10/27/21 purchased a bulb for my brake light. Joshua was awesome, installed it for me no fuss very helpful and friendly. Great service!

10/10! This is the place to go! My car’s engine started acting weird en route to San Francisco so I stopped by for help. Emiliano stayed after hours to help install the cylinders and the store manager came to get spark plugs and install them. Honestly, I feel so so so so grateful that they were down to stick around and help. I rahighly recommend!

Stopped in a few months ago to get parts for some car issues. Staff here was incredibly helpful, friendly and got me what I needed. Im grateful for thst since my knowledge of car parts and the like is very limited. Id likely have purchased the wrong thing had they not been so helpful. Ill be sure to stop in next time I need something for my ride. Keep up the good work.

Always friendly staff. Sometimes need to help them figure out what you need, so if youre sending someone for you, send a detailed description to 2. If they dont have it they can generally get it in a day or two.

Lifesavers! We broke a radiator hose nearby and were able to limp to this store. They not only had the hose we needed, but they loaned us tools and gloves to do the fix and then let us use their bathroom to clean up after. Very professional and helpful.

Had exactly what we needed. Its a smaller store but you can have parts shipped same day if ordered before 2pm...or noon. They even checked my check engine light.

They have the parts when I need them. Always got oil on sale with a free filter

Stopped here cause the fuse for my radio display went out. Asked the gentleman behind the counter for some help since I know nothing about cars. Had the instruction manual with me to make sure I got the right one, he said ya I don’t do fuses I just follow the instructions... thank bud because of you I had to buy 2 different kinds of 10A fuses since the first one was not correct.

Always give me the wrong parts

If they dont have your part, the staff will track the part down and get it by the next day.

I try to go in 10 minutes before closing hours and the store lights are all still on and the door is locked... when I tried opening it the 2 cashiers laughed at me as I walked away, terrible customer service will not be going ever again... thanks for the help.

Never has parts in stock

Enough with the Chinese parts guys. I dont care if it has a life time warranty. The warranty is no good while the part leaves me stranded on the side of the road.
