I can not say enough good things about the gentleman named WILL so went above and beyond to make sure me and my fiance was taken care of and back on the road. Will at the front register was very helpful and polite. Store arranged very well and found what I needed with ease. Not as big as other Harbor Freight tool store. But I find what I need.

If you cant find something ask they will help find it. If you have a question about something ask they will have the answer or they will find the answer. Love the people that work there. The only stupid question is the 1 you dont ask.

I really like the Harbor Freight App. It makes it easy to use coupons for tons of savings. The best part, I dont have to remember what coupons I have, I just put them in my cart and use the barcode on the app at checkout. Im sure there are many more advantages that I havent discovered yet. Stopped by Friday and was unimpressed with the female manager on duty. Cashier was very friendly and helpful. When he didnt know the answer to a question and had to ask the manager, she was very curt and rude. Did not offer to provide additional help and only provided yes or no answers to my questions. Had she been more helpful I would have spent more money there, but as it is I will not be back. I will shop at Lowes where the employees have all been more than happy to help a DIYer with lots of questions.

One of the workers is a very rude lady and basically told me to.leave the store because my kids were destroying it I have worked in retail and was taught to help the customers and not insult them so they wont come back! Harbor Freight will not be getting anymore of my hard earned money !!!!!

Everyone rags on harbor freight because of quality, but in truth it is the best place to go if you need a specialty tool that you may only use a hand full of time. The staff at the salina store are friendly and helpful and the store is always clean.

Always a joy to shop here. Prices are fair and often awesome. I like that they have made a conscious effort to add higher quality lines of product. I fumbled around with the change of product locations for a while but the staff was quick and knowledgeable with their help. Has never disappointed me with their value and quality when that is what I really needed.

Im somewhat of a tool person and Harbor Freight is a store I like to look around in. Oh yes, I usually buy something as well. They have a wide assortment of every kind of tool, power tools, commercial tools, woodworking tools (my real passion) plus other merchandise like tarps, tool boxes of all sizes, wheels for mowers, carts, etc., I could go on, but the best way is to go check it out for yourself and see what Im talking about. I love how they have rearranged the store as well.

This store is well stocked and well staffed. Clean and orderly. The clerk was helpful, and gave me all the information I needed to order a part for an item I had previously purchased. The location is easily accessible, and easy to locate. Parking is plentiful.

Low priced tools, but dont expect anyone who works in the store to be all that eager to help you find anything. I just had to wander around a bit in order to find what I was looking for.

Always fast service at the register. No Wal-Mart experience!😣 I love most of their tools. Some are cheap, but, if you were looking for top quality you wouldnt be looking to shop here. Dont get me wrong, they also have comparative quality tool of the name brands. I really love their pole saw. Great value and built to last. Just make sure that when you take the bar off ( for whetever reason) to clean the o-ring that fits against it. Otherwise the oil will leak out. Its the only flaw in its engineering.

Go in for one thing and walk out with multiple items, can always find something else I need.

Not a lot of interaction with employees in terms of help finding tools. Some tool brand names are not ones i have heard of. Doesnt mean they are bad tools, just personally unsure. Consumer reports search recommended if you are unsure. Go with trusted tool brands.

Nice staff

No one is fooled into thinking this is top-shelf stuff. If youre a pro, or are going to use a thing regularly, move along and invest wisely in your craft. If you need a widget A for task B one time, then this just might be your best shot at a low price. Plus side, Im told they have an excellent return policy.

My Favorite place

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I buy a lot of tools from here with no problem. You do get what you pay for to an extent but you have to consider the tool as well. As an example... A wrench set will work great and last a long time regardless of price as long as its used correctly. On the other hand, the compound miter saw I got from there. Works great for hobby and starting my own business but will be the first to upgrade to a bigger brand!

Harbor Freight is a good place to get cheap tools. Somethings are great, others not so much. If you go in expecting Snap-on tools you will be disappointed.

You can find about any tool here. If you just need it for one project this is the place to get it. If you need it to last...Well... it just depends. This place is great for amateurs who want to try out a hobby or a skill without having to put down lump sums of money for equipment. Budget shoppers.

First off, this place is like the dollar store for tools. That being said there are some incredible deals here on larger equipment and devices if you price around and use their coupons. The customer service is superior to anywhere Ive been lately outside of Menards. I strongly suggest you give this place a chance before spending too much elsewhere first. They dont have everything but they damn near almost do!

I havent been to a harbor freight in a few years. I went today and I have to say it is a changed place. Dont waste your money at other big box stores. Go here first. Understand what exactly you need and save a bunch of money. You dont need top of the line tools for general household use

Home and mechanic by trade. The tools here are very good. Havent broken a single wrench, socket, ratchet etc. And I use them everyday on heavy equipment and vehicles.

I received a friendly greeting as I walked through the door. My first impression was how clean and organized they were. Employees asked if they could help with anything and when checking out they offered to load the item I purchased. It was a good experience.

Ive bought a lot of tools from Harbor Freight over the last 40 years. You know going in that some tools are cheap knock-offs, but they also have a lot of quality tools at great prices. I have always been satisfied with my purchases and they work for my purposes.

I like going to Harbor Freight they always have something I need. I have a camper that is 33 ft long wanted to buy a tarp that would fit it and of course they had it and I bought it and it fits great for reasonable price too.
