Had the best auto parts store experience ever thanks to Kevin, the stores manager. Not only did he assist me with what I thought was going to be a minor fix in exchanging a battery, when that did not do the trick and my car was still having problems, he helped to diagnose what the additional issues might be, recommended some local and reputable repair shops in town, and when that job was done, helped me get everything back to working order with my fuses by spending time looking for and replacing those that needed it. Kevin sure went the extra mile and then some in getting me back on the road again during a trying time. I know nothing, if anything, about cars, and it is nice to know that people in this area of expertise still help out their customers instead of trying just to make a buck. Thanks again Kevin!

They’re the standard all AZ employees should be held to in customer satisfaction.Vehicle 2016 Ford Explorer platinum. 3.5 tt ebDriving from FL to CA I have an ignition coil go out in my suv just west of junction city. Milk the car to the nearest autozone. This may not seem like an issue as it wasn’t for me I know the problem I know my way around an engine bay. But I had 3 fail me. One. After. The. Next. After going back to i70 west from Ohio st. It would be fine all the way there even hammering the throttle and trying to get the problem to happen again. Only after entering the highway it would blow and go into limp mode. Took the loop back that store and tried again. This was not their fault. We traced the problems each time. Replacing the problem that occurred next. (Plug and coil on another cylinder).I had my 7mo and wife with me so it made this delay in the trip extra long for them. But with the help these gentlemen and some trial and error got me back on the road in about 3 hours. (Mostly drive time because of 10 mile loop in limp mode.)I’m writing this now, after driving around Rocky Mountain national park all day with out a single issue. I appreciate the time and effort for going above and beyond to make my families cross country trip continue on with out a problem. My wife sincerely appreciated the extra attention they gave toward our family to help us.Thank you again gentlemen.Spencer, Dan, and the 3rd gentles name escapes me.

Went in looking to find a quality wiper blade & the parts guy recommend a blade & I bought it. The store manager was also very helpful! Thanks guys The wiper blade really helped during the rain I was traveling thru!

Went in needing parts for a CB radio. Sadly I dont remember who helped me, taller guy with Sandy blonde hair...he was excellent. Walked in, told him what I thought I needed to fix it. He walked me over and showed me everything I had asked for. Pleasant to shop with and answered all questions. Will definitely be back.

This store does better than most that I have experienced,and I have been a customer way before there were Auto Zone stores in Kansas,I have been a customer since 1986 in Birmingham Alabama, before they migrated up here in the heartland, and the expertise and professionalism is 10 times better than in the South, I had trouble with a oil filter I had purchased and they handled it with no issues or problems and I have to admit from my previous history that,if it would been in the South,they wouldnt have been as professional in handling the situation,so I look forward in doing business in this area more.

Something hit my car and split my gas line. I got to auto zone and they had all the parts I needed on hand. They also let me borrow tools so that I could fix the leak right then and there. Great staff, friendly. Pleasure doing business with them!

Went in to ask for a exhaust gasket no part # it I knew size of pipe. Oh lord you wouldve thought I asked to murder a child in the store. We got to have a part number or else I have to look through bins to find your part. Go to 9th street one. I drove over there and within no time had the gasket.

A friend of mine at needed her car battery jumped on New Years Day. Everywhere was closed and she was starting to get upset/panicky. I suggested to call Autozone. We were able to borrow an auto jump from the very nice gentlemen this AutoZone! They showed us how to use the device and were very sweet!

Staff expertise is sometimes excellent and sometimes not. Generally speaking, this is one of the most knowledgeable parts stores in and around Salina, Kansas. Staff is normally friendly.

This AutoZone is my go-to place for automotive parts and supplies in Salina. I always find the staff to be friendly and helpful.

This place needs more staff. Or somebody at the check out, that just handles purchases that doesnt require them to look up info on a part you need.. I always have to wait for them to help someone else looking for a part when I already have what i need in hand and Im ready to pay.. but I have to wait a good 10 to 15 minutes for them to help the other customer find what they need and still check them out before me...
