I’ve been going to this place for years now. Every time I have gone, I have left more than pleased. However, this time I went I noticed there was a new person who was going to take me and just “clean up my eyebrows.” This woman left me with my right end of my eyebrow practically completely gone and the beginning of my left eyebrow shorter than the right side. This was the most disappointing experience of my life. This has never happened to me. I have always trusted every employee there to do my eyebrows. I have multiple events this weekend and now I have to pencil in my missing eyebrow for the first time in 25 years. This place seems to have either lost or fired their great employees because I noticed they have a hiring sign for the first time since I have been going there. Please ladies, DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS MESSED UP FROM THIS PLACE! My sister went about two weeks ago and warned me and I didn’t listen because I knew how great of a job they have always done on my eyebrows or so I thought.

Got my eyebrows threaded for the first time and this is where I went. I went on a Saturday night and had to wait 25 minutes. I expected that tho so that wasn’t a big deal to me. I like that they text you when it’s your turn so you’re not waiting around. It cost $12 and took a few minutes. The lady who did mine was very nice and understood that it was my first time having them threaded. I am happy with the results. I will be back…just not on a Saturday.

I 12 female went there for an eyebrow threading and lets just say how pleasantly surprised I was. For being a place at the mall, they are very professional and caring. The service took about 5 to 10 minutes and was $12 plus tip. They are also very clean. As soon as I sat down in the chair, I was given hand sanitizer. I went on Thursday at around 3, and there was no wait, so I definitely recommend going on a weekday if possible. The woman also put lotion to help with redness or something idk rlly. But all in all I definitely recommend going here!

My sister and I have been getting our eye brows here for years now. It is very clean and they are so friendly. We always love how our eye brows come out!

Do not let the Asian lady with the blonde ombre touch your face! I went to get my eyebrows done today and it was clear she had no knowledge or even experience doing eyebrows, she left me with the thinnest brows! I could not believe how thin my eyebrows were it took everything in me to not punch her in the face. Ive never seen my brows so thin. And to top it off they look completely different! NEVER AGAIN

I’ve been a customer for about five years now and even through I have moved away from Salem, NH I still drive up twice a month from Boston to have Rupali thread my eyebrows. I have never had anyone shape them so well or make them look so beautiful . I have tried a few other places over the years but I always keep coming back to the Art of eyebrows because of the Consistent high quality job they do . Even if Rupali isn’t available when I go, I have had great experiences with the other ladies who work there . If you are looking for fabulous eyebrows in a clean lovely place definitely give them a try I highly recommend them . Thank you Rupali for always making me feel beautiful ❤️

This business truthfully does the lord’s work when it comes to eyebrow threading. I’ve been coming to this establishment for 4 blissful years and have never left without my eyebrows looking perfect each and every time. The price? Unbeatable. Service? Flawless. If you want your eyebrows busted then by all means don’t go here. But if you want to look your best for the low price of $12 plus tip then this is the place to go

I don’t usually go here but figured I would cause it was convenient at the time. An older indian (maybe) woman threaded my eyebrows. I tried to tell her how I wanted them done before we started, but she ignored me and told me to sit down. I was thinking maybe she didn’t hear me. Then she threaded both my eyebrows in less than 30 seconds. Didn’t even bother trying to show me them in a mirror when she was done. Had the audacity to beg for a tip as well. Completely messed up my eyebrows, they’re uneven and there’s lots of hair left that she should have threaded. Now I need to go somewhere else and pay to hopefully get them fixed. Waste of money and should be refunded lol

Horrible service! I understand that due to a pandemic there’s certain guidelines, but those guidelines should be followed by everyone. I went inside and was waiting to be greeted by someone. There was another lady waiting inside as well with her little daughter. A very rude employee who was at the first seat on the left when you walk in asked if I signed in and I said oh no I’m sorry. She’s like you need to sign in and we will tell you when we’re ready you can’t just walk inside or wait here. So I stepped out and signed in. I stood waiting and it said I’ll receive a message on my phone when they are ready. And some other lady that signed in after I did then walked in and she was taken immediately. That’s not fair. The funny thing is I still haven’t received my message from them that they are ready for me. I had an emergency that’s why I came here to get my eyebrows done, otherwise I would just got my normal eyebrow threading lady that charged just $5 to do my eyebrows and has been doing them for over 20 years! Horrible horrible horrible! I will never forget that rude lady’s face, just looking at her you can tell she’s full of attitude!

I am a loyal customer but the new girl, the blonde. Literally did my eyebrows in 2 minutes, was so rough and my eyebrows look like completely different and one was sooo thin and a complete different shape than the other smh. Horrible experience!!!!

Last time l went they did my eyebrows nice but this time they came out very bad l use to have thick eyebrows I told the women just to do a clean up but she made my eyebrows very thin and now l hate them and both of them look different not satisfied on their work.

So I went in yesterday and I always get my eyebrows done with one other girls. But yesterday she wasnt there. I have full eyebrows and I specifically said just clean my eyebrows she did em too thin and did a horrible job. She is new this was first time she was chinese . My eyebrows have a really bad shape and spots.

