Batteries Plus Bulbs made it easy. I ordered & paid online and went to pick it up within an hour. I needed to purchase a lithium battery for my alarm system and they had them in stock for a price significantly lower than other retail stores that I checked. I will definitely use them again for any battery or bulbs that I need.

I had my iPhone 6 battery replaced in the past and I was very stratified with the service, and repair. They have great customer service and I enjoy the fact that you can make online appointments, especially since I travel about 45 minutes to get my phone repaired. But about two weeks ago I took an iPhone 7 Plus to have the screen replaced, and I am very disappointed in the repair. When I first left the store the screen looked brand new. But about a week after the replacement the screen has gotten extremely dim. Keep in mind that I have not dropped it, or damaged it at all. Its so dim that it looks as if it has the screens brightness is at the lowest it can go. Also, half of the screen is so dim that its almost black. You cannot see anything on that half. I am truly disappoint and dissatisfied with this screen repair. I had faith in this store especially since they did a good job on my battery replacement, but I was let down. I recommend to not have your screens replaced at this store. Sorry.

We needed a car battery and while researching best places to buy one, my husband saw Batteries Plus come up. The staff was knowledgeable and polite. They installed the battery for us. We honestly had no clue that Batteries Plus also did car batteries, but now that we know we will recommend them!!

I worked with Kevin to purchase a very hard to find battery. The service was professional and prompt. I also purchase a cell phone battery and a battery for my computer. I am a satisfied with the quality of the products and Kevins willingness to go the extra mile. I will continue to shop at Batteries Plus Bulbs for all my battery and bulbs needs. Go visit while you can.Store has limited hours, its posted on their door.They are sadly closing down.Its too bad. They always provide excellent service, and knowledgeable about their products.

So let me begin by saying that the people at the store are extremely kind and helpful. I dropped off my iPhone seven and was happy to know that I was able to pick it up in an hour and 30 minutes. And I even got a $10 discount! But when I got my iPhone back I immediately noticed the screen was not of good quality. The screen seems dark, like when the phone is on nightshift mode ! The 3D Touch is harder to use. This is obviously not an original Apple screen. I was extremely dissatisfied when I got my phone back. I compared it with my friends phones and my old iPhone 6s and the quality on theirs is better than this one! If you are OK with your phone screen being of low-quality then you can come here. But if you want your phone to be like it was originally intended to then go to the Apple store or Best Buy. They will charge you 160 for the screen replacemen. Sorry Batteries and Bulbs. I really dislike to leave these negative reviews, but people have a right to know. :(

Found the charger and batteries I needed. They were very helpful with finding what I needed and I was grateful for that assistance. They got tons of bulbs too. Ill likely be back in a few weeks for some LED lights.

It took 10 days to get my car battery but the service was great at installation. The corrosion on the connector was throughly cleaned My Corvette was carefully protected and everyone was professional and courteous. I will definetly use Batteries and More in the futurel

My favorite spot for batteries, especially the weird ones not carried by the supermarket. Staff is very helpful and they will recycle my old batteries when I go in to replace them.

The web site was easy to use and the folks at the store had my order ready and waiting. Its so much better than wondering if you are getting Chinese Knock Off batteries from Amazon or the web only sales. I went this way after reading several sad stories about online buying and shipping direct of what were supposed to be genuine DuraCell batteries but were instead look alike garbage that damaged equipment and/or failed withing a short time. The ability to look at the product before you leave the store was reassuring and worth the extra effort to make the trip. It also doesnt hurt to patronize Brick and Mortor stores while the still exist. Some day and hopefully not soon we might find ourselves victims of all things coming by mail and no way to police the product quality but time consuming returns and so on?Amazon and Ebay are wonderful sources for great prices but they need to try harder to beef up their polices about copyright infringement and outright blatant copying of products that our US base manufacturers spent millions of dollars and years of effort to cultivate a trusted reputation. I realize its a daunting task but US consumers still have earned the right to be told the truth.Richard

I was sold a bad battery and when I went in to return I was told that I fired the battery. the battery was not tested and results given to me to show that the battery was good only that it showed charging. when placed on charger phone showed charge however would not charge up. information should be given to clients and explained that return policies.

My husband had a very unpleasant experience from start to finish. He went in to purchase a battery for his motorcycle. The manager insisted he make sure it was the right battery before he made the purchase. Long story short it ended up not being the right battery. He wanted to returned the battery and he was unable to return it. The store manager Kevin said no returns on batterys. Although the receipts clearly states it can be returned within 14 days as well as the official website. He ended up having to drive a 2 hour round trip to return the battery at another location that actually follows and honors the exact policy. I just dont understand it. A franchise owner can NOT CHANGE A POLICY that is created by a corporation. Or was it because my husband is hispanic. I would hope that was not the case. I will say that the staff there were good with the obvious exeption of the store manager Kevin. We will never make a purchase there and its unfortunate that he runs his bussiness like this.
