Love love love this place!! Feels like a well known family secret. Im not at all a car person and they can probably tell! But they take care of me and mine anytime I need. I love how they top off ALL my fluids when I take her in for a oil change :) she always sounds 10x better after they work on her and I like knowing I can trust them! Carlos is always very nice!

Is A1! From initial phone contact Elias was knowledgeable. I had 4 new tires put on. Efficient, patient with me, and affordable. Ive waited to do this review because i wanted to see the quality of tires . It has been 3 mos so far so good! Keep up the great works!

So I went this morning to check out this place. I had a tire that was losing pressure how to fill it up every week well anyways Michael at Rossis bros took care of me in a very professional manne. Quite honestly I still dont believe the amazing service he gave me today. I would be definitely coming back for a new set of tires here. This shop is very transparent with their work.Update 1-14-21. So today I had a 2nd issue with another vehicle I went over there Carlos took care of me I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. Next time i am in need of tires, this will be the place. No more Calderon.

If you are looking for a tire shop that will provide service after your purchase this is definitely not the shop for you. I purchased a set of 4 top of the line Michelin tires from them. When I came in for a nail in my tire it was clear they did not want to patch it. The employee at the counter told me I would need to leave the car for 6 hours for them to fix it. I have bought tires before and the shops I have gone to in the past have provided air checks, rotations and patches for tires purchased through their business. Rossi Bros. Tire and Auto Service will never get any business from me again.

They thoroughly tested my tire and wheel for a leak and installed a new valve stem, found no leak and remounted the tire at no charge! Great service and comfortable lounge with TV and good coffee. I will buy my future tires there.

Ive been coming to this shop for many years now for tire service on my two vehicles and have found the service to be second to none. Ive found Mike Rossi and Carlos to be very knowledgeable and honest in dealing with customers. They are very good about selling you the right tire for the car you have and the type of driving you do. I highly recommend this shop and I think you will be very pleased and comfortable dealing with them.

Very friendly and helpful. We live in Salinas, have bought new tires here, and had them put on 2 of our cars. Great service, no problems. On our 3rd vehicle, we had a blowout down in King City one night over Christmas holidays, and they loaned us a tire to get back to Salinas, and then we purchased 2 tires as replacements. Sssssssslow................. and they did not remorely fix the problem, yet still charged me big bucks. Its like the mechanic was just guessing. When I complained, the mngr/owner? blew me off like it was my fault. Im sure for tires and alignment they are ok....just dont trust their diagnostic skills. TAKE YOUR CAR TO THE EXPERTS AT THE DEALERSHIP!!!

I will not be going back to this place. I almost felt as if they tried to deny me service. I walked in and asked for a quote to get a drive-train part replaced on my car and the guy working the counter said I had to make an appointment just so that someone inspects my car before they quote me. Very unprofessional they didn’t even bother asking what was the make and model of my vehicle.