I’ve been coming here for a while and usually whenever I walked out I was satisfied with my results. Seems like they’re just hiring anybody at the moment. Last time I went I talked to this lady and I told her specifically not to thin my eyebrows out multiple times... I have naturally very thick eyebrows and I usually love them. Last time I went I walked out of the store crying so disappointed in what my eyebrows look like. They were so unbelievably uneven it’s very obvious. I’m so disappointed in this please do not come here any more!!!!!

They did not open on time. It’s 12:03 and the shop is still locked and dark. There is a line of people waiting to get signed in for services. While standing here the phone is ringing none stop. Completely disappointed.

Place was clean. My eyebrows were very grown out i had purposely done this so I could do whatever I wanted to my shape. My technician didnt do much of anything. Did not give my brows any shape. I should be greatful she didnt butcher them and would have had to regrow them

Had my eyebrows done here today and it was a seamless process. The ladies were friendly and took me very quickly despite it being a busy day. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I hadn’t had my eyebrows done in over 6 months - I am Italian and my eyebrows are naturally very thick! The girl who did my eyebrows (do not remember her name sorry- last chair towards the back of the store on the left hand side today Sunday 12/15) was very friendly and laughed with me as my thick eyebrows continued to break the thread lol...I wish I remembered the girls name so I could let you all know how great she was. My brows look awesome.

I love getting my eyebrows threaded...I only wish that my eyebrows looked perfect EVERY time I come here but unfortunately its not the case. One thing I really dislike and my main reason for the 3 stars is the fact that there is no sign in sheet when you walk in there...it gets packed and you have to try and remember your place and hope everyone else will remember theirs. There is a very simple solution...clipboard, lined paper, and a pen.

I got my eyebrows threaded here for the first ever and I have to say it was an awesome experience! The people who work here are very nice and work skilfully. Ill definitely be coming back to get my eyebrows done again.

I think they are just hiring anyone! I’ve been coming here since 2017 and there was some young lady with colored in eyebrows ruined my eyebrows completely then blamed it on my eyebrows. I grew out my eyebrows for 2 months. TWO. I am Spanish, I have super super super thick eyebrows there’s no way you could’ve messed them up. I warned her last time I came here the lady cut off part of my eyebrow so I warned her AGAIN before she went off to do anything to please becareful. My eyebrows looked so so bad I started to cry. She literally walked away and left. I went Friday close to closing and I have pink glasses and pictures!!! I wish I can post the pictures. This is absolutely sad and I will not be coming here anymore. They’ve hired slopped people and have gotten sloppy. It makes me sad. They used to value quality.

They use the threading method and I believe this method is the one that give you the most long-lasting effect of just got my eyebrows done, (waxing is also a great alternative). Threading. Is it painful? Heck yeah. Will you get teary-eyed? Probably. Will your forehead get red? Definitely. But your eyebrows are gonna be soo satisfying to watch. Staff is very professional and polite. Recommended.

Have been coming here for years and always had a good experience. This time however I want to cry. I have very scarce brows and it took a while including microblading to fill in bald spots. I had gotten to a place where I was finally satisfied with my brow size and shape. The lady kept pushing my face from side to side which is fine I guess if she got it done right but instead when she was finally done I noticed how much she had thinned them out and reshaped them!!!! You can even tell where the hair use to be as it is super white. 😭😭😭

Stumbled upon this place last night as I had never been intonthe mall. Asked about threading services. Two ladies, one older and one younger kindly explained the process. Both very nice and I am 100 percent satisfied with the results. I definetly will be returning!

When I first started coming here in 2017 I loved their work but recently it’s been sloppy. Not coming again because the last time the threader did my brows horribly. Two different shapes and she hacked off half of it. That was a month ago and they’re still growing back. I always tell them I only want them to be cleaned as I liked the shape I had. She ruined them. I’m not sure her name but middle chair on the right.

This is the only place Ive ever gone to get my brows threaded. I think theyre great! Very quick!

They usually do a wonderful job but they are vey pricey for the short amount of time you are there and sometime they mess up. I just got my eyebrows done from what seems to be a new employee. Took a very long time, messed up my eyebrows and asked her to fix it three times. Each time i looked at the mirror it got worse. I left with one eyebrow longer than the other.

I never enjoy writing these types of reviews actually this is my first review ever written, but I feel this is needed.I work with customers all day long. I smile I greet and make conversation If Im having a bad day I smack on that smile and do my job. The majority of the women there are not friendly, not a smile no expression, very bland. They all stare awkwardly at you I felt like I was the new kid walking into middle school. The woman who did my eyebrows made one of my arches higher than the other. When I asked her to fix she tried to convince me I had less hair on that brow. 😑 Exactly so the obvisous solution is to make the other symmetrical. Not argue with me. When I customer has an issue with me or experienced poor service even if it wasnt from me I go out of my way to make their time very pleasant. You guys are supposed to be a relaxing place where women love to come in and their beauty on! Instead I was miserable, uncomfortable and left agitated. Love getting my brows done but will defiantly be looking for a new place. Such a shame. Guys I understand we all have bad days but dont bring it to work please. Also if you hate youre job, quit.

Rude unpleasant you go in with full eyebrows and ask for a shape and clean up and end up with pencil thin eyebrows there are better locations than this one I believe this one is the worst

The woman that was doing my brows, was doing great, until she almost left me with no left brow. I had really thick brows, I always have. But she left me with really thin and uneven brows, when I only asked for a clean up.
