly and were kind about it. They replaced my windshield and it’s pouring and I realized my wipers weren’t working. My husband looked under my hood and they didn’t even reconnect the wiper fluid.

So far i had exceptional service on the phone when a representative called me to get my window fixed. Friendly and very thorough on what damage needs to be fixed and they worked with my auto insurance to where I wont have to pay out of pocket for the work to be done. And my insurance wont go up either. Now we will see on the 1st of Sept how they do fixing my window.

Very professional went out of their way to diagnose a problem that I thought was a leaking windshield and found something else that they dont repair, door seal. Excellent service from Ed. I scheduled an appointment at 10AM on a Saturday and was told online that it would take 2-4 hours. I was okay with that. In reality it only took less than a hour and a half. When we arrived, the building was welcoming with coffee and television on in the waiting area. Ed came from the back, greeted us and did the proper inspection of the entire car. He brought us back and showed us a part of the windshield that was already peeling back, as well as the glass that he would be using as a replacement. We left the car there and he called me when it was finished. Very nice service all around. I will use Safelite again!

All I can say is get another Safelite dealer to fix your windshield! Would not stand behind their mistake. I had to go to corporate. If you have to use the Salisbury MD office watch them carefully. I had to go to corporate for satisfaction.

I had a stone hit my windshield and called Safelite to schedule a repair. The time that I set up for was 8-12. The tech was going to come to me at 11:30. I had an appointment at 3:30 that was an hour away. I called them back and the tech was able to change his schedule around so I was the first customer that day. They were very accommodating. Terrific service commitment.

I scheduled a replacement of my windshield with ADAS re-calibration (lane assist). The technician showed up without the tools to do the ADAS calibration.. I went through the insurance company because the cost would exceed my deductible with the calibration. Without it it would be less than my deductible. So I had to argue to get the calibration done that day. Same technician shows up with a small case with a meter in it. I guess it was then calibrated. He claimed that Id get photos of it before and after in my email. They never came. As for the windshield that was all good.

Did a great job, responded quickly. Called to let me know thier location and arrival time.

Safelite Autoglass exceeded my expectations with their service. I was nervous since I had never had an insurance claim on my vehicle glass before and was concerned that it would take a long time to get it fixed. However, my claim was handled very quickly and Safelite made the experience easier than I knew was possible! Not only did they send me an email letting me know when to expect their technician, they also gave me his name, etc. so I would know who to look for but he also called to confirm what time he would arrive. He was on time and got the job done quickly. Thank you Safelite and thank you David.. you did a wonderful job!

I had a stone hit my windshield and submitted a claim through my auto insurer. Safelite was a preferred service provider. I was extremely satisfied with their service! They came to my work and replaced the windshield, which was found to have a small (almost unnoticeable) blemish right in the drivers side line of sight. The blemish was identified by the Safelite technician, who offered to replace it under warranty, free of charge. The initial replacement was made on a Friday afternoon, and the warranty replacement was made on the following Monday. Both technicians were extremely friendly and professional, and explained the repair work and warranty clearly. I would recommend them without reservation.

Safelite is a lie, how are you going to advertise that you can fix a windshield the same day, right away. But I have to wait 2 days in order to get mine fixed. Now I loose a day of work, because of your false advertisement.
