Candice at rockingham Sephora … she is AMAZING!! A-freaking-mazing. Being a member of the 40+ club and not an avid makeup user, Candice was so so helpful! Not with just product, but application, and tips. When I go back, I will work with her exclusively… and she was fun to talk to

Honestly this was my first experience in this store getting something for my girlfriend., but the girl who atended me I forget her name but she’s pregnant, she was super super nice and I was super satisfied with her customer service you guys should be always glad to have her.👍👍👍👍👍👍

My favorite location but the last 2 visits they were out of 3 of the 5 items I went in for. Not their fault but still was aggravating as I dont live close. Usually they have everything I need and the staff is very helpful

Mary helped me find the perfect red lipstick that matched up to my coloring. She was a huge help to me and I will definitely be going back to find other products that are a match for me.

Its a Sephora so it automatically gets three stars for that. But the unrelenting finding everything okay and need any help with anything is extremely obnoxious, and 100% comes across as them thinking you are stealing as opposed to actually trying to help you.

I am extremely impressed with the customer service I received at this Sephora, both on the phone and in person. Due to the limited services that the location is legally able to provide, the staff was extremely compassionate and willing to help gather products over the phone and was able to check me out efficiently and safely in the store. Furthermore, the employees at this location were extremely friendly and were proactive and successful with implementing health precautions within the store. I had a great experience here and would be happy to return!

I have never had someone in customer service argue with a customer about what is stated on the app. I will never do business in the store again after that treatment. I cancelled my order and left. Ridiculous!

Bought a foundation but unfortunately even though I was helped my a rep, the foundation was entirely too light. The rep was very kind and attentive but was not able to help me find the right color.

The worse place ever. I usually love sephora and always shop in sephora stores. But today was the worse experience ever. Just because i am not white, because of color of my skin and hair. This white lady who works in sephora kept following me and my mom and made us feel so unconvertible. She probably though because we are not white we got no money and we going steal omg. At the end she got embarrassed because I spent $304. I didnt call the manager yet to complain but I will for sure. Just because we are not white doesnt mean we got no money.

The service is either too much in your face or due to their internal policies, pushes you away.

As a crossdresser who had no idea where to start with makeup, I decided to make an appointment for a makeover to have the makeup applied so I could learn and get matched for the right makeup at the same time. The staff here was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable and made me look awesome for the party I went to after. I got quite a few complements on the makeup as well!

Very accommodating employees!

Walked into the store with a friend, was greeted by a woman who I assumed to be a supervisor, as she was wearing an olive green cardigan and not the usual uniform the associates wear. We already had in mind what we wanted, so continued onto the section that had the product(s) we were looking for. As walking down the aisles, we noticed the same woman stalking us throughout our way through the store. She made us feel uncomfortable, and noticed soon afterwards other associates were eyeing us as we looked at the product(s) we intended to buy. I felt unwelcomed and racially profiled by this woman. I ended up not getting anything from this Sephora. Ive had bad service in the past before from this same location. This last experience has made me not want to shop at this location anymore.

Usually Sephora workers are snobs. But this lovely young man was working there yesterday in the evening at the salem nh mall thats not in Macys and he went so out of his way to.help me.. so thats what counts

Me being a guy, I originally went in to buy a family member a gift card for Christmas. I was approached by a sales woman named Lexi and her friendliness and her energetic smile and knowledgeable mind made me feel comfortable walking in to what most people see as a woman only store. She then guided me in the right direction and explained that there was a mens section of a variety of mans cologne. So I took a look and thats when I was introduced to a nice woman who knew everything there was to know about perfumes and men colognes. Long story short I left there with some very amazing colognes and as Lexi said, always keep an open-mind. Thank you Lexi for ALL of your help! I will most certainly be back! :)

I just received the most horrible customer service ever. I called the store when they opened to ask if they carried a particular product. The young lady who answered the phone mumbled her name so Im not sure if it was Amy, Ava or Ada? Well she wasnt too pleased to have to do a product check for me because I couldnt find it myself online. When she got back on the phone she said they had the product so I asked her if it was the particular 7 step product I was looking for and she said I dont know.. Uhm, didnt you just look at the item? So I said Ok, thank you... and was about say that I would pop in to check it out but she hung up on me. Whaaaat??!!! Omg if you are so miserable working retail then why work there?

I went to get a product for my daughter not fully knowing what is was I asked questions to make sure it was beneficial for her the staff was informative and very pleasant.. the cashier very friendly as well.. this store is very welcoming and patient with customers this place gets. A 10+ in my book def going to go back for all my needs.. thank you salem nh Sephora ladies ;)

Today i went to this location, walked around for a few minutes not 1 person approached me or even ask if i needed help. Funny thing is there 3 employees standing by the door having a non-work conversation and every time a Caucasian person walked in they put a big smile and offered their help. I stay walking around and they ignore me everytime i passed by. I had always buy my cosmetics at Sephora but after today experience, Macys is the best place to go, great costumer service and always wanting to help.... RACIST EMPLOYEESSS!!!!

Went in on Nov. 5th to re-up on a few items. KEISHA helped me find everything and more than what I was looking for. She listened to what I wanted to accomplish with my skin and explained why each product would execute exactly that. She helped me decipher through my picky questions and walked me to all of the stations. She really understood what I needed. I am SO pleased with my purchases! I’ve been using her suggested products ever since and love them ALL!! Definitely upgraded and well worth it! That was the best experience I’ve had with any beauty consultant. I’ll be looking for her soon when I need new brushes, colors & makeup for all this ✨ brown Melanin! That was so fun! 💁🏽‍♀️💄 Thank you, Keisha! 💕
