Excellent service from here! Was in a small fender bender and Kyle had my truck repaired and back to me in less than 2 weeks. They give updates on the status of the vehicle several times a week through phone calls and text message so I knew the progress the whole time. Would absolutely recommend here to anyone and if I ever needed repair again Id certainly come back.

I went there for an estimate for an insurance claim. As it turned out, Josh discovered there was only paint transfer and no damage to the car. Josh took my car back to the shop and removed the foreign paint, and polished it up and returned the car to me as good as new at no charge!! Wow, and I thought customer service was dead but Josh proved that completely wrong. Great company to hire employees like Josh. Should I ever need repair services again there is no doubt Ill go to Caliber Collision! Thank you.

They were great in every department. From the 1st phone call to make the appt. All the way Through the call to pick up my car. Everything was explained,my car came out perfect. Took my car in on Monday and picked it Friday.

They do awesome work.Front desk is not that knowledgeable as to whats going on.My insurance company said they had everything set up to call them.I called n the lady at the front desk said I hadnt been approved by my insurance company,that I needed to call my insurance company back.Back n forth!! My insurance company said just ask for Josh n I did, but not b4 asking her werent u the one who said I wasnt approved.She said yes I was in the wrong screen. Josh was awesome to work w and was more aware of everything that was going on than the front desk. Im very pleased!

Caliber Collision was great! They were professional. Did a great job on the repairs. Kept me informed 3 times a week during the process. They were also super helpful due to parts being back ordered bc of Covid. I would always take my car back to them for any repairs. (Not that I want to see them anytime soon even though they are great :) 10/10!

The repair was great but the lady that works the front desk has very poor customer service. She adds more stress and disrespect to an already stressful situation. She shows no patience, understanding or concern for issues connected to fulfilling a customers complaint. I had an horrible experience because of her (the lady in the front). My vehicle was finished before the original date and I got a text the day of. I had made plans with my job to pick it up on the original date. Needless to say I was charged by the rental car company for 3 extra days because of the lack professionalism from lady in the front and how she would not effectively listen to what I was saying. She instead decided to become very combative and walked away from her desk and not use the “skill” to handle the situation. They should put Crystal at the front desk. She has patience and cares about the customer receiving the best service. Crystal also went above and beyond to assist me with my services. Shout out to Crystal😀

I brought my car to Caliber on the 2/10 for an evaluation. I was told to bring it up there Monday. 2/17 I brought the car there for them to say next Monday. I dropped my vehicle off on 2/24. They said it would be ready by the 3/2. Then it wasnt. Then I got a text saying 3/2-3/5. 3/5 I call and its not ready. Today I called and was told it was in cleanup. @1pm. I called again around 4 pm. And asked about my car. I was told again it was in cleanup and I could pick it up around 6. When I tried to say its been two hours or more, the lady got an attitude with me. Come here at 5. Then get a text saying it was complete. Lady up front (same one from phone) said I just had to wait for paperwork to be printed. Then she shut her computer off and people started to leave. She had said that cleanup was inside and out. They did not clean the inside. Very disappointed.

My Mercedes was involved in a minor accident. Caliber performed the body work satisfactorily however two days after picking up my vehicle, noticed my front end alignment was off. Josh at Caliber advised me that there is no warranty on alignments and that maybe I hit a pothole, or my tires were worn or under inflated, or the crest in the road was causing my car to drift to the right. After getting the run around I requested to speak with a manager. Buddy advised that Caliber subbed out the alignment work to Quick Lane and that he would contact them to see if they would be willing to check the alignment. I spoke with Justin at Quick Lane who advised that they would check the car. Once I arrived there, Justin was out to lunch and I spoke with a technician who remembered the vehicle and advised me that Quick Lane was not properly equipped to align a Mercedes to factory specifications. I was furious and when Justin returned voiced my dissatisfaction. I asked him several times about if Quick Lane was properly equipped to correctly align a Mercedes and he finally admitted that they weren’t. I asked him if Caliber was aware that Quick Lane was not properly equipped to align Mercedes vehicles and he responded yes, however they have aligned other Mercedes vehicles in the past without an issue. At that point I demanded that my car be taken to a Mercedes service center, where it was properly aligned and my problem was resolved costing me 4 hours of my time due to Quick Lanes incompetence. I will never take my vehicle to Quick Lane for any service and will not use Caliber Collision either. It was indirectly their fault for not road testing the vehicle after the repairs had been performed.

