NAPA is a cool auto parts store that carries some things that others dont.

Whoever is handling the phones needs to make sure they answer. My husband was on hold for 20 mins so I decided to call on my phone. Two rings later, I was connected to someone. However, this person did NOT know what the f she was talking about. She kept telling me the piece I needed wasn’t correct then proceeded to let me know that someone can “hook me up” with a cylinder or something like that in King City… ma’am, I’m just looking for a specific piece?

Great customer service. Jose was very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend never over AutoZone. I went at about 1:30 p.m. on a Friday and they had enough employees to make sure that everybody was taken care of.

Worst napa ever the McKay family took over and ruined the Napa name. They refuse to price match and are double the price exactly of the nearest Napa and the management simply doesnt care.

I have used Napa stores for thirty-eight years and the Salinas store for twenty-eight of those stores. You might find cheaper parts or tools but Ill bet that cheaper is less quality. I manage a 15,000-acre ranch with dozens of tractors and trucks and cars. All are repaired with Napa parts and tools.they are available with advice if I need it.they have monthly special sales on tools and oils, spark plugs, etc. You might get cheaper prices somewhere else but I know the quality suffers. When it comes to my family safety I want the right parts and quality. I dont want a cheaper starter motor to fail and leave my family stranded 2 hours from home on a holiday weekend. That happened when my sister got a starter from a different store. Napa parts have never failed me not once in almost forty years.

Napa auto parts is one of the best auto parts store around with good quality parts.

I recently ordered a serpentine belt tensioner from Napa Auto Parts in Salinas, CA. Before I ordered the part, I shopped around at Auto Zone, Oreillys, Car Quest, and Peninsula Auto Service. I was looking for quality parts and I needed the parts quickly, since I had to repair the car to get to work. I ultimately decided to order from Napa, the part was going to cost more but I figured it would be of higher quality. I ordered the part and was told I could pay when I picked it up. I was told the part would be in the next day (today) at 8am. This was good since I would be only missing one day of work. When I showed up at 8 this morning, the guy behind the counter was lost. They had no record of my order or of my information. They said they were going to have to reorder the part since they didnt have it. I told them not to order anything for me since I needed the part today. I went to Auto Zone and ordered from them. My part arrived when they said it would and I fixed my car in time to go to work tomorrow. I wouldnt feel so negative about my experience with Napa if they would just have called me and told me the part was delayed or something but to completely have no record of me or the order is unacceptable. I am a Master Technician with the local transit district so I will be sure to tell all of my contacts about this bad experience.
