Very quick and professional service! My F350 truck needed a new driver window. They changed it in under 30 min. Affordable price. I would definitely come back again! Very nice store with nice wheels and truck accessories. Bathroom could use an upgrade and could be cleaned/checked better.

From the first phone call to enquire about replacing the windshield on our car I felt great about using their service. I spoke with Joe who was professional and courteous. He gave me tips on how to get in touch with my insurance agent and what I needed. I cannot say enough about the quality and speed of the service. When the repair was done, the price was actually lower than what they had estimated and they even managed to get the oil change sticker from the old windshield put on the new one! Finally, it was great to know that I could support a local business. These guys are great, and I highly recommend them!

Best place to get anything done on your glass needs on the eastern shore! As a truck driver, I have a difficult schedule and they were able to get me in for a window tint on my new car in short notice! Very professional and courteous. This is the one place that will keep you updated throughout the whole process and not leave you in the dark for hours. You will not be disappointed with the quality of work here!!

Just had a window in my Vehicle replaced here staff is very friendly and helpful. They sell a bunch of truck stuff like rims and bed covers ect. I believe they also tint car windows and sell a bunch of cleaning supplies for your vehicle like Chemical guys, mothers ect. Stop In and check them out

The dealership said I needed the entire sunroof replaced for $1900 but Delmarva Auto Glass said it was just a clogged drain which they fixed for $85. I was a couple minutes late picking it up and they were so kind to me.

I went to DAG to get what I thought was a leaky window fixed. Turned out to be a poor seal on the brake light over the back of the truck cab and they knew what it was right away. They were very professional and I really appreciate the work they did,

In an era where price gouging is basically the norm, I must say their pricing is reasonable. Polite customer service. Professional and knowledgeable personnel. Was able to drop the car off a day before my scheduled appointment. Stellar! Had legal tint plus windshield brow tint done and so far, a few weeks in, everything holds up pretty well. No bubbles and the work looks like it was done stock from the factory. Only gripe is no afterwork cleanup. Backseat was a little dirty but given the quality of the work done I can live with that. Will be coming back!

I have to say Joe and all of the team at DAG are great. I have used them several times for glass repairs and also tint for windows. I am pretty funny about my vehicles but I dont even worry at DAG they are 1st class. I actually just has a bed cover installed on a truck from them and the whole experience was terrific. 5 stars arent even enough to give them. I couldnt recommend them more!

When I purchased my new vehicle, the one thing that I didnt like was how bright and hot the inside would get. Well, Im happy to say that Delmarva Auto Glass was able to fix that for me perfectly!Joe Stonnell is THE MAN and was able to get me set up with an appointment for ceramic tint on all 9 windows at an extremely reasonable price. The tint has made a world of difference and Ive fallen in love with the car all over again!Not only does the tint look perfect make make the car look better, but it really made a difference with how hot the all black leather interior gets. To say that Im happy with the service and quality of work is a massive understatement. Ive had tint done on other vehicles at shops around the state and nobody comes close to DAG!

Made my appointment at the exact day and time that worked best for me, with about a days notice, and there was no wait when I got there. I was in and out in maybe a half hour. 5 star service!! Two of my wife and I’s vehicles developed leaks around the windshield seals at almost the exact same time. So I called Joe over at Delmarva Auto Glass. One of the cars had some rock chips in its windshield, so I told him to replace it’s windshield entirely. But the other cars windshield was in great shape, just leaking around the seal. He said they would try to save it, but it might break in the process. We were impressed that they went ahead and ordered the windshield, just in case it did break, so we wouldn’t have to wait another day without our car. But the best part was that they saved the old windshield! Saved us over $100! And then swapped out our other cars windshield immediately afterwards. The guys over at Delmarva Auto Glass have top notch service. I HIGHLY recommend them! Thanks again!

I would not recommend this service if you want your car put back together like it was before. We had our passenger front side window replaced on 06/16/2020. I should’ve known from the call I received letting me know what time they would be out, that the service would not be great. The initial caller letting me know the appointment time was very abrupt; before I could ask a question the caller hung up. So, they come out to fix our window a little later than they said they would be resulting in my husband being late for work. After they completed the window, as he usually does when services are completed for this very reason. He looked at the door panel only to see that they did not put the door panel arm rest back on correctly, the electrical panel is lifted and when he attempted to tell the guys this, they responded with “it was like that” jumped in their vehicle and left. When my husband calls to speak to someone about getting them to fix the damage, the response was “really, never had that happen, we send them to work on Mercedes and BMW’s and they never have a problem” we will call in the morning to have someone come back out. So initially they told my husband it would be sometime before lunch time but he would call in the morning. So after not hearing back, I called this morning to inquire about a time, I was told it would be shortly after lunch and the technician would call me. Well lunch time, plus an hour came and no one called. I called again to see if they were still coming and I was told, well they had 6 windshields to replace but they were told to call you, I will reach out and have someone call you. After waiting and not hearing back my husband calls again and is told they will call me shortly. Now its around 4 and the guy finally arrives, only to adamantly deny that they broke anything but said he would lock the door lock panel back down.. mind you this morning we found one if the door clips that are usually behind the now broken armrest doorpanel on the ground this morning before i left for work. So Im supposed to believe the clip just jumped on the ground by itself. The guy was very blunt bordering on rude as one of my coworkers mentioned after he left. Seems that it is more important to get money in than it is to have good customer service. We will never use them again, it would’ve been better to just pay the extra money with another company to avoid this headache. Lesson learned, always take pictures first.

Took my car somewhere else the first and second time to get a window replaced. Finally I took it to delmarva auto glass. They did it right the first time! I wont ever go to anyone else again. I learned a valuable lesson

The atmosphere is very business like. I have gotten 3 of my cars Windows tinted or retinted by them them. They were fast, efficient, and did an excellent job! However, I had water testing provided by them on 2 of my cars. OMG did they get it WRONG!!!!!!. Both cars still have water coming into them and one of the cars have been back to them for this issue at least 4 times. Each time I took it back they gave me excuse after excuse. Bottom line- my cars are still not fixed but I am in the process of getting them fixed by professionals. They are good for window tint only. Stay away from water testing if you dont want to be disappointed....

Power window broke. Stopped by there. They fixed it temporally until the part could be ordered. Was ordered on a Friday and they received the part and was fixed on Monday. Nice work!

If you bring a manual transmission car to their lot, beware! Seemingly unrelated, but you should Insist you move it yourself (to wherever they need to work on it), else you may find out it’s been used/abused for driver practice with employees who have no idea how to operate a stick-shift.Now, if you don’t mind having your vehicle stall afterwards for no apparent reason in traffic, then go right ahead and trust these half-rate techs to handle more than your actual windshield. Customer, beware!!

They did an awesome replacing my windshield, even put the inspection and oil change stickers on the new one. They were almost $200 cheaper than Safelite.

The customer service alone was amazing. They are polite and kind and don’t leave you on hold forever unlike other glass companies. They are quick and efficient in a friendly manner! Love them.

Disappointed! I called for a windshield replacement, got a quote and booked an appointment with them. When I walked in at the scheduled date and time, the price shown on the invoice was 3 times the quote. I pointed this out and they fixed it. Then they took my car in and made me wait for an hour. Then came out and told me they cant do it since they dont have a windshield in stock. I dont know why they couldnt let me know it beforehand and why they made me wait for nothing.