Great work once got it in, the scheduler, Jenn never calls you back 7 weeks to replace my tail gate, and I paid for parts on day one. And they didnt put the part back in that slowly lowers it when opening

Ive been to Caliber 5 separate times.. we have had bad luck with our vehicles over the past 5 years: Damage from debris in the road, 2 deer, a reckless driver, and this most recent time a rogue roof panel in a wind storm, all handled by Caliber of Ocean City and Caliber of Salisbury. The greatest part of working with Caliber is that I know they will examine the vehicle thoroughly and do a professional job on the repair. I highly recommend them for any collision repairs.

Recently had a bumper repair done at the Caliber Collision on Salisbury Blvd, and am very happy with the results. The bumper looks better than new, and everyone was so helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to help me and keep me informed about the status of the car. I am so grateful for all they did, and “over the top” pleased with the results.

They were friendly but for 2 weeks straight all I got for an update that the welding was being done and my car would be in the paint shop at the end of the week. 2 times I was not called with an update and when I called for an update I was not called back. I had to go up to see my car to find no welding done. The boss showed me my car. And gave me yet again another date to be done. I got 3 dates to have my work done. My insurance sent me there and I will never use them again.

I had 3 small paint scratches on my left rear bumper and Caliber quoted me nearly $1000 to paint them. Thats a straight up con job. I took my business elsewhere (stayed local) and had a great quality repair on those same scratches for $200.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any auto repair shop in Maryland. Customer service was extremely bad and when I called back to follow up I was literally hung up on twice. They offered no help when I explained to them that my insurance company (State Farm) sent me in to drop off my car because it was technically undrivable. After walking into the buildIng I had the opportunity to talk to a representative about dropping off my car, but I was quickly turned away before even explaining my situation. She rolled her eyes and continued to get even more disrespectful. The worst part about this is that the woman I spoke to named Ciera seemed like this behavior was completely acceptable. I had to turn around and report it to my insurance company and request a new repair shop because the customer service was that bad.

Simply put, the the lack of good customer reception today was the worst ive experienced in years. Seems EVERYONE was at lunch at 12:45,while the receptionist was in a unfriendly,willing to help,sour mood.All is needed was an estimate to replace an outside rearview mirror. Got zero help.Walked out, went to another repair shop near OC got a nice welcome, walked out in 15 minutes with an estimate.

My car was hit on the rear and the insurance company sent me to Calibur Collision to have it estimated. The damages were deemed a total loss so I didnt use any of their repair services, however the staff was kind and very eager to help me in any way that they could. I am very appreciative of that!

Jennifer sounds great when you meet her, she happened to be at the dealership when I took my car there and was told that they do not do body work. She greeted me, told me everything I wanted to hear. She also stated that I can drop off my and they will work on it as soon as they get the parts in, that normally take a day or so. I was like ok sounds great. Well unfortunately for them everything went down hill as soon as I stepped into the office! I walked in mean a while I had already talked with hertz to come give me a ride so I can get a rental car from there and the gentlemen was waiting for me. Walking in and the receptionist Tammy looks at me and says can I help you. I was like hi, I’m dropping off my car Because it needs some work. And she reply’s back stating we don’t do drop off, you need to call and we can book you an appointment. I was like ok, but when I talked to Jennifer that’s what she told me and she said I have no idea why she told you that but we don’t do that. I was like ok when is your next available appointment she stated not till the end of next week. I said ok my insurance had sent over the paperwork you didn’t get it? She stated idk what is your name I was like ....... told her my name, and then she said that the insurance company never sent over the paperwork. Needless to say she was nothing close to nice, nothing close to being helpful, and nothing close to being understanding from a customers point of view. She called me the next day to apologize. For the the “inconvenience” and that she found the paperwork. But she had already lost all my business. Caliber you got to give that lady a raise. 👎🏾
